The German monarchy of England ended when Edward VIII abdicated on December 11, 1936.  England’s statue laws, regarding the monarchy and line of succession, specifically requires the death of a crowned king and only a legitimate heir (a child he fathered) is to succeed him.  According to coronation procedures and statutory requirements for the Coronation Oath: “On the death of the reigning monarch, the person entitled to succeed to the throne does so as soon as his or her predecessor dies, as summed up in the phrase: “The King is dead; long live the King!”  Edward VIII did not die, he abdicated (quit), ending the German (Saxe-Coburg and Gotha) imperial control over England, Canada and all Commonwealth nations.

As soon as Edward VIII made it known that it was his “intent” to abdicate he ceased to have any authority as monarch of Great Britain and its Commonwealth states. He violated his coronation oath and statute laws which required him to be King “for life” and upon his death his legitimate successor had to be his own child.  Edward VIII abdicated with no children.  Edward VIII could not make any laws that infringed on the line of succession laws.  The Treason Act 1547 made it high treason to interrupt the line of succession to the throne established by the Act of Succession.  Edward VIII could not and did not have the legal right nor authority to interrupt the line of succession to the throne and allow his brother to assume the throne.

A number of statutes govern the declarations and oaths which “must be made” by a new monarch. The monarch “must” make a solemn public declaration before he becomes a new King.  The legal obligations surrounding the oath are set out in Halsbury’s Laws:

28. The Crown’s duty towards the subject. The essential duties of the Crown towards the subject1 are now to be found expressed in the terms of the oaths which every monarch is required to take before or at the coronation. The duties imposed by the coronation oath are:

(1) to govern the peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the dominions etc belonging or pertaining to them according to their respective laws and customs …

39. Statutory conditions of tenure. The descent of the Crown in the present line of succession is subject to certain statutory conditions as follows:

(1) a person who is a Roman Catholic or marries a Roman Catholic, is excluded from inheriting, possessing or enjoying the Crown, and in such case the people are absolved of their allegiance, and the Crown is to descend to such person or persons, being protestants, as would have inherited it in case the person so reconciled etc were dead.

(2) every person inheriting the Crown must take the coronation oath in the form provided by statute;

King Edward VIII abdicated for the sole purpose of (intent) on marrying a Roman Catholic.  It is absolutely forbidden for the ruling King (or Queen) of England to be or marry a Roman Catholic.  Edward VIII’s “intent” on marrying a Roman Catholic, immediately excluded him from “inheriting, possessing or enjoying the Crown”.  As soon as he made his intentions known he was immediately dethroned and absolved of his allegiance and authority.  The Crown was to descend to such person or persons, being protestants, as would have inherited it in case the person so reconciled etc were dead.  Edward VIII had no children who could have inherited the throne upon his death.  The Crown could only be passed down to his “own” children.  His brother could not be crowned King and become King George VI, according to statute law.  Therefore, The British Monarchy ended when Edward VIII abdicated on December 11, 1936.

Under the law of the United Kingdom offences constituting high treason include committing adultery with the sovereign’s consort (any extra-marital affairs with Nazi German schooled Prince Philip), or with the wife (Princess Diana) of the heir to the throne (Prince Charles) and attempting to undermine the lawfully established line of succession.

Edward VIII committed high treason by attempting to undermine the lawfully established line of succession.  He had no children and he married Roman Catholic.  When he  abdicated, with no legitimate heirs (children he fathered), the English monarchy ended.  The moment he made it known the he intended on marrying a Roman Catholic, the monarchy ended.  Edward VIII had no authority to undermine the lawfully established line of succession.  He was stripped of any and all legal authority when he made his intentions known that he would marry a Roman Catholic.  The lawfully established line of succession requires that he die and one of his own children would inherit the throne.  The lawfully established line of succession absolutely forbids any monarch from marrying or being a Roman Catholic.  He did not die, he abdicated.   Having no heirs (children of his own) his brother George VI could not become king as it unlawfully undermined the established line of succession.

Monarchs of Great Britain are forbidden from being or marrying a Roman Catholic. A Roman Catholic cannot be crowned ruler of Great Britain. Statute law states:

The law is clear – “the Crown is to descend to such person or persons, being protestants, as would have inherited it in case the person so reconciled etc were dead.”  Edward VIII did not die.  Edward VIII had no children of his own to inherit the the Crown and he married a Roman Catholic.  Elizabeth is not and never was the lawful heir to the Crown.  Her father was not and never was the lawful heir to the Crown either.  Both are ruling unlawfully.  Both assumed the Crown under false pretense – “False representations of material past or present facts, known by the wrongdoer to be false, and made with the intent to defraud a victim into passing title in property to the wrongdoer.“

    Monarchs of Great Britain are forbidden from becoming or marrying a Roman Catholic. A Roman Catholic cannot be crowned ruler of Great Britain. Statute law states:

    Usurper Queen Elizabeth of the German ducal House of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha is not and could not be the sovereign Queen not only because of the Edward VIII abdication, which ended the British monarchy, but because she married a Roman Catholic – Prince Philip. Prince Philip is Roman Catholic. He was schooled by the Hitler Youth. The main requirement for enrollment at a Hitler Youth school was that the child had to be born and raised as a Roman Catholic. The Hitler Youth was formed as a joint venture between Hitler and Pope Pius XI (Holy See) and the newly created Vatican City State (formed with the signing of the Lateran Treaty in 1929).

    As the Nazi SS order (“Knights of the Holy See”) were formed by a formal Papal act and Deed in the form of the Reich Concordat 1933, the continued existence of the Nazi SS Order is conditional upon this legal document remaining enacted.     In his or her coronation oath, the Sovereign promises to maintain the Church of England. The Sovereign must be in communion with the Church of England, that is, a full, confirmed member.     Usurper Queen Elizabeth II’s father, George VI, was the second son of King George V, and was therefore not the heir apparent to the throne. The legal heir to the throne, upon George V’s death, was George V’s eldest son, Edward. Edward ascended the throne as Edward VIII on the death of his father in 1936. The next legal heir apparent to the throne would have had to have been a child of Edward, not his brother. An heir apparent or heiress apparent is a person who is first in line of succession and cannot be displaced from inheriting, except by death or a change in the rules of succession. Edward VIII didn’t die. He forfeited the Crown and the British monarchy ended in 1936 with his abdication because of rules of succession.

    In politics, members of ruling noble houses may be heirs of a living person, called heirs apparent. In law, however, a person does not become an heir before the death of the decedent, since the exact identity of the persons entitled to inherit is determined only then. Since Edward VIII didn’t die no one else could legally “inherit” the title (identity) king.

    When Edward VIII abdicated he immediately lost all royal titles and privileges associated with the Crown. He could not assume, be granted nor enjoy the title Duke of Windsor as a Duke “inherits, possesses or enjoys” a crown. Duke is a title that has traditionally been associated with the Royal family – the Crown. Furthermore, all allegiance to him (as king or monarch) was also stripped.

    legal precedence:

    The Germany monarchy ended in Germany on 9 November 1918 with Wilhelm (William) II’s abdication. The German Second Reich was just defeated in World War I. A revolution broke out, the ‘German Revolution’ and Wilhelm II abdicated and fled into exile to the Netherlands. There hasn’t been a monarchy in Germany since then even though William II had heirs (seven children, including six sons, and one daughter). Why didn’t any of his 7 children (legitimate heirs to the throne) succeed Wilhelm? Statute law dictates that being a King (or Queen) is for life. Abdication is a forfeiture of the monarchy – violation of statute laws. Even kings and queens are bound by law.

Power-line communication (PLC) technology was developed to use narrow band power-line communication to control your homes' electrical equipments such as meters, switches, heaters and domestic appliances. They are using this technology to hijack your home and jack up your home's hydro demand. More electricity used means more profit for the Crown (corporate entity of the Catholic Church Pope) through his thieving electrical power Crown Corporations. A signal is transmitted via the hydro power lines to your home and the transmitted signal is decoded by a "Smart Grid" device that remotely turns on and/or off your electrical heaters and appliances. How can you detect this break and enter? The PLC signal transmissions are preprogrammed to be "automatically" sent at specific times of the day, usually on the hour or half hour. PLC transmissions overrides your homes' thermostats, that turns on or off your baseboard heaters at a temperature you choose and set. Example: If your room's temperature is already set at 20 degrees yet the baseboard heaters are still on and heating up the room hotter than 20 degrees, PLC is overriding the thermostat. Don't expect the RCMP to investigate. They too illegally serve (crimes of treason and high treason) the foreign head of state, the Crown (the Pope) as his martial law "military" force. The RCMP is and has always been a military force. Its members are soldiers, not civilian police officers. The RCMP is a paramilitary force - a group of civilians who have betrayed their country by becoming a military force for a foreign entity that has no lawful authority to govern Canada. The RCMP is not now, nor has it ever been a civilian police force that serves, protects and defends Canada and its people. RCMP members serves, protects and defends an unelected foreign entity, and the foreign entity's "corporate" interests in Canada. The foreign entity the RCMP unlawfully serve is the Crown.

The RCMP oath and the RCMP's "military insignia" clearly indicates this allegiance to the "foreign" entity, the Crown. Notice the Crown with the Catholic Cross. Ask any RCMP soldier to recite his 3 part oath. Nowhere in their oath does it require the enlisted men and women to swear allegiance to Canada - to serve, protect and/or defend Canada.

The Crown is not the illegitimate (illegally reconciled with the See and Church of Rome, held communion with and professed the Catholic faith at her own coronation; married and became a Roman Catholic in violation of UK Act of Settlement law) German (family surname is Saxe-Coburg & Gotha; name Windsor fabricated and assumed in 1917 to conceal this fact after the her German monarchy and all German monarchies were abolished for high treason; levying World War I against the UK, Canada and Europe for the Crown) Queen of Canada and the UK.

The Crown represents the Catholic Church Pope. In 1855 the Catholic Pope crowned himself king of kings and "assumed" without lawful authority to be ruler of Canada, the United States, the UK and all nations. It is an image of an animal - a four legged beast. You would no doubt identify it as an image of a lamb. You are not alone in that assumption. A male lamb has always been called (given the title) a ram. Satan is also represented as a ram - as the ancient Egyptian ram headed god Amen - the living and spirit of Amen (Amon) and Amen-Ra. All Catholics end their prayers by saying the name of the ram headed god Amen.

In the scriptures, the Antichrist is revealed as the Beast, who derives his power from Satan. The beast is Jesus (Jesuits are therefore the Society of the beast) - the ram on the cross (the mark of the beast) and he derived his powers from Satan. The Catholic Church has deceived you. The Jewish Talmud extensively discusses the coming of the Messiah and describes a period of freedom and peace, which will be the time of ultimate goodness for the Jews and for all mankind. Jesus did not bring freedom and peace, he brought 2000 years of Jewish persecution, the enslavement of mankind and perpetual war.

Griswold, the day after the nationwide Tax Day Tea Party Revolt against his administration. 

Griswold and Obama smuggled the A-H1N1 virus into Mexico aboard Air Force One and started the Swine Flu pandemic of 2009. Obama tried to kill millions of Americans after Americans dared to challenge him just 3 months after his inauguration.  In July of this year the UN's WHO held an emergency meeting regarding the outbreak of another influenza virus - MERS. As in 2009 the WHO is recommending the vaccination of everyone - worldwide. As in 2009 the WHO is saying that there is no cure only prevention by vaccines. However, clinical testing of this new virus reveals that MERS is the lab created H5N1 virus. The WHO is covering up this fact by renaming the H5N1 virus MERS. Why? MERS was created in a lab as a biological weapon - to intentionally mass murder millions. MERS was created by the mad scientists and biological weapon terrorist Ron Fouchier (smirking guy pictured above).   Biological weapon terrorist Fouchier created the H5N1 (MERS) virus, then deliberately mutated it into an aerosol-transmissible virus that can easily and rapidly be spread through the air and potentially kill millions.

Boston Marathon False Flag


The above image is a snapshot of a tweet that was sent out before the Boston Marathon Bombings by the Boston Globe. Click on the image above for an enlarged image of the original tweet and its corresponding url.  Notice the time of the tweet - 12:53 PM - 15 April 13.  A few hours before the actual false flag bombings. Sandy Hook False Flag


The Sandy Hook shooting was a UNO ordered false flag event. It was staged. The Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection - in conjunction with FEMA - was running a drill at exactly 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, December 14, 2012, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This drill was called, "Planning for the Needs of Children in Disasters."

The infiltrated U.S. Government and the UNO were attempting to implement a global Arms Trade Treaty (ATT- adopted April 2, 2013 but not ratified). The goal of the treaty is disarming the US people and the World so that their tyrannical New World Order cannot be resisted.

On the morning of December 14, 2012 a mass casualty shooting exercise was being conducted at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. The local fire department, EMS and police were already on scene as were "actors" when ATF agents (Operation Fast & Furious) started killing Sandy Hook children and teachers. The shooting was controlled by the U.S. DOJ - another key player in the illegal arms shipment to Mexican Drug Cartels - Operation Fast & Furious. Since the shooting the US government and the United Nations Organization (UNO or One World government) has been using their heinous slaughter of children and Adam Lanza (21 people) to illegally (shall not be infringed) take away the US people's 2nd Amendment Right - "the right of the people to keep and bear arms". It should be noted that Adam Lanza was murdered by the US government the day before the shooting. Adam Lanza's death certificate states December 13, 2012 not December 14. AFT agent John Capano, an explosives specialist who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, was ordered assassinated (gunned down December 31, 20012 in Long Island New York, by another government agent in a staged robbery) by Obama to prevent him from providing material evidence of the Sandy Hook false flag. Sandy Hook Elementary School is just 100 miles away from the AFT New York City Field Office.

The Vatican created UNO drafted the ATT (Arms Trade Treaty) which clearly states the UNO intentions to force the US government to:

You be the judge - scripted false flag or not?

The United States and Canadian governments have murdered the people they were elected to represent by willfully, deliberately and maliciously inflicting them with cancer, disease, viruses and/or bacteria or by inducing a heart attack? The Federal Reserve (a subordinate of the Vatican - money laundering and other illegal schemes of hiding the Vatican's illicit wealth) has been found guilty of violation of law by the United States Congress and its franchise forfeited for violation of law.  The non-partisan, investigative arm of Congress,  the Government Accountability Office, investigated the Federal Reserve and determined that the Federal Reserve violated U.S. criminal laws by providing conflict of interest waivers to employees and private contractors so they could keep investments in the same financial institutions and corporations that were given emergency loans. The Federal Reserve knowingly and willingly committed the criminal offenses of fraud and influence peddling when they falsely claimed that their banks were failing in order to influence and gain $trillions from the US governments of both George W Bush and Barack Hussein Obama (legal name is Barry Soetoro).  The GOA findings were published in the the Sanders Report which found the Fed guilty of secretly and illegally doling out $16-trillion in zero interest loans to their own banks and corporations. The Federal Reserve banks and their presidents (including Timothy F. Geithne, Henry Paulson, and Ben Bernanke) can be prosecuted under the RICO Act - Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Under federal RICO, a person who is a member of an enterprise that has committed any two of 35 crimes within in a 10-year period can be charged with racketeering (RICO).

It is as simple as removing the gas combustion engine and replacing it with a much cheaper, quieter, and cleaner electric motor. At the same time we can remove the gas tank, the fuel lines, the exhaust system, the water pump, radiator, and all emission control devices because an electric motor car doesn’t need them. We didn’t need them 81 years ago when Nikola Tesla did this and we don’t need them now.

The Egyptian Pyramids were actually built as electrical power generating and wireless transmitting power plants - not tombs. They were built to receive, store and transmit electromagnetic energy. The pyramid itself is a very large capacitor - stores electrical energy. They were made of granite (the dielectric or insulator) and sandstone (the quartz crystal electrical conductor) with a capstone (the antenna) made of granite, basalt, or any other very hard stone which was plated with Electrum - alloy of gold and silver, with trace amounts of copper and other electricity conducting metals. As stated many times before in PRESS Core's articles electrical current flows to ground or earth - from the positively (+) charged air to the negatively (-) charged ground. The pyramids were built to harness and store this free and unlimited supply of electrical energy. Pyramids were built as electrical power plants - to tap into this free and unlimited supply of electrical energy. They didn't have the technical knowhow (technology) to build and erect very tall metal framed antenna towers so they built their free energy harnessing antennas using the technology and materials available during their life time - electrum plated capstone (antenna receiver/transmitter), sandstone (quartz crystal conductor) and granite (insulator).

For centuries we thought the Egyptian ancestors were not as advanced as we are now. Evidence, however reveals just the opposite - that they were far superior than we are now. They had the technology to move and set 300 ton stones so perfectly close that not even a sheet of paper can fit between the blocks. We, today, do not have that technical knowhow.

Over 4000 years ago man had the technology to build massive electric power plants - the pyramids. The sandstone (arenite) blocks used to build the pyramids were composed of crystal quartz and/or feldspar which are extremely high electrical conductors and the small amount of metal on the capstone allowed for maximum power generation and transmission. Also, the Giza Plateau where the pyramids stand was specifically chosen as the construction sites because the site is full of underground water channels. The pyramids were built above limestone layers that have spaces between them that are full of flowing (flux) water. These special layers of rock called aquifers transmit electricity upward as they carry underground water to the surface. The high volume flow (flux) of the River Nile that passes through these aquifers produces an electric current. This is known as physio-electricity. The pyramids were built to harness, store (capacitor), and transmit this electricity wirelessly. In 1901 Nikola Tesla began constructing the Wardenclyffe Tower (Tesla Tower). He understood ancient technology and set out to reeducate the World by demonstrating what the Egyptians knew and successfully built over 4000 years ago. If the Egyptians were to apply an insulating casing around the pyramids and reinstalled a capstone antenna (plated with an electricity conducting and transmitting metal like silver) their pyramids would once again harness, store and transmit wirelessly this free and unlimited electromagnetic energy. Even though they are thousands of years old they are still able to function today as electrical power generating power plants. Their main structure is fully intact.

To answer the $ million question - What happened to the capstone and the massive shell casing of the Great Pyramid of Giza? Because the pyramids were massive capacitors, hooking a polarized capacitor backwards would result in the capacitor exploding - forcing the capstone off its peak like a volcano does with its dome when it erupts. The capstone is still in the Giza Plateau but heavily damaged and covered with sand. Detaching,removing or breaching a capacitor's casing can also cause a capacitor to literally explode, ejecting its contents violently and shattering the casing off the sides of the pyramid. A catastrophic capacitor failure can result in pressure buildup and explosion if construction technique does not allow for a discharge of pressure. They built the capacitor but not the infrastructure to use (discharge) the generated electrical power and as a result the pyramid failed catastrophically. Warning - the flash capacitor of a camera or from any electronic circuit stores a lethal amount of electrical charge. Now image how lethal and destructive a capacitor the size of a pyramid would be when it fails..

Disbarred for fraud



Both Michelle Obama and Barack Obama are barred from practicing law. The Supreme Court of Illinois stated that Michelle and Obama were declared illegible to practice law. ARDC http://www.iardc.org/ldetail.asp?id=791875904 ATTORNEY'S REGISTRATION AND PUBLIC DISCIPLINARY RECORD confirms that Barack Obama's Illinois Registration Status as : "Voluntarily retired and not authorized to practice law". It also states under Malpractice Insurance: "attorney reported that he/she does not have malpractice coverage." Obama wasn't able to be insured (bondable) because of prior criminal activity. What isn't stated by ARDC is Obama plea bargained and avoided "public" prosecution. Obama voluntarily retired in return for the dismissal of all "criminal" charges and avoid formal disbarment. Disbarment is imposed as a sanction for conduct indicating that an attorney is not fit to practice law, willfully disregarding the interests of a client, or engaging in fraud which impedes the administration of justice. Obama was essentially disbarred for lying on his application.

Obama used and is using an assumed name. Barack Obama isn't his birth and legally registered name. On the bar application it asks if that person has ever used or been known by another name. Barack Obama stated "No". However, Barry has used several names...publicly - Barry Dunham, aka Barry Soetoro (name on application for foreign student financial aid at Occidental College - http://presscore.ca/2016/?p=2929), aka Barack Obama, aka Barry Obama (http://articles.latimes.com/2007/jan/29/local/me-oxy29 January 29, 2007).

Obama claims he "voluntarily" gave up his license. Various State documents revealed he lied (a fraud) and an internal investigation at the law firm that both he and Michelle worked provided concrete evidence that he knowingly and willingly lied (committed fraud) on his bar application. Another lie was his involvement in illegal drug activity. In his book, "Dreams from My Father" Obama confessed in writing, “Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.” pp. 93–94. Obama confessed to possession and using pot and blow - the illicit drug cocaine. 21 U.S.C. § 844 : US Code Penalties for simple possession states: "It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess a controlled substance unless such substance was obtained directly, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order, from a practitioner,..." Obama knew that his possession and usage of illegal drugs were unlawful - a felony. All secretly being carried out in Dimona - the center of Israel's secret nuclear arms program..

Israel is the only country in the region that has refused to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Almost 180 countries have done it, including all Arab countries. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan… all Israeli neighbours have opened their borders to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and ratified it in 1970. Israel refuses to sign the treaty.

The imminent threat fallacy

At the time of the annexation of Palestine in 1948, there were approximately 140,000–150,000 Jews living in Iran. Iran has been the historical center of Persian Jewry for over 2,700 years. Over 85% have since migrated to either Israeli occupied Palestine or the United States, with the migration accelerating after the 1979 Islamic Revolution, when the population dropped from 100,000 to about 40,000.

An estimated 250,000 Jews of Iranian descent currently live in Israeli occupied Palestine - most of them in the city of Holon, just outside Tel Aviv. More than 25,000 Jews are living in Iran presently.

Jews played an important role in the early days of Iraq's independence, but the Iraqi Jewish community, numbered at around 120,000 in 1948, almost entirely left the country due to persecution following the the UN annexation of Palestine. The history of the Jews in Iraq is documented from the time of the Babylonian captivity c. 586 BCE. Iraqi Jews constitute one of the world's oldest and most historically significant Jewish communities. The Talmud (a central text of mainstream Judaism, considered second to the Torah) was compiled in Babylonia, identified with modern Iraq.

So is it US / UN / NATO aggressions against Muslims in Iraq and Iran or their persecution of the Jews? George W Bush used the word "Crusade" to describe his war against the people he calls "evildoers." The First "Roman Catholic Crusade" (launched on 27 November 1095 by Pope Urban II) touched off new persecutions of Jews in which Jews were massacred and exiled from various European countries. Today it would appear that the US "Wars of Terror" are actually aimed at the Jews. Look at the war maps and you too can see that the US crusade is marching "FORWARD" against the Jews - to annihilate the Jewish people.


The greatest deception of modern times - Britain and the US didn't liberate the Jews from persecution and the Nazi concentration camps at the end of WWII. Britain and the US just moved the survivors to another Jewish concentration camp they created in 1948 called Israel.

Aggressive war is a crime under international law. The Charter of the International Military Tribunal defines this offense as:

(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).

A war of aggression is a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense - for territorial gain and subjugation.  Wars without international legality (e.g. not out of self-defense) are illegal wars of aggression.

A military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense is a felony criminal offense - a war of aggression. To initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime. Crimes against peace is (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i). Aggression is an unprovoked armed attack by a State against the territory, the people, or the land, sea or air forces of another State.

War crimes are serious violations of international humanitarian law. Individuals, including heads of state, are criminally responsible for the crimes: "murder, the ill-treatment or deportation of civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps", "the murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war", the killing of prisoners, "the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages, and any devastation not justified by military, or civilian necessity".

Complicity in Torture

Torture—and complicity in torture—is a “grave breach” of the 1949 Geneva Conventions. If Canadian officials allowed detainees to be transferred to Afghan custody despite an apparent risk of torture, and chose not to take reasonable steps to protect them, they are as guilty of a war crime as the torturers themselves. They can be prosecuted in Canada under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Or they could be hauled before the International Criminal Court. Canada has ratified the ICC’s statute, giving it jurisdiction over Canadians who commit war crimes anywhere.

Militia required by law.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, the supreme law of the United States, is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the American people to keep and bear arms and to form a militia.  "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."  The right  "to keep and bear arms" means an individual has the right to own and carry weapons anywhere and at any time in the United States of America.  The "Shall not be infringed"  means the government can never make any laws to infringe this right.  Why?  Because a militia, a military force composed of ordinary citizens is necessary to the security of a free State.
