Canada and its people needs dedicated, patriotic and honorable men and women like you to help keep Canada strong and free. We need people like you to stand up and defend the sovereignty of Canada and its people against all abuses and usurpations by the Crown – the Catholic Church Pope of the foreign Vatican City State and against all foreign infiltration, subversion, threat and intimidation by the Crown’s traitorous agents and criminal syndicates (e.g., Institute for the Works of Religion, Society of Jesus, Order of the Garter, Sovereign Military Hospitaller Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Sovereign Military Order of Malta, FSB, G20, G8, G7, Council on Foreign Relations (Luciferian ideology Illuminati) United Nations Organization (UNO), NATO, WHO, IMF, World Bank, EU, NAFTA, CETA, CSIS, CIA, DHS, IRS, Canada Revenue Agency, Federal Reserve, City of London Corporation, RCMP / E.R.T., JTF2, Governor Generals of Canada, Lieutenant Governors of Canada’s provinces and territories, Vatican FSB Chairman Mark Carney, Stephen Harper, Peter MacKay …).   The Crown is pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce Canada and all nations under absolute despotism.

How can you help protect and defend Canada and its people from foreign usurpations, infiltration, subversion, threat, intimidation, abuse and all traitorous conspiracies and attempts? By applying and enforcing the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, without any regulatory limitations whatsoever. Preamble to the CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS states: “Whereas Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God (not the usurpative Crown – alias for the Catholic Church Pope, or the illegitimate German Roman Catholic Queen) and the rule of law: (not the Crown/Pope’s illegal and unlawful “color of law”; which donates the “mere semblance of legal right”, the “pretense or appearance of law; is not law) ”

Guarantee of Rights and Freedoms

1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.

Fundamental Freedoms

2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:

(a) freedom of conscience and religion;

(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;

(c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and

(d) freedom of association.

Legal Rights

Life, liberty and security of person

7. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice.

Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms is the constitutional provision that protects individual’s autonomy and personal legal rights from actions of the government in Canada. There are three types of protection within the section, namely the right to life, liberty, and security of the person. Denials of these rights are constitutional only if the denials do not breach what is referred to as fundamental justice.

Fundamental justice is a legal term that signifies a dynamic concept of fairness underlying the administration of justice and its operation as “fundamental to the way in which the legal system ought fairly to operate.” Fundamental justice guarantees basic procedural rights to every Canadian facing judicial procedure or acts of government that affects an individual’s fundamental rights and freedoms, and certain substantive standards related to the rule of law that regulate the actions of the state (e.g., the rule against government imposition of unclear, vague, subversive, traitorous or unconstitutional laws).

The wording of section 7 clearly states that it applies to “everyone”. This includes all people within Canada including non-citizens. It does not, however, apply to corporations. Section 7 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms does not apply to any corporation, including the Crown, its City of London Corporation, or any of its subversive “Vatican Mafia” Crown Corporations. The “foreign” Crown (usurpative corporate authority of the Catholic Church Pope) has no Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms protection because the Crown is a “foreign” CORPORATION of a foreign state – Vatican City State.

All corporations must be registered with the province, or national government and are subject to and regulated by the laws enacted by that government. Corporations can be convicted of criminal offenses, such as fraud and manslaughter. If a corporation operates outside its home state (e.g., Vatican City State), it is required to register with other governments as a foreign corporation, and is always subject to laws of its host state pertaining to employment, crimes, contracts, civil actions, and the like. The Crown, its Crown Corporations and their traitorous agents are willfully and with malice aforethought subverting Canadian law and Canadians’ guaranteed rights and freedoms. Our elected representatives are willing participants and are complicit in the Crown’s unlawful conduct threatening the sovereignty of Canada and Canadians guaranteed rights and freedoms and all are subject to Canadian criminal law.

How can you help serve, protect and defend Canada and Canadians? By applying and enforcing the “rule of law” (not false pretense “color of law”/papal bull) and the CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS and by becoming an active member of Section 7.

Section 7 was recently founded upon the principles of the CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS (Section 7-14) as a national defense organization (.org) that serves, protects and defends Canada against all traitorous conspiracies, and attempts. Section 7 investigates political treachery, corruption, subversion, and abuse by our elected representatives, judges, police and military forces and civil servants. Their traitorous conspiracies and attempts against Canada and its people are investigated and are made public. However, investigating and exposing their heinous crimes by informing the Canadian people isn’t enough to stop this treachery. We need to start holding them all legally accountable for their crimes against Canada and the Canadian people. We need to start indicting the criminal conspirators, here in Canada and according to our laws – not foreign imposed and usurpative corporate policy, color of law or martial law.

To help collect evidence and prepare criminal indictments against all traitorous conspirators Section 7 is looking to enlist the services of retired Canadian civilian and military police officers, veterans, lawyers and judges to volunteer their service, investigation skills, combat skills and law expertise to help protect and defend Canada and its people against all traitorous conspiracies, and attempts.

Section 7 is looking for “true patriots” who are ready, willing and able to serve, protect and defend the sovereignty of Canada with dedication, professionalism and honor. Your commitment will require that you bear true allegiance, only to Canada and its people. Your patriotic service will require that you protect and defend Canada and the Canadian people’s rights to life, liberty and security of the person, without any equivocation, mental evasion, or secret reservation, and renouncing all pardons and dispensations from any power or person whomsoever to the contrary. Canada and its people needs dedicated, patriotic and honorable men and women like you to keep Canada strong and free.
