Stephen Harper aiding and abetting the U.S. military engage in espionage against Canada
Heinous Crimes, Latest news, World news Tuesday, December 3rd, 2013Armed U.S. Predator spy drones have been filmed patrolling hundreds of miles inside Canada with the full knowledge and support of Progressive Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper. A foreign state’s military is flying daily military sorties inside Canada. The purpose of these military operations inside Canada is espionage. This is a violation of the sovereignty of Canada. Stephen Harper is willfully threatening the safety and security of Canada by aiding and abetting a foreign state and its military to patrol Canadian airspace using armed military spy drones. A foreign military is patrolling Canadian airspace for the sole purpose of spying on Canadians. Stephen Harper is allowing a foreign state to commit covert acts of espionage against Canada and Canadians.
It is also a violation of U.S. law. Warrantless spying on US citizens is illegal. As the video reveals the Predators are also used in policing the United States – in violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. They are being controlled on U.S. soil by the United States military and they are being used against the United States people. Patrolling of the United States transportation routes and cities is a violation of the Posse Comitatus Act. The Act prohibits members of the Army from exercising nominally state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain “law and order” on non-federal property (states and their counties and municipal divisions) within the United States.
The statute prohibits Army and Air Force personnel and units of the National Guard under federal authority from acting in a law enforcement capacity within the United States, except where expressly authorized by the Constitution or Congress.
In Canada, the U.S. military Predator intrusions into Canadian airspace and over sovereign Canadian soil are deemed by Canadian Law as the most serious of threats to the safety and security of Canada. These unlawful military flights into Canadian airspace and over sovereign Canadian soil are acts of espionage. According to the “Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-23)” they are classified as acts of espionage.
“threats to the security of Canada” means
(a) espionage or sabotage that is against Canada or is detrimental to the interests of Canada or activities directed toward or in support of such espionage or sabotage,
(b) foreign influenced activities within or relating to Canada that are detrimental to the interests of Canada and are clandestine or deceptive or involve a threat to any person,
(c) activities within or relating to Canada directed toward or in support of the threat or use of acts of serious violence against persons or property for the purpose of achieving a political, religious or ideological objective within Canada or a foreign state, and
(d) activities directed toward undermining by covert unlawful acts, or directed toward or intended ultimately to lead to the destruction or overthrow by violence of, the constitutionally established system of government in Canada,

I have filmed a number of US military aircraft flying inside Canada. Some were drones and others were helicopters and large fixed winged aircraft including a number of them flying sorties over Sussex, NB Canada. I’ve uploaded a video of one such incursion to the PRESS Core website.
The US military aircraft made no attempts to hide its presence. The aircraft didn’t just do a flyover it flew low and circled my house several times before flying off in a southwesterly direction back towards the United States. The video I shot begins after its second sortie. Several neighbors witnessed the incursion including an alarmed retired RCMP officer. A U.S. citizen neighbor jokingly asked me, as I was filming the aircraft, “what did you do now Paul”.

Most people cannot see these Predator spy drones from the ground but they can be detected and filmed using an IR camera. Predator spy drones were designed to spy from high altitudes. Normally you cannot see them in flight but you can hear them. Once you hear one you can spot them using any camera with an infrared mode. The infrared displays heat signatures as white images. The hotter the heat signature the brighter the white imagery.
The Predator spy drones are combustion engine driven. Combustion engines create heat. During flight the Predators spy drones leave a heat vapor trail wherever they go. Heat seeking missiles use infrared guidance to home in on their target. You can use the infrared feature of a video camera to home in on and film the Predator spy drone in flight.
