Russia and China have both vetoed a UN Resolution put forward by the United States to use military force against Syria. Both Russia and China know that the uprising in Syria was orchestrated by the United States using CIA mercenaries. Russia and China have always claimed that the United States was involved and the United States was fabricating evidence against Syria in order to get a UN Resolution to use military force against Syria. Today one such fabrication was uncovered when a young woman who the United States government claimed was mutilated and murdered appeared on Syrian TV and identified herself as Zainab Alhusni. The U.S. government’s false report of mutilation and murder stirred outrage and condemnation across the world.

Today it has been learned that BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA has ordered the CIA controlled Pentagon (Obama appointed former CIA director Leon Panetta as Defense Secretary in May) to ready troops for military strikes against Syria despite the UN Security Council vetoing any military action against Syria. Obama for the second time this year has unilaterally committed US forces to a war that Congress has not authorized. Why is Obama starting wars without Congressional approval? British subject BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA was illegally put in office by the European bankers in order to cause the economic collapse of the United States. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA has successfully bankrupted the United States so the next step to bring about a New World Order is to start WWIII. Attacking Syria will start WWIII. Syrian President Bashar Assad on Tuesday threatened to set fire to the Middle East, and especially Israel, if NATO (the United States’ surrogate military force) attacks Syria. Assad said: “If a crazy measure is taken against Damascus, I will need not more than six hours to transfer hundreds of rockets and missiles to the Golan Heights to fire them at Tel Aviv.” According to the Fars news agency, the Syrian president stressed that Damascus will also call on Hezbollah in Lebanon to launch a fierce rocket and missile attack on Israel, such that Israeli intelligence could never imagine. “All these events will happen in three hours, but in the second three hours, Iran will attack the US warships in the Persian Gulf and the US and European interests will be targeted simultaneously,” Assad said.

Israel will strike back with a massive nuclear retaliation against “enemy” nations should its existence as a Jewish state be jeopardized through military attack. Israeli leaders created the “Samson Option” in the mid-1960s, inspired by the very first suicide bomber named Samson, who destroyed a Philistine temple, killing himself and thousands of Philistines.

In 1950, the Nuremberg Tribunal defined Crimes against Peace, in Principle VI, specifically Principle VI(a), submitted to the United Nations General Assembly, as:

(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;

(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).

The crime of Crime Against Peace applies to Barack Hussein Obama’s planning for and preparing for a nuclear war. He is not rushing to nuclear bomb shelters because he knows when the war will start – at date and time of his own choosing. This order to start the FED’s WWIII also makes Barack Hussein Obama guilty of conspiring to commit genocide.

The United Nations Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (CPPCG). Article 2 of this convention defines genocide as “any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: killing members of the group; causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life, calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; and forcibly transferring children of the group to another group.”

Also this past week, Oct 4, 2011 the FDA announced a critical shortage in drugs. http://www.fda.gov/Drugs/DrugSafety/DrugShortages/ucm050792.htm The list of drugs that are in critically short supply are the same drugs that first responders would need to stockpile in preparation for war or a cataclysmic event. Some of the drugs listed are used to treat radiation sickness. Anesthesia drugs are listed as in short supply.

Maryland-based biotechnology firm Emergent BioSolutions on Monday was awarded a $1.25 billion contract to provide the U.S. government with 44.75 million doses of an anthrax vaccine.

The American people do not realize just how lucky they were on September 11, 2001. 9/11 was a cowardly act of treason by George W Bush and Dick Cheney which resulted in 2,974 fatalities, but if their attack failed the casualties could have been much higher – the entire city of New York could have been lost.

To answer the $ million question - What happened to the capstone and the massive shell casing of the Great Pyramid of Giza? Both Michelle Obama and Barack Obama are barred from practicing law. The Supreme Court of Illinois stated that Michelle and Obama were declared illegible to practice law. ARDC http://www.iardc.org/ldetail.asp?id=791875904 ATTORNEY'S REGISTRATION AND PUBLIC DISCIPLINARY RECORD confirms that Barack Obama's Illinois Registration Status as : "Voluntarily retired and not authorized to practice law". It also states under Malpractice Insurance: "attorney reported that he/she does not have malpractice coverage." Obama wasn't able to be insured (bondable) because of prior criminal activity. What isn't stated by ARDC is Obama plea bargained and avoided "public" prosecution. Obama voluntarily retired in return for the dismissal of all "criminal" charges and avoid formal disbarment. Disbarment is imposed as a sanction for conduct indicating that an attorney is not fit to practice law, willfully disregarding the interests of a client, or engaging in fraud which impedes the administration of justice. Obama was essentially disbarred for lying on his application.

Obama used and is using an assumed name. Barack Obama isn't his birth and legally registered name. On the bar application it asks if that person has ever used or been known by another name. Barack Obama stated "No". However, Barry has used several names...publicly - Barry Dunham, aka Barry Soetoro (name on application for foreign student financial aid at Occidental College - http://presscore.ca/2016/?p=2929), aka Barack Obama, aka Barry Obama (http://articles.latimes.com/2007/jan/29/local/me-oxy29 January 29, 2007).

Obama claims he "voluntarily" gave up his license. Various State documents revealed he lied (a fraud) and an internal investigation at the law firm that both he and Michelle worked provided concrete evidence that he knowingly and willingly lied (committed fraud) on his bar application. Another lie was his involvement in illegal drug activity. In his book, "Dreams from My Father" Obama confessed in writing, “Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.” pp. 93–94. Obama confessed to possession and using pot and blow - the illicit drug cocaine. 21 U.S.C. § 844 : US Code Penalties for simple possession states: "It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess a controlled substance unless such substance was obtained directly, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order, from a practitioner,..." Obama knew that his possession and usage of illegal drugs were unlawful - a felony. Israel is the only country in the region that has refused to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Almost 180 countries have done it, including all Arab countries. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan… all Israeli neighbours have opened their borders to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and ratified it in 1970. Israel refuses to sign the treaty.

At the time of the annexation of Palestine in 1948, there were approximately 140,000–150,000 Jews living in Iran. Iran has been the historical center of Persian Jewry for over 2,700 years. Over 85% have since migrated to either Israeli occupied Palestine or the United States, with the migration accelerating after the 1979 Islamic Revolution, when the population dropped from 100,000 to about 40,000.

An estimated 250,000 Jews of Iranian descent currently live in Israeli occupied Palestine - most of them in the city of Holon, just outside Tel Aviv. More than 25,000 Jews are living in Iran presently.

Jews played an important role in the early days of Iraq's independence, but the Iraqi Jewish community, numbered at around 120,000 in 1948, almost entirely left the country due to persecution following the the UN annexation of Palestine. The history of the Jews in Iraq is documented from the time of the Babylonian captivity c. 586 BCE. Iraqi Jews constitute one of the world's oldest and most historically significant Jewish communities. The Talmud (a central text of mainstream Judaism, considered second to the Torah) was compiled in Babylonia, identified with modern Iraq.

So is it US / UN / NATO aggressions against Muslims in Iraq and Iran or their persecution of the Jews? George W Bush used the word "Crusade" to describe his war against the people he calls "evildoers." The First "Roman Catholic Crusade" (launched on 27 November 1095 by Pope Urban II) touched off new persecutions of Jews in which Jews were massacred and exiled from various European countries. Today it would appear that the US "Wars of Terror" are actually aimed at the Jews. Look at the war maps and you too can see that the US crusade is marching "FORWARD" against the Jews - to annihilate the Jewish people.

The greatest deception of modern times - Britain and the US didn't liberate the Jews from persecution and the Nazi concentration camps at the end of WWII. Britain and the US just moved the survivors to another Jewish concentration camp they created in 1948 called Israel.

(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;

A military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense is a felony criminal offense - a war of aggression. To initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime. Crimes against peace is (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i). Aggression is an unprovoked armed attack by a State against the territory, the people, or the land, sea or air forces of another State.

War crimes are serious violations of international humanitarian law. Individuals, including heads of state, are criminally responsible for the crimes: "murder, the ill-treatment or deportation of civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps", "the murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war", the killing of prisoners, "the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages, and any devastation not justified by military, or civilian necessity".

Torture—and complicity in torture—is a “grave breach” of the 1949 Geneva Conventions. If Canadian officials allowed detainees to be transferred to Afghan custody despite an apparent risk of torture, and chose not to take reasonable steps to protect them, they are as guilty of a war crime as the torturers themselves. They can be prosecuted in Canada under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Or they could be hauled before the International Criminal Court. Canada has ratified the ICC’s statute, giving it jurisdiction over Canadians who commit war crimes anywhere.
