The United States domestic enemy and the World’s only aggressor – the US president
Corruption, World news Saturday, June 16th, 2012At the start of each new Congress, in January of every odd-numbered year, the entire House of Representatives and one-third of the Senate take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Upon enlisting in the United States Armed Forces, each person enlisting in an armed force (whether a soldier, sailor, airman, or marine) also takes an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic. However, no one in the United States Congress or the US military appears to have any idea what a domestic enemy of the Constitution looks like. Well the United States Constitution and the Declaration of Independence tells you exactly who this domestic enemy is. The domestic enemy is and will always be any president of the United States who assumes dictatorial powers. A domestic enemy is not any American citizen.
The Republic was formed and the Constitution was drafted as the supreme law of the United States to prevent and forever ban the president from assuming dictatorial leadership over the people of the United States. The Constitution was drafted to protect and guarantee the rights and freedoms of every US citizen. Nowhere in the Constitution does it state that the US people must serve, protect or defend the US president. The US Congress does not serve, protect or defend the US president. The US soldiers do not serve, protect or defend the US president. A US soldier is only required to obey “lawful” orders of the president and to disobey any and all unlawful orders. It wasn’t until 1902 that the Secret Service assumed full-time responsibility for protection of the President. Before that the Secret Service was in charge of suppressing the counterfeiting of the United States Note. To this day the counterfeit (counterfeit means to illegally imitate something) Federal Reserve Note has illegally been used in place of the only legal tender for the United States – the US Dollar. The US Constitution gave no authorization for the Federal Reserve to print the US currency. The US Constitution only authorizes the Congress to “To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof” – Article 1 Section 8 Powers of Congress.
The U.S. Constitution also gives no authorizations for the president of the United States to make Executive Orders. Executive Orders are inherently Unconstitutional even if the Executive Order itself did not violate the Constitution, from the sole fact that THERE IS NO AUTHORITY FOR THEM TO EXIST.
The Constitution clearly and explicitly separates federal power among three branches of government by creating a system of checks and balances designed to protect personal rights. One important aspect of separation of powers involves impeachment. If a President abuses his powers and is found guilty of any “high crimes or misdemeanors,” Congress can remove him from office. The president can removed for committing a misdemeanor. Examples of misdemeanors include: petty theft, theft, prostitution, public intoxication, simple assault, battery, domestic violence, criminal mischief, obstructing justice, stalking, shoplifting, disorderly conduct, trespass, vandalism, reckless driving, possession of marijuana and in some jurisdictions first-time possession of certain other drugs, and other similar crimes. Basically what the Constitution of the United States is declaring is that the president can and must be removed for “any” violation of law.
If the US Congress allows and or conspires with the president of the United States to abuse and usurp the Constitution of the United States then they too become the domestic enemy of the United States and its people. “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.” ~ The Declaration of Independence July 4, 1776
long train of abuses and usurpations
Foreign terrorists and hijackers didn’t attack the US on September 11, 2001 and bring down the World Trade Center Towers – the U.S. president and his government did that using remote controlled military aircraft and planted tactical nukes.
Terrorists didn’t take away the freedom, liberty and justice of the American people – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Terrorists didn’t draw up the Patriot Act, create the Department of Homeland Security, spy illegally on Americans, launch 3 unprovoked armed attacks against 3 foreign states, abolish habeas corpus, kidnap, deport, torture and murder U.S. and foreign civilians – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Terrorists didn’t loot $trillions from US Federal Tax Revenue and give it to the Wall Street bankers – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Terrorists didn’t bankrupt the U.S. – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Terrorists didn’t create the $15.7 trillion national debt – the U.S. president and his government did that ($13 trillion added by just the last 4 of the 44 presidents of the United States – George HW Bush, Bill Clinton, George W Bush and Barrack Obama – Obama added $5 trillion in just 3 years, George W Bush added $5 trillion over 2 terms, Bill and Hillary Clinton added $1.5 trillion, George HW Bush added $1.5 trillion) .
Terrorists didn’t force millions of Americans out of work and onto the street – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Terrorists didn’t develop and release the Avian Flu and the Swine Flu – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Terrorists didn’t drop nuclear bombs on civilian cities – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Terrorists didn’t murder 3 million civilians in Iraq – the U.S. president and his government did that.
Now tell me who is a greater threat to the American people and to the World – a phantom terrorist group called al Qaeda or a dictatorial U.S. president and his government? Tell me why would you travel thousands of miles to a foreign country to fight and even give your life to protect and restore their rights and freedoms when your own rights and freedoms are being stripped away at home, on US soil, by your president and his government? Who is a greater threat to mankind? Those who have used nukes against foreign and US civilian cities or those seeking to develop nuclear energy.
The American people went off to war to remove by force the leadership of foreign states that were allegedly a threat to their own people and to mankind. The US president and his government justified their murder of those leaders by claiming they eliminated the threat they posed to the US and to the World. However, after the fact, the evidence showed that none posed any imminent or future threat to their people or to any other foreign state. In fact, the evidence clearly shows the World that it is the US leadership who are the greatest threat to mankind and to the American people. Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Somalia, and Iran have not and have never attacked the US. It was and is the US president and his government who have attacked or is planning to wage war with Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Somalia, and Iran. The US president and his government is the only leadership in the World to use nukes against civilian cities – not just once but 4 times and twice against it own people, on US soil – World Trade Center Towers, New York City September 11, 2001.
