US government robs Libyan oil revenue accounts to avert government shutdown.
Latest news, World news Sunday, April 10th, 2011The US government averted a shutdown on Friday. As the US government spends an unprecedented amount of money to fix the nation’s failing economy, there is an equally great need to raise the cash to pay for it. In March 2011 alone the U.S. Govt. spent 8 times more than it took in. When expenses are far greater than revenue and no new revenue is available to pay off one’s debt bankruptcy is inevitable.
The US government gets the bulk of its money from foreign countries. Foreign countries like China (the largest buyer of US debt ) and Japan buy the US debt which is now a staggering and unrepayable $14 trillion. Japan (the #2 largest buyer of US debt) can no longer afford to buy the US debt anymore because of the 9.0 magnitude earthquake and tsunami that caused $billions in damage. China openly apposes and abstained (along with India, Russia, Germany and Brazil) from the UN Resolution for the US war of aggression against China’s energy partner Libya so the US lost $billions of Chinese debt purchasing. China knows it can’t sell all of its US dollars at this point, so instead it is choosing to buy as little USD as possible and at the same time hedge against the USD (known around the World as the worthless Federal Reserve Note) by using its reserves to buy up commodities. Because the bulk of the money needed to finance the US government stopped flowing into the United States from these two major debt purchasers a shutdown of the United States government was and is still imminent. No new revenue is available to pay off the US debt. The US government is officially bankrupt.
To overt a shutdown of the US government and ward off the humiliation of bankruptcy US president Barack Obama ordered the US Treasury to rob the Libyan people by taking $billions from Libyan bank accounts. The US government reportedly took $billions from the Libyan bank accounts in the United States, accounts that the US government froze even before the US government pursued UN sanctions against Gaddafi – a pretext to the unlawful US war of aggression against Libya.
We now know why the US government sought to quickly freeze the Libyan bank accounts. Before the planning of the US war of aggression (a very serious war crime) against LIbya began Libya’s leader, Col. Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi, refused to place Libya’s finances under the control of the anti-sovereignty and US controlled IMF and World Bank. The US government has been using those 2 money laundering banks to secretly embezzle $billions from countries who were forced to join. The $billions in foreign funds that the US government has and is embezzling is used to keep the US government going.
While many countries in the Middle East and North Africa bicker over water rights, Libya has, under Muammar Gaddafi leadership, tapped into an aquifer of ‘fossil water’ – ice age water preserved in the porous holes of the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer. This project has changed the country’s topography – turning sand into soil. Now, the United States government war mongers aim to destroy the GMR (Great Man-made River) Water Supply Project. The 26-year, $20 billion project is nearly finished. The US government’s war of aggression against Libya is meant to destroy the GMR and loot the Libyan oil fields. They want Libya to become a crawling Arab beggar before the IMF and World Bank. Those who control the region’s limited fresh water supply, controls the Arab world.
Even in the United States people are now starting to reveal the crimes of the United States government. US Republican Congressman Dr. Ron Paul (Texas) went public to denounce the illegal US government war of aggression against Libya. In a television appearances on March 21, 2011 he voiced his strong opposition to the cowardly attack on Libya. According to the Congressman, Barack Obama subverted the US national sovereignty by illegally bypassing Congress to engage in illegal acts of aggression.
The framers of the United States Constitution – the Supreme law of the United States – attempted to balance the power of the President as commander-in-chief with that of Congress, the representatives of the People.
Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution gives to the Executive Branch the command of the nation’s armed forces, while Article I, Section 8 gives to the Legislative Branch the power to decide when the United States goes to war.
Article VI
All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.
“It is unnecessary, it is wrong, it has nothing to do with national security, it has nothing to do with the defence of this country. I think there is more to do with it than just that. That may be their cover. It may be that oil is an important issue here. We didn’t go to Rwanda for humanitarian reasons, so I’m not to sure that oil might not be the real clincher here.” ~ US Republican Congressman Dr. Ron Paul
Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakhan, blasted U.S. President Barack Obama for launching an obvious war of aggression against Libya and its leader Muammar Muhammad al-Gaddafi
Minister Louis Farrakhan was interviewed by WVON-Radio (Chicago, March 20, 2011) on the Libya situation. He condemned the invasion and openly spoke about U.S. policies that involve deliberate destabilization of nations with whom they have a financial interest.
In the case of Libya, Farrakhan openly asked President Barack Obama why he and his administration are suddenly concerned with alleged atrocities in this country while the U.S. government looked the other way a few years ago, when the Israelis were engaged in relentless bombing of Palestinians, many of them women and children.
The Council for Africa International, a UK-based think tank, also condemns the United States’ decision to circumvent the African Union in its decision to create a no-fly zone around an African country.
Minister Louis Farrakhan interview by WVON-Radio (Chicago, March 20, 2011)
“You must remember, dear people of America, that whenever government wants you to think and act in a certain way that would bring justification to an action that they are already planning to make, they must make the person that they hate a ‘bogey man’. …
In every nation, brothers and sisters, there is dissatisfaction. And what the CIA does is go into a country and move among the people that are dissatisfied to stimulate a revolt against a leader that they don’t like, because they want regime change. …
How much money is being spent to arm the so-called rebels? They’re dissatisfied, but what is their ‘dissatisfaction’ about? Do they have jobs? Yes. Do they have food? Yes. Has Gaddafi used the oil money to build Libya? Yes. Did Gaddafi use oil money and discover water under the Sahara Desert, and brought that water to the surface; and brought water from Benghazi all the way, to the border, almost, of Tunisia? Did he impose farming in the Desert so that they could feed their own people? Yes. Are there billions of dollars that he’s spending building homes, building apartments for his people? Yes …
So something is under this! And so when America, England, France, three Imperialist Powers, want to destabilize that country, is it that you’re ‘so concerned’? Listen to this Hypocrisy, American people! Is it that American government is ‘so concerned’ over the blood that is being shed in Libya, but you looked the other way when the Israeli Defence Force was bombing the innocent people of Gaza, unarmed men, women and children? You looked the other way when the Israeli Defence Force went into Lebanon thinking that they were going to have an ‘easy’ victory, then you had to come out with your tail between your legs?”
