How do we citizens organize, quickly, efficiently and with enough power to take back our Constitutional republic?

In 1776 that was the caprice of King George III as he and his Parliament created laws that affected the colonies in ways that did not affect any other Englishmen. Those laws included the Stamp Act, various taxes and tariffs, prohibitions on imports and exports, more and more taxes, Redcoats patrolling American streets, the suspension of habeas corpus, and requiring those charged with crimes to travel back to England for trial.
Today, isn’t Washington doing the same exact things. Imposing the Patriot Act. Private armies patrolling American streets, the suspension of habeas corpus, waging war at will without Congressional approval, dolling out $trillions more than what Congress authorized, protecting the Federal Reserve bankers while allowing millions of Americans to lose their jobs, their home and now their life savings. One usurpation after usurpation of the United States Constitution requires that the U.S. government be overthrown by the people.
They have violated the First Amendment. Not the least of which is the Patriot Act.
They have violated the Second Amendment by enacting laws and regulations infringing on the rights of the people to keep and bear arms, simultaneously destroying the militia and making citizens less safe and states less secure.
They have violated the Fourth Amendment through internet surveillance, airport searches and warrantless searches.
They have violated the Fifth Amendment by rendition of American citizens without due process and IRS double jeopardy prosecutions. You also are compelled to be a witness against yourself every time you sign your tax return.
They have violated the Sixth Amendment as no one gets a speedy trial.
They have violated the Seventh Amendment when it does not protect the right to jury trial, but allows judges or administrative bodies to adjudicate cases.
They have violated the Eighth Amendment as excessive bails and fines are imposed regularly.
They have violated the Ninth Amendment as it ignores certain rights retained by the People.
They have violated the Tenth Amendment by accruing to itself powers not delegated to it, and others reserved to the States or the People.
How do we citizens organize, quickly, efficiently and with enough power to take back our Constitutional republic?
Look no further than what is now taking place in Europe and the Middle East. The people are no longer afraid of government and are revolting. Revolution against an abusive and despotic government has started in the UK. The UK government claims the rioters are unemployed criminals when in fact they are unemployed citizens feed up with their government. In the next few days the UK will have a full blown revolution as Egypt had, as Syria is having and the United States will have. The U.S. government knows this and they are now preparing for a revolution. It is unavoidable.
The U.S. government caused the United States to go bankrupt with its wars of aggression after wars of aggression. The Roman Empire was destroyed because of the high cost of its never ending wars. It was for this reason that the founding fathers gave Congress – the elected representatives of the people – the right to coin money and regulate the value thereof and to declare war. James Madison successfully advocated that Congress be given the power, not to “make” war but to “declare” war, to “leave to the Executive the power to repel sudden attacks.” In 1862, the Supreme Court opined that the President “has no power to initiate or declare a war,” but if there were an invasion. The bankers of the Federal Reserve illegally took away these powers from Congress. The Congress power to hold the purse strings was a safety net to safeguard the U.S. people against what the U.S. government and the Federal Reserve are doing to the United States now – destroying the United States from within through debt.
So what can you do? What can all Americans do? Revolution. I wouldn’t be afraid of the military. The president sent them off to fight wars that had nothing to do with the security of the United States. They all know the president’s wars are all about oil. They know the Federal Reserve bankers are the true enemies of the United States and its people. They know that when their tour is up they will be coming back to high unemployment, high food prices, high gas prices, bankruptcy, home foreclosures and a much higher cost of living.
The war vets will be the army of the people. There were 21.9 million military veterans in the United States in 2009 compared to 1,477,896 Active personnel and 1,458,500 Reserve personnel under the command of Barack Hussein Obama. Of those under his command how many will refuse to attack and kill Americans? The people in the military are Americans first. They are your brothers, your sisters, your mothers, your fathers. They all took an oath to serve and protect the United States from attack – both foreign and domestic. Nowhere in their oath does it require them to protect the president or the government. Enlisted personnel are bound by the Uniform Code of Military Justice to obey lawful orders, officers in the service of the United States are bound by this oath to disobey any order that violates the Constitution of the United States.
The oath of enlistment in the United States military as well as the officer’s oath includes the phrase “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.” 10 U.S.C. § 502 and 5 U.S.C. § 3331.
The time is now to honor your oath and “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic”
