You and I have “never” consented to being governed by the Catholic Church Pope (the Crown) nor to paying taxes to him yet that is exactly what our elected representatives in Canada, the United States and the UK governments have been doing for the past 159 years (since 1855), and without lawful authority.

The principle of informed consent is implicit in any democratic society. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential in all legal, financial, judicial and democratic procedures. Without our informed consent our elected representatives have no lawful authority to collect taxes from us for the foreign Vatican City State and the Crown. Without our informed consent our elected representatives have no lawful authority to govern us according to the wishes, policies, doctrines, demands or legal authority of the foreign Vatican City State and the Crown.

We have never granted lawful authority to our elected representatives to advance and/or implement policies or acts of government that serve the interests of a foreign state – Vatican City State – and its ram god (ancient Egyptian ram god Amen) worshiping leader – the Crown. Only those who serve the mark (cross) of the usurpative Roman Catholic Crown have consented to being governed and indebted to the Crown and to the beast.  They have sold out their countries, their fellowmen, their faith and their souls to the Crown – the living incarnation of the beast.  His image is on the papal cross (definition: a mark used to indicate the concept of negation, a mark resembling a cross, usually an X,  made instead of a signature by a person – unholy spirit – unable to write) held by both Pope Benedict XVI and antipope Francis.  Look closely at this article’s image above.  The cross (a mark) has an image of a beast (a male lamb = a ram) in the middle.

You and the World are being deceived by the Catholic Church (Synagogue of Satan) and its Nazi Hitler Youth schooled Pope Benedict XVI.   Benedict is still the reigning Pope of the Catholic Church. According to Catholic Canon law Benedict is still the Pope.

No cardinal can legally inherit the title Pope until the reigning Pope dies. The title of Pope is for life. The Pope also claims, for life, the titles of Bishop of Rome and Pontifex Maximus and most importantly he claims to be a living god – Vicar of Christ.

Italian (Roman) Jorge Mario Bergoglio appears to be fulfilling Saint Malachy’s end time prophesy. Francis is clearly the uncanonically elected final pope, Petrus Romanus, whose false pretense (intentionally misrepresenting himself as Pope) has caused a great schism in the Roman Catholic Church.

Saint Malachy’s 112th prophesy states: “In the final persecution of the Holy Roman Church there will reign Petrus Romanus, who will feed his flock amid many tribulations; after which the seven-hilled city will be destroyed and the dreadful Judge will judge the people. The End.”

Jorge Mario Bergoglio unlawfully assumed the title of Pope (usurpation) after the resignation hoax of Benedict.  Benedict is unlawfully attempting to escape prosecution for child sex abuse and defrauding the United States and European states people of $trillions he (the Crown) and the Vatican stole and money laundered through Vatican central banks (Federal Reserve, Bank of Canada, Bank of England) to the Vatican City State during the Vatican orchestrated securities defrauding U.S. and EU sovereign debt crisis.

The Crown represents the Roman Catholic Church Pope. The Crown ceased to represent the King or Queen of Britain since 1855 when Catholic Church Pope Pius IX placed a crown upon his own head and declared himself to be king of kings of all nations – including Protestant England.  At the time, England was ruled by Queen Victoria who married her first cousin, German “Roman Catholic” First Reich Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha. The marriage was illegal because line of succession laws – Act of Settlement 1701 – forbids any Roman Catholic from assuming the Protestant throne.  A Roman Catholic is specifically excluded from succession to the Church of England throne.  Succession is also governed by the Act of Union 1800, which restates the provisions of the Act of Settlement 1701 and the Bill of Rights 1689. These laws restrict the succession to legitimate descendants of Sophia, Electress of Hanover, and bans those who are Roman Catholics or who have married Roman Catholics.  Queen Victoria forfeited the Protestant throne when she married German “Roman Catholic” First Reich Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha.

Saxe-Coburg and Gotha is the true and legal surname of Elizabeth II, her father George VI and grandfather George V. George V fabricated and assumed the English Windsor name in 1917 to defraud the English and Canadian people.

In 1917 all German monarchies, including the German Saxe-Coburg and Gotha monarchy, were abolished – stripped of all authority, titles and privileges – for aiding and abetting the Catholic Church wage World War I (Catholic Church Second Reich) against England, Canada and the Commonwealth nations.  Canada and the UK has no lawful reigning monarchy since 1917.

Before taking a tiara Crown on Easter of 1855 and with the aid of Queen Victoria’s Roman Catholic consort, First Reich German Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, Pope Pius IX unlawfully seized control of the “Protestant” Bank of England and formed the Catholic Crown’s “City of London Corporation” on January 1, 1855.

Since 1855 your tax dollars have been unlawfully collected by our elected representatives in Canada, the United States and the UK for the Catholic Church Pope (the Crown).  Since 1855 the Crown has unlawfully – without our informed consent – assumed control of our governments, our banks, our wealth and our private property through various Crown Corporations (Bank of Canada, Federal Reserve, Bank of England) and Crown agencies (FSB, IMF, World Bank, UNO, IRS, Revenue Canada, New Regional Service Commissions).

The Ram (Amen) worshiping Crown has been robbing Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and all of mankind through fraudulent financial schemes (derivatives, Bank bailout, Term Auction Facility, EU sovereign debt – nation bankrupting interest debt to the Crown – Crisis, …), insurance fraud, Ponzi schemes, torts, protection racketeering, extortion rackets (bank overdraft protection, Obamacare …), regulatory capture (Crown Corporations – New Regional Service Commissions, land registry, Service New Brunswick, NAFTA, CETA …), human trafficking (forced servitude), trade embargoes (NAFTA, CETA) and bribery of our elected representatives.

Every Pope since the Sol (sun – Sumerians called the sun, Subat, meaning the Ancient Sheep or Ram) Invictus Catholic Church was formed in 325 AD by Roman Emperor Constantine I with the first Ecumenical Council of Nicea, has endeavored to enslave mankind.  Up until the humiliating defeat of the Catholic Church Third Reich in 1945 by Canada, the United States, Great Britain and the Soviet Union war was levied against mankind.  Since the Catholic Church Third Reich defeat financial and political corruption is used to bring about the Catholic Church Fourth Reich.  Today, all of Europe is once again occupied and ruled by the Catholic Church.  The European Union is Vatican Occupied Europe.  The Vatican EU (originally dubbed the European Economic Community) conquered Europe through political and financial corruption.

Pope Benedict moved out of the limelight (his resignation is a hoax) immediately after he and the Vatican bankrupted and robbed the major European states through the Vatican orchestrated EU Sovereign Debt Crisis.  The Vatican orchestrated the EU Sovereign Debt Crisis in order to forcibly remove the elected representatives of the European states (Portugal, Italy, Spain, Greece, Ireland …) and install unelected Roman Catholic Governors.  The Roman Catholic Church appointed  governors then proceeded to rob and enslave the people of the European states through title theft and more interest bearing debt to the Crown.  Those EU states were all forced into bankruptcy by the Vatican and the Vatican Pope (the EU states’ creditor) appointed himself (Catholic Church Pope Benedict XVI) as receiver – a person “placed in the custodial responsibility for the property of others, including tangible and intangible assets and rights,”.  Pope Benedict XVI continues to this day to be Pope of the Roman Catholic Church and bankruptcy receiver of all of the European Union states.

Jorge Mario Bergoglio is not the Pope.  He is still a Jesuit servant of  the Pope – Pope Benedict XVI – the Crown.  A Jesuit can never be Pope.  The Jesuits are a Military Religious Order of the Roman Catholic Church – “as a faithful soldier of the Pope”.   A Jesuit, takes an oath whereby he swears he would never seek (have ambition) to becoming a Pope.  Jesuits are prohibited by oath from accepting titles.

Every Jesuit takes an oath of blind obedience to the “living” Pope.  The Jesuit oath is the same oath taken by the members of the Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus (the Pope’s American Army)  … entered into the Congressional Record, 62nd Congress, 3rd Session; House Bill 1523, Library of Congress, Catalog Card Number, 66-43354, Volume 49, part 4, pages 3215-16; Contested election case of Eugene C. Bonniwell against Thomas S. Butler, published on Feb. 15, 1913, reads:

“1, _ … declare and swear, that his holiness the Pope is Christ’s Vice-regent and is the true and only head of the Catholic or Universal Church throughout the earth; and that by virtue of the keys of binding and loosing, given to his Holiness by my Savior, Jesus Christ, he hath power to depose heretical kings, princes, states, commonwealths and governments, all being illegal without his sacred confirmation and that they may safely be destroyed. Therefore, to the utmost of my power I shall and will defend this doctrine of his Holiness’ right and custom against all usurpers of the heretical or Protestant authority whatever, especially the Lutheran of Germany, Holland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the now pretended authority and churches of England and Scotland, and branches of the same now established in Ireland and on the Continent of America and elsewhere; and all adherents in regard that they be usurped and heretical, opposing the sacred Mother Church of Rome. I do now renounce and disown any allegiance as due to any heretical king, prince or state named Protestants or Liberals, or obedience to any of the laws, magistrates or officers.”

Jorge Mario Bergoglio is still serving Pope Benedict XVI as a Jesuit soldier.  He is simply the inanimate voice of ventriloquist Pope Benedict XVI.  Canon law prohibits Jorge Mario Bergoglio from inheriting the title Pope when a canonically elected Pope is still living.  Jorge Mario Bergoglio is only pretending to be Pope to protect Pope Benedict XVI from criminal prosecution and the integrity of the Catholic Church.  Jorge Mario Bergoglio is a criminal protecting another criminal.

Jorge Mario Bergoglio is deceiving Catholics everywhere.  He is deceiving them by fraudulently claiming he lived a life of poverty in impoverished Argentina. He claims he and other Catholic clergymen are as poor as the people they watched over. Francis is lying to you. Francis is a false prophet, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly is a ravening wolf.

The Roman Catholic clergy are well paid in Argentina. It is because of the Catholic Church’s financial demands that half a million families live in 864 slums and destitute settlements in metropolitan Buenos Aires surrounding Argentina’s capital.

The Constitution of Argentina forces the government to support Roman Catholic Church economically. The federal state is required to pay a salary to Roman Catholic bishops and clergymen. Each bishop receives a monthly salary that is set by law to the equivalent of 80% of that a judge. Older seminarists and retired priests receive minor pensions, and parishes in conflictive and border areas are subsidized by the Argentina government. That is what the Catholic Church demands the government pay them. The Catholic Church also requires the people of Argentina to support the Roman Catholic Church economically too. What the Catholic Church demands from the Catholic parishioners in monetary offerings to the Church is never declared. The state is also required to subsidize many private schools, most of which are affiliated with the Catholic Church.

Jorge Mario Bergoglio was named Auxiliary Bishop of Buenos Aires in 1992 and was ordained on 27 June 1992 as Titular Bishop of Auca, with Cardinal Antonio Quarracino, Archbishop of Buenos Aires, serving as principal consecrator. Two years later in 1994 the Constitution of Argentina was reformed.

The most important Catholic Church reform of the Constitution of Argentina was the capital city, Buenos Aires, given the special status of Autonomous City (a self-governing city state within a state), and its city state population was given the right to elect a Chief of Government . The Catholic Church gave Buenos Aires the same “illegal” city state status as it gave the U.S. capital Washington District of Columbia and the UK capital City of London Corporation. All three city states are Crown (Pope) Corporations.

The Catholic Church / Jorge Mario Bergoglio 1994 Constitutional reforms also created a Crown institution, called Judiciary Council with a mandate to administrate, regulate and control the functioning of the judiciary, to select the candidates for Federal Justicies, and to initiate impeachments to depose them. It is composed of members from both houses of the National Congress, officials selected by the President, and representatives from the lawyers, the judges and the Pontifical Academy.

On June 3, 1997, Bergoglio was appointed Coadjutor Archbishop of Buenos Aires with right of automatic succession. On 28 February 1998, Bergoglio became Metropolitan Archbishop of Buenos Aires. In that role, Bergoglio created new parishes which required more priests and a lot more money being required paid by the state to the Catholic Church. One of Bergoglio’s major financial initiatives as archbishop was to increase the Catholic Church’s presence in the slums of Buenos Aires. Not to care for the poor, but to profit. Under his direction, the number of priests assigned to work (with pay by the state) in the slums doubled.

Also early in his time as Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Bergoglio sold off the Archdiocese’s shares in multiple Argentina banks and laundered the funds and investments into those of private accounts in international banks and to the IOR (Institute for the Works of Religion), commonly known as the Vatican Bank. As a result, Bergoglio robbed multiple Argentine government controlled and private banks and forced all of the Argentinian archdioceses into near bankruptcy. The Federal Reserve did the same thing in the United States, at the very same time as Bergoglio was robbing the Argentine banks.

The Vatican created Federal Reserve (the Federal Reserve Bank of New York) stole and laundered $trillions in U.S. bailout and stimulus funds through the Vatican FSB Crown Corporation Bank of Canada (headed by FSB Chairman and 2008 – 2013 Bank of Canada Governor Mark Carney) into private accounts in international banks and to the Vatican. Pope Benedict resigned, not because of bad health or because of Catholic clergy (including bishops and cardinals) child molestation and male prostitution scandals, he resigned because the stolen and laundered money from the U.S. and European Debt Crisis financial fraud schemes were traced to him – the Crown.
