RCMP used force and violence to overthrow and besiege the Government of Canada

Canadians have yet to realize that the RCMP used force and violence in the execution of Exercise Determined Dragon 14 false flag on October 22, 2014 to forcibly overthrow and besiege the Government of Canada (Parliament) for a foreign power, our WWI and WWII enemy, the Crown. The RCMP staged “military operation” on Parliament Hill on October 22, 2014 was, according to Canada’s Criminal Code (laws) c.C-34 s.46 treason and high treason against Canada.

The Crown, Prime Minister Stephen Harper and the RCMP (a military force that traitorously serves the Crown R.S., 1985, c. C-50, s. 36 http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/c-50/page-12.html) used the US and Saudi governments formed and backed paramilitary group Peninsula Shield Force (operations codename ISIS) as a pretext to obtain Bill C-51 war time powers under false pretense.

The RCMP’s treasonable acts of October 22, 2014 gave a foreign power, the Crown (the Pope), broad “martial law powers” to besiege and control the Canadian government during the Vatican NATO Fourth Reich World War III. The RCMP staged a false flag insurrection in order to officially establish and declare a state of war between the Crown (assumed temporal authority of the reigning Pope) and Canada.

The official international protocol for declaring war was defined in the Hague Convention (III) of 1907 on the Opening of Hostilities.

Article 1

The Contracting Powers recognize that hostilities between themselves must not commence without previous and explicit warning, in the form either of a reasoned declaration of war or of an ultimatum with conditional declaration of war.

Article 2

The existence of a state of war must be notified to the neutral Powers without delay, and shall not take effect in regard to them until after the receipt of a notification, which may, however, be given by telegraph. Neutral Powers, nevertheless, cannot rely on the absence of notification if it is clearly established that they were in fact aware of the existence of a state of war.

The RCMP (serves the foreign power, the Crown http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/c-50/page-12.html) October 22, 2014 staged Exercise Determined Dragon 14 false flag was the Crown, the belligerent, making a reasoned declaration of war against Canada. The RCMP siege of Parliament is the Crown establishing “The existence of a state of war“. Bill C-51 represents “the receipt of a notification” of “the existence of a state of war.“

As such, the RCMP’s treasonable acts of besieging Parliament on and since October 22, 2014 are deemed by Canadian law as treason c.C-34 s.46 (2)(a) uses force or violence for the purpose of overthrowing the government of Canada and high treason c.C-34 s.46 (1)(b)(c) – levies war against Canada or does any act preparatory thereto; and assists an enemy at war with Canada, or any armed forces against whom Canadian Forces are engaged in hostilities, whether or not a state of war exists between Canada and the country whose forces they are.

Bill C-51 represents “the receipt of a notification” of “the existence of a state of war” in that it specifically targets Canada and Canadians. Bill C-51 is the Crown and the RCMP (a military force) declaring and levying war against Canada and Canadians.

Bill C-51 seeks to allow, under color of law (mere semblance of law; not law), and under false pretense, the RCMP and CSIS (members are active or former RCMP; June 21, 1984 rename of RCMP Secret Intelligence) to engage in “overt” acts of espionage, sabotage, kidnapping (the taking away of a person by force with intent to detain that person against his will; without a warrant or charge) and levy war against Canada (c.C-34 s.46) and Canadians.

No foreign country or power is targeted by “the receipt of a notification” of “the existence of a state of war” Bill C-51. Canadians are the only people who will be illegally targeted, spied on, assaulted, threatened and/or kidnapped (the taking away of a person by force with intent to detain that person against his will; without a warrant or charge), by a foreign power’s “military” RCMP, contrary to c.C-34 s.46 of the Criminal Code of Canada (Treason and High Treason against Canada) and the Emergencies Act of 1988.

RCMP uniforms might say POLICE on them but they are by no means police officers – dedicated to serving and protecting Canada and its people and to upholding the laws of Canada. These men in uniform do not serve, protect and defend Canada. They are not now, nor have they ever been, “civilian” police officers.

The RCMP serve, protect and defend a foreign state and the foreign head of state, the Crown as a “military” force. RCMP officers are “soldiers” who betray Canada and dishonor our WWI and WWII fallen and veterans. The RCMP consciously or purposely act to betray Canada and the trust of the Canadian people by levying war against Canada and its people as “soldiers” for a foreign power and our WWI and WWII enemy, the Crown.

The enemy of Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Russia, the Middle East, China and the World is Canada’s most notorious enemy too. John F Kennedy – “For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed. It conducts the Cold War, in short, with a war-time discipline no democracy would ever hope or wish to match.“

JFK is talking about the Crown – the Vatican Mafia Pope. The Vatican Mafia is the largest criminal organization in the World. The Vatican Mafia godfather is and always has been the Pope. The Vatican Mafia has one purpose – to protect and enforce the assumed “temporal supremacy” of the reigning Catholic Church Pope – i.e. the Crown.

The modern day Vatican Mafia was created after the Catholic Church suffered a deadly wound (Revelation 13:3) by Napoleon Bonaparte on August 29, 1799. One year earlier, in February 1798, Napoleon Bonaparte overthrow the Pope, stripped him and the Catholic Church of all “temporal authority”, seized the Papal States and forced Pope Pius VI into and die in exile. The Napoleonic War ended the Catholic Church First Reich in 1806. The Catholic Church (Vatican Mafia) assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo started WWI, a.k.a. Catholic Church Second Reich.

Historical facts exposes the Vatican as headquarters for the Vatican Mafia. No mafia boss has ever been called the godfather. The head of each Catholic Church Mafia family is called a “boss,” or “don”. The title godfather is reserved only for the Pope – the only person on Earth who narcissistically claims to be god and supreme father of the Catholic Church.

Every major crime against Canada has been linked to the Crown which represents the “assumed” temporal (corporate) authority of the reigning Catholic Church Pope. The Catholic Church (the Vatican) has been behind every major World War.

The three major German empire wars;

• the First Reich (beginning in 962 to The First Crusade (1096–1099) to 1806 when it was defeated, stripped of all its authority and Pope Pius VI forced into and died in exile – the fabled “Deadly Wound” of the Catholic Church – by Napoleon Bonaparte in the Napoleonic Wars),

• the Third Reich (lasted from the Machtergreifung in 1933 – the year the Vatican took over the U.S. when they illegally installed their Federal Reserve bankers who immediately replaced the gold and silver backed U.S. Dollar with a worthless counterfeit called the Federal Reserve Note – to their defeat at the end of World War II in 1945)

were all ordered by and waged for the Pope (the Crown). All were waged to form Reichs – Holy Roman Empires (European papal states) for the Roman Catholic Church (founded, not by Christ or any apostles, but by the Roman Emperor Constantine I in AD 325 at the First Council of Nicaea as a “Roman” Catholic (means Universal) pagan religion that pays homage to ancient Roman sun god “Sol (means Sun) Invictus”).

The building of the Vatican Fourth Reich (a.k.a. Fourth Holy Roman Empire a.k.a. New World Order) through the Vatican Crown created United Nations Organization (UNO), new Nazi Waffen SS force called NATO and the Vatican NATO reoccupied Europe (European Union or EU originally called the European Economic Community or EEC by the Vatican) is also for the Pope, i.e. the Crown.
