End the threat of a U.S. debt default by suing the Crown

The United States government can end the threat of a U.S. debt default simply by suing the Crown for $16.8 trillion, the principal amount of the U.S. national debt. The U.S. can sue the Crown because the Crown is a corporation, not a ruling party, or elected government. A corporation that has abused its rights, powers and privileges and is engaging in unlawful acts or omissions against the United States as part of an ongoing criminal organization and can be sued. The Federal Reserve (an agent of the Crown) has never been granted the authority, by the United States Constitution, to coin the U.S. money or regulate the value of it. Only the Congress has that Constitutional Authority. The U.S. government doesn’t have to pay the interest on the national debt. The Federal Reserve Note is and always has been an illegal counterfeit of the U.S. Dollar. A counterfeit (to make a copy of, usually with the intent to defraud) is illegal. A counterfeit has no value. Therefore, you cannot legally apply nor collect interest on something that is illegal and has no value.

The Crown (a foreign “private” corporation a.k.a.  City of London) is responsible for the U.S. debt and for pushing the United States towards defaulting? The Crown is criminally responsible for the 1907 Bank Panic, the illegal takeover of the U.S. money by the Federal Reserve through the J. P. Morgan orchestrated stock market crash, the Great Depression, WWI, WWII, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War, the Gulf War, the U.S. Wars of Terror in the Middle East, and the 2007 sub-prime mortgage derivative schemes. The Crown is not and never was the King or Queen of England. It is a “private” corporation of the Vatican – incorporated on January 1, 1855.

1855 is the year the Catholic Church began reclaiming its temporal authority after its authority was stripped in 1798 by an invasion of Italy and defeat of the papal troops by Napoleon Bonaparte and his French Republican troops. Pope Pius VI was taken prisoner and exiled to Valence France where he died on 29 August 1799 – the Catholic Church’s deadly wound.

1855 was the year the German Jewish Rothschild financial dynasty bankers were killed and their banks and wealth taken over by the Catholic Church (the Crown). The Catholic Church needed money, lots of money, to rebuild. Money to bribe politicians and people of influence. March 10th, 1855 Kalmann (Carl) Mayer Rothschild (founder of the Rothschild banking family of Naples) dies. On July 28th, Salomon Mayer Rothschild (founder of the Austrian branch of the prominent Mayer Amschel Rothschild family) dies. On December 6th, Amschel Mayer Rothschild (German Jewish head of the bank at Frankfurt am Main) dies. In 1855 the Rothschilds fortunes, lands and banks were seized and transfered to the Crown (the Catholic Church).

What evidence links the Catholic Church to the Crown? The evidence is in the coat of arms of the Pope. Take note of the crown on top, a symbol of papal authority. It is a triple tiered crown. The concept of the pope as king became threatened during the 19th century (January 1, 1801 – December 31, 1900), so Pope Pius IX called the first Vatican Council to have himself declared by the bishops of all nations as the king of kings just as the Holy Roman Emperors were crowned three times as king of Germany. As a result of Pope Pius IX taking and wearing a three crown tiara the ordination of a new pope became the papal coronation. Pope Pius IX was crowned (put a crown on his head) on Easter of 1855. Since 1855 the Pope’s temporal (relating to worldly as opposed to spiritual affairs) authority is identified by the Crown. Since 1855 the Crown has represented the Papal temporal authority as king of kings.

“The Pope is of so great dignity and so exalted that he is not mere man, but as it were God, and the vicar of God.” “Hence the Pope is crowned with a triple crown, as king of heaven and of earth and of the lower regions.” The lower regions refers to “Hollow Earth” a.k.a. Atlantis.

What was the leading reason for the United States War of Independence? American colonists rebelled against the Crown and fought to create an independent country. A country independent of the Catholic Church authority. This renouncing of the Catholic Church authority over Americans is written in The First Amendment to the United States Constitution – “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof ….” and Article VI specifies that “no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”

“Separation of church and state” was a phrase used by Thomas Jefferson and others expressing an understanding of the intent and function of the Establishment Clause and Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. The phrase has since been repeatedly used by the Supreme Court of the United States.

Jefferson wrote, “I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should ‘make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,’ thus building a wall of separation between Church & State.”

The Crown has been trying for over 200 years to reinstate the “temporal” authority of the Catholic Church over the United States of America. They are using their agents – the Federal Reserve and IRS – to bankrupt the United States. As soon as the United States government defaults the Crown (Catholic Church bankers) will step in as the receiver.

A receiver is appointed by bankruptcy courts or creditors to run a company that is bankrupt. The bulk of the U.S. debt is interest payments owed to the Federal Reserve which is an agent of the Crown. Because the “private” Federal Reserve works for the “private corporation” called the Crown, the United States is actually indebted to the Crown – for $29 trillion. The Crown (the Catholic Church bankers) is the United States’ largest creditor. The Crown will appoint itself the United States’ bankruptcy receiver and by doing so will put the United States back under the authority of the Catholic Church.

David Cameron, Barack Obama and Stephen Harper all work for the interests of the Crown – a “private” corporation, not the elected government of their people.  All three were elected to represent the interests of the people of their respective countries and to defend their country, not the Crown. The Crown has never been on any ballot. The Crown represents no one in the UK, Canada or the United States. No one in the UK, Canada or the United States has elected the Crown to govern them. Because of these facts, the Crown has no legal, political, financial, or moral authority over anyone in the UK, Canada or the United States.  The Crown is not the Queen of Canada.  Because of this fact Canada can also sue the Crown for at least $1 trillion and wipe out the combined total debt loads of its provinces and federal government.

David Cameron, Barack Obama and Stephen Harper are traitors. All three were elected but betrayed their country by aiding and abetting the corporte entity called the Crown.

Section 46 of the Criminal Code of Canada

(2) Every one commits treason who, in Canada,
(b) without lawful authority, communicates or makes available to an agent of a state other than Canada, military or scientific information or any sketch, plan, model, article, note or document of a military or scientific character that he knows or ought to know may be used by that state for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or defence of Canada;

The G8, G7, G20 and the Crown are each “an agent of a state other than Canada”. What state are the G8, G7, G20 and the Crown agents of? Vatican City State.

Harper has committed treason by communicating and making available, without lawful authority, to agents of the Vatican City State, military and scientific information and sketches, plans, models, articles, notes and documents of a military or scientific character that he knows or ought to know may be used by that state for a purpose prejudicial to the safety or defence of Canada;

Obama has committed treason against the United States by adhering to the United States Enemies, the Crown, giving them Aid and Comfort. The United States War of Independance was fought against the Crown. The American people fought and won their independence from the Crown. Obama today is adhering to the Crown, giving them Aid and Comfort.
