Lac-Mégantic crude oil train derailment linked to Irving Oil pipeline
Corruption, World news Monday, July 22nd, 2013Canada’s Transportation Safety Board (TSB) preliminary findings into the Lac-Mégantic derailment suggests a plot to intentionally derail the freight train hauling tank cars, each filled with 113,000 litres (25,000 imp gal; 30,000 US gal) of crude oil that killed 47 people and destroyed the downtown core of Lac-Mégantic. The freight train was transporting crude oil to the Irving Oil refinery in Saint John New Brunswick. Events both at the scene and between Irving Oil Ltd, New Brunswick Premier David Alward and Alberta Premier Alison Redford prior to the derailment gives both evidence and motive that the freight train was abandoned while running and unsecured on the main line and purposely derailed. Investigators are looking into the link between this catastrophic derailment and Irving Oil’s plan to move crude to its Atlantic Canada refineries via pipeline.
The TSB found that the engineer was instructed by his boss, United States-based Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway (MMA) (owned by Rail World) to leave the train on the main track, unattended, with an unlocked locomotive cab, parked alongside a public highway where it was accessible to the general public, with no additional protection. The engineer then departed by taxi for a local hotel, l’Eau Berge in downtown Lac-Mégantic, for the night. The TSB investigators were told that while en route to the hotel, the engineer told the taxi driver that he felt unsafe leaving a train running while it was spitting oil and thick, black smoke. He said he wanted to call the U.S. office of the MMA (in Hermon, Maine) to request other directives.
Witnesses have confirmed with investigators that the train was unattended and in distress around 22:45 that night. Witness reported seeing the stopped train and the locomotives where emitting a thick dark blue cloud of diesel smoke as well as sparks coming out of a locomotive’s exhaust. The Nantes Fire Department as well as a police officer from the Sûreté du Québec’s Lac-Mégantic detachment responded to a 911 call from a citizen at 23:32 who reported a fire on the first locomotive. The fire department extinguished the blaze and notified the Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway’s rail traffic controller in Farnham. By 00:13 two MMA track maintenance employees had arrived from Lac-Mégantic; the Nantes firefighters left the scene as the MMA employees assured the police officer and the Farnham rail traffic controller that the train was safe. Forty three minutes later, at 00:56 the unattended freight train carrying Irving Oil bound crude oil began rolling downhill on its own.
Why was the engineer instructed by his superiors at MMA to abandon the distressed (spewing smoke and sparks) crude oil freight train on a hill? The Irving Oil Ltd Pipeline. Irving Oil Ltd chairman Arthur Irving has been lobbying (politically correct word for influence peddling, bribery and extortion) the Progressive Conservative federal and provincial government to build an oil pipeline from the Alberta tar mining operations to its refineries in Saint John New Brunswick. He, New Brunswick Progressive Conservative Premier (US born) David Alward and corrupt Alberta Progressive Conservative Premier Alison Redford have and are conspiring (plotting) to build the oil pipeline at whatever the cost – now including loss of life.
Rail cannot transport the fabricated (snake) oil from the Alberta Tar mining pits quick enough for the Alberta government and Irving Oil Ltd to make a profit. They need a pipeline in order to refine one million barrels per day of this Alberta snake (fake) oil. In order to build their pipeline they have to first derail the competition – hauling oil via freight train. That is what they did in Lac-Mégantic.
In February 2013, US born New Brunswick Premier David Alward, announced at a joint news conference, that his corrupt government (influence peddling, misappropriation of federal transfer payment to the province, conspiracy to commit euthanasia (DNR policy of withholding life saving procedures for senors), extortion, bribery, senior drug and financial abuse, fraud, land title theft …) supported corrupt (illegal election campaign funding scheme) Premier Allison Redford’s call for Alberta’s landlocked snake oil (fabricated from the very toxic dirt Asphalt/bitumen) to reach Irving Oil Ltd’s docks in Saint John New Brunswick. Getting to Irving Oil Ltd shipping ports means accessing more lucrative global markets overseas by tanker where they will get a better price than they currently do in the United States. Without the pipeline Alberta and Irving Oil Ltd are losing $billions in speculative profits.

Mr. Chairman, I am John Maresca, Vice President, International Relations, of Unocal Corporation.
Unocal is one of the world’s leading energy resource and project development companies. Our activities are focused on three major regions — Asia, Latin America and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. In Asia and the U.S. Gulf of Mexico, we are a major oil and gas producer. I appreciate your invitation to speak here today. I believe these hearings are important and timely, and I congratulate you for focusing on Central Asia oil and gas reserves and the role they play in shaping U.S. policy.
Today we would like to focus on three issues concerning this region, its resources and U.S. policy:
The need for multiple pipeline routes for Central Asian oil and gas. …
One obvious potential route south would be across Iran. However, this option is foreclosed for American companies because of U.S. sanctions legislation. The only other possible route option is across Afghanistan, which has its own unique challenges.
The country has been involved in bitter warfare for almost two decades. The territory across which the pipeline would extend is controlled by the Taliban, an Islamic movement that is not recognized as a government by most other nations. From the outset, we have made it clear that construction of our proposed pipeline cannot begin until a recognized government is in place that has the confidence of governments, lenders and our company.
As with the proposed Central Asia Oil Pipeline, CentGas cannot begin construction until an internationally recognized Afghanistan government is in place. For the project to advance, it must have international financing, government-to-government agreements and government-to-consortium agreements.

On July 6, 2013 Irving Oil, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, Alberta Premier Alison Redford and US born New Brunswick Premier David Alward began building their oil pipeline by killing Canadians on Canadian soil. The Lac-Mégantic crude oil train derailment was their false flag and Canadians lives were sacrificed for the greed of oil.
Does this look like oil? I see only gravel trucks, bulldozers, and mining equipment. This is what you see at all of the Alberta Tar Sands sites. You don’t see oil rigs, oil pumps, flaring, or oil gushing out of the ground. All you see is black dirt.. This crap is what you are putting into your gas tanks and it is what is causing your expensive car and truck’s engine to fail with no real mileage on it. The next time the engine fails in your new $30,000 car or truck send the repair and replacement bill to Stephen Harper, David Alward, Alison Redford and Arthur Irving. This Alberta Tar Sand is the root cause of engine seizure. Your car and truck has a fuel filter to filter out dirt but the fuel filter cannot filter fuel that is already saturated with sand.

The World has the Alberta government and contempt of Parliament / war criminal (complicity in torture, war of aggression) Stephen Harper to thank, for destroying the environment and millions of automobile engines world wide. The Alberta government is strip mining (not drilling) and marketing the most toxic sand on Earth – sand that contains millions of tons of carcinogenic (cancer causing) and global warming carbon – as oil.
The tar sands are Canada’s single greatest and fastest growing greenhouse gas emitter contributing to global warming. These emissions include nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, and carbon dioxide – all of which are very toxic gases. Producing a barrel of tar sands oil costs the climate three times the greenhouse gas emissions as a barrel of conventional oil. By 2015, the tar sands are expected to emit between 108 and 126 million tons of greenhouse gases annually. The tar sands will produce 600 million tonnes of carbon pollution a year by 2019. That is 18 tonnes of CO2 a year per Canadian or 166 tonnes a year per Albertan.
Before they begin strip mining the toxic CO2 sands they completely destroy millions of acres of oxygen producing forests and all animal life and vegetation living and growing within them. Once all life is stripped away they begin strip mining this toxic CO2 sand – as you can see in the image above. Huge diesel burning and carbon emission spewing sand trucks (not oil tanker trucks) are then loaded and driven to the tar processing plants where they add millions of barrels of earth’s limited supply of fresh drinking water to make a few barrels of tar. More fresh drinking water in the form of very hot steam is then added to the thick tar to thin it to a viscosity that imitates crude oil.
After the tar is diluted and stored the Alberta government and Stephen Harper have to move quickly to sell this crap. There is a reason why the Alberta government and Harper has to sell it to some sucker as quickly as possible. Every day it sits the tar sludge starts to thicken again. This is why this crap (tarap) is the most expensive on the planet. The mining companies that turn the Alberta dirt into low viscosity tar must add expensive additives to slow down the immediate re-thickening. Because the mining operations are in Alberta’s cold northern region they also add toxic anti-freezing chemicals to the tar making process. If they don’t the tar would get so thick that it would stop flowing in the pipelines. The additives they add to keep the tar from thickening adds to the toxicity of the already very toxic tar sands.
By the time this toxic sludge reaches market it is laden with CO2 and a number of highly toxic anti-thickening and anti-freezing chemicals. We all know what CO2 does to the environment. What effect does burning antifreeze and toxic chemicals in a combustion engine have on the environment, on us and every living thing on earth? Mechanics can tell you what effect Alberta Tar have on your vehicles. They have replaced millions of engines because of it. Alberta Tar kills engines. Alberta Tar thickens in the engine and immediately begins building up in your engine. This build up is called engine sludge. It is responsible (liable) for causing millions of engines world wide to seize up. Alberta Tar Sands is liable for destroying the environment and your vehicle’s engine
Any country would be foolish (down right stupid) to buy any of this environment and engine killing CO2 sludge. The name of the project should provide sufficient cause for the World to boycott the CO2 sands. The name says it all – “Tar Sands”. The Alberta Tar Sands Project isn’t drilling for or refining liquid oil. It is a mining operation that permanently contaminates millions of barrels (a day) of the limited supply of Earth’s fresh drinking water to make diluted tar.
Did you know that Stephen Harper and his government is giving Canada’s fresh drinking water supply to the mining companies (most are foreign owned) for free. The water used in the tar processing plants is permanently contaminated. Never again fit for human or animal consumption. Even after Harper gives them the water for free the product they market as oil is the most expensive on the planet.
Even though Canada is suppose to be an oil producing nation Canadians pay more than the number 1 buyer of this tar crap (tarap) – the United States. Today Canadians pay an average of $5 a gallon at the pumps for the Alberta tarap. The US pays an average of $4 a gallon at their pumps for the same toxic CO2 Alberta tarap. Why? As stated before – “After the tar is diluted and stored the Alberta government and Stephen Harper have to move quickly to sell this crap,” or “the tar sludge starts to thicken again”. Canadians can be forced to pay whatever the Alberta government and Stephen Harper wants for this environment and engine killing tarap. The United States desperately needs oil – any oil – and if the Alberta government and Stephen Harper wants to sell them this environment and engine killing tarap they have to sell it – at cost – to the United States.
Have you noticed that whenever the temperature drops below freezing prices at the pumps shoot up in Canada? Not because of demand. There is actually too much Alberta tarap in reserve. So much so that Harper is desperately trying to sell it to South American countries. The reason why gas prices go up and why there is an urgency for Harper to sell this tarap to the South American countries is the same – the tarap goes bad. In cold weather the tarap starts to thicken and expensive additives have to be added to keep it marketable. If this tarap is let to sit in huge storage tanks for an extended length of time it will be become unmarketable as the diluted tar begins to thicken again. If it becomes too thick, expensive processing (using more fresh drinking water and/or anti-freezing and anti-thickening chemicals) will have to be applied to dilute it and make it marketable again.
It takes millions of years for the Earth to make oil from decaying plant and animal life. Between 50 to 300 million years. Virtually no petroleum is found in rocks younger than one to two million years old. The Alberta Tar Sands is more than 2 million years shy of being oil. The Alberta and Stephen Harper government are trying to cheat time, the laws of physics, you and the World by mining and marketing sand as oil. In the process, they are killing your car’s engine and the planet.

The Alberta tar sands mining operations uses heat to create snake oil from sand and sell it as oil. Millions of barrels of fresh water is heated to make steam and the hot steam softens the carcinogenic bitumen (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH’s) in bitumen causes cancer) and separates the bitumen from the sand. Bituman is not oil. It is a few million years shy from being being oil. It takes at least 10 million years for Earth to create crude oil. Bitumen is tar (Asphaltum), fraudulent being marketed as oil – snake oil.

Tar sludge is a hazardous waste that is a by-product of the tar cooking process. It is a dark, sticky substance that poses serious threats to human health, environmental standards and worker safety. That is exactly what Canadian oil is – tar sludge. The stripped mined tar sands of Alberta is cooked, using fresh drinking water, to purposely make this very toxic tar sludge. They then refine this very toxic by-product using more toxic solvents to dissolve away the substance of interest – counterfeit oil.
The true test as to whether or not Alberta Tar sand is oil or not is easily demonstrated by the fact that natural petroleum will burn straight from the ground. Alberta Tar Sand will not. Oil tankers and oil platforms can explode with just a small spark. You can spray an Alberta Tar sand strip mine with a flame thrower and it won’t explode. If you smoke on or near an oil rig you can cause a catastrophic explosion and fire. Strip miners at the Alberta Tar sand pits can smoke and even throw their lite cigarette butts on the exposed Alberta Tar Sand and it won’t cause an explosion or instantaneous fire.
Irving Oil and snake oil conman – U.S. born New Brunswick Premier David Alward (and his Energy Minister Craig Leonard) are actively involved in another illegal scheme – fraudulently peddling a pile of dirt – shale – as natural gas. Shale to be precise is a fine-grained, clastic sedimentary rock composed of mud that is a mix of flakes of clay minerals and tiny fragments (silt-sized particles) of other minerals, none of which is gas or oil. Shale contains zero gas and zero oil. The following image is what shale gas actually looks like. It is 100% dirt.
Arthur Irving (Irving Oil) and U.S. born New Brunswick Premier David Alward’s shale gas is a fraudulent confidence trick – an attempt to defraud the people of New Brunswick. The confidence trick was hatched by con men David Alward and Arthur Irving after a $650 million extortion lawsuit by the natural gas pipeline distributor monopoly Enbridge Gas (influence peddling, extortion, and bribery involved) and trick (a fraud) foreign buyer(s) into buying out Irving Oil Ltd’s stake in the Canaport LNG. Contracts to supply natural gas to North America have soured after the fabrication of the very toxic and life threatening H2S gas from shale rock created a glut of the commodity and caused prices to plunge. The Canaport LNG terminal has become a big white elephant for Irving Oil Ltd. now that natural gas prices have plummeted. It costs more to “fabricate” the very toxic and poisonous hydrogen sulfide (H2S) gas from dirt than current market value for natural (created by nature, not man) gas.

This is the second derailment of a freight train hauling crude oil. On May 21 2013 another freight train hauling crude oil jumped the tracks in southeastern Saskatchewan and spilled more than 91,000 litres of oil. Someone is trying to derail the transportation of oil via rail in favor of a pipeline. Who is to blame? Who has motive? Those seeking to build the Irving Oil pipeline – Irving Oil Ltd, NB Premier David Alward and Alberta Premier Alison Redford and their boss disentitled (willful and deliberate contempt of Canada’s Parliament) Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
The Canadian government participated in the U.S.’s illegal war of aggression against Afghanistan and the genocide of it ruling Taliban government for the same reason – a pipeline – the Trans-Afghan pipeline. Stephen Harper and Peter McKay tortured and mass murdered the Afghan people and committed genocide (a war crime) against the Taliban just to build an oil pipeline from Turkmenistan to Pakistan. If Harper is willing to sacrifice Canadian soldiers to build an oil pipeline in Afghanistan you can safely bet that he is now willing to kill Canadians on Canadian soil to build a pipeline across Canada.
Do not forget that Stephen Harper was removed as Prime Minister for contempt of Parliament. Stephen Harper was removed as Prime Minister of Canada in a no-confidence vote on March 25, 2011, with the motion gaining full support of all opposition parties including the New Democrats, after Stephen Harper and his government were found guilty of contempt of Parliament. This was the first occurrence in Canadian history and Commonwealth history of a government in the Westminster parliamentary tradition losing the confidence of the House of Commons on the grounds of contempt of Parliament. The no-confidence motion was carried with a vote of 156 in favour of the motion, and 145 against, thus disentitling Stephen Harper as Prime Minister of Canada. This Elections Canada Act disentitlement forced a dissolution of parliament and a federal election.

In Nov of 2011 Stephen Harper and his Progressive Conservative party admitted to illegal campaign advertising tactics in the 2006 campaign that brought Stephen Harper to power. Instead of being ousted for violating election laws Stephen Harper, the Conservative Party of Canada and its fundraising arm, the Conservative Fund of Canada, were fined just $52,000 after pleading guilty to exceeding national advertising spending limits and illegally reporting the expenses incurred through a sophisticated and illegal “in-and-out” scheme. Stephen Harper instructed his party to commit wire fraud and election fraud by transferring national advertising money, through wire transfers into and immediately out of local Progressive Conservative riding campaign accounts, in order to claim national ad spending as local.The “in-and-out” accounting scam (a fraud) was ordered by Stephen Harper to “buy him the 2006 election.”
