   Infrared Satellite imagery is a very useful tool for detecting illegal HAARP weather modification activity. Websites like http://www.intellicast.com/National/Satellite/Infrared.aspx have a number of high definition imagery that can be used to detect HAARP activity. Ionosphere heating shows up as hot spots on those imagery. Look for them. Weather patterns don’t stay stationary over a city or area.

   As for alerting the public of false flag events being planned for and executed by the US government you need only read what people in the US and State governments are leaking to the press and alerts sent out to government agencies and their agents specifically telling them to “plan for”, “prepare” and “execute” Operation ___________ on day/month/year ??00 hours.

   One such government employee leak – Obama and the Department of Homeland Security are planning a series of events that could lead to the imposition of “martial law” and delay the election. ~ email sent out by Rep. Kelly Keisling, Republican member of the Tennessee state legislature.

   A Texas judge has already gone on record and warns of ‘civil war’ if Obama is re-elected – County Judge Tom Head, a police veteran warned – “I’m thinking worst-case scenario – civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war maybe,” as U.S. citizens rise up to defend the nation, the judge continued. “And we’re not talking just a few riots here and demonstrations. We’re talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy,” he added. At that point, in Judge Head’s scenario, the beleaguered president will “send in UN troops” to crush American (and Texan) patriots.”

   Another 9/11 false flag is entirely plausible and expected given the fact that the 9/11 false flag was drafted and planned for by the US Chairman and the Joint Chiefs of Staff decades before, in 1962. What transpired on September 11, 2001 was written in “Operations Northwoods“. The only change was that Cuba and communists weren’t the villains Afghanistan and the phantom (make believe) CIA terrorist group al Qaeda were.

   Operation Northwoods was a series of Joint Chiefs of Staff false flag proposals that Kennedy rejected. The Joint Chiefs of Staff proposals called for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), or other operatives, to commit acts of terrorism in U.S. cities and elsewhere. These acts of terrorism were to be blamed on Cuba in order to create public support for a war against that nation, Operation Northwoods proposals included hijackings and bombings followed by the introduction of phony evidence that would implicate the Cuban government. It stated: “The desired resultant from the execution of this plan would be to place the United States in the apparent position of suffering defensible grievances from a rash and irresponsible government of Cuba and to develop an international image of a Cuban threat to peace in the Western Hemisphere.” Substitute Cuba with Afghanistan

   Google “Project Plowshare” – the development of techniques to use nuclear explosives for civil excavation and demolition. That is how they “pulled” the World Trade Center Towers on 9/11.

   Google “NASA Controlled Impact Demonstration” and you will be presented with concrete evidence that the US government had the technology to fly unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.

   Google “SADM” – The Special Atomic Demolition Munition (SADM) was a family of portable nuclear weapons fielded by the US military in the 1960s. These were used in an attempted but thwarted nuclear false flag attack last August 23, 2011 – information leaked by the US Air Force when heavily armed Special Agents of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI), raided Citadel Gun and Safe shop in Las Vegas, NV on Friday August 19, 2011. They were trying to recover nuclear warhead detonators that were stolen from Nellis Air Force Base by persons involved in last years failed false flag attack against the United States.

   One obvious potential route south would be across Iran. However, this option is foreclosed for American companies because of U.S. sanctions legislation. The only other possible route option is across Afghanistan, which has its own unique challenges.

   The country has been involved in bitter warfare for almost two decades. The territory across which the pipeline would extend is controlled by the Taliban, an Islamic movement that is not recognized as a government by most other nations. From the outset, we have made it clear that construction of our proposed pipeline cannot begin until a recognized government is in place that has the confidence of governments, lenders and our company.

   In spite of this, a route through Afghanistan appears to be the best option with the fewest technical obstacles. It is the shortest route to the sea and has relatively favorable terrain for a pipeline. The route through Afghanistan is the one that would bring Central Asian oil closest to Asian markets and thus would be “the cheapest” in terms of transporting the oil.

   By manipulating the jet stream (pushing or pulling it off course) HAARP can modify the weather. HAARP can alter the path an existing high pressure weather system (clear skies) or low pressure weather system (storm clouds) anywhere on Earth just by heating the ionsphere over the target region.

   How hurricanes and tornadoes are created using HAARP

   HAARP can also create a column-shaped hole with a diameter of 30 miles that rises a couple of hundred kilometers through the atmosphere. The lower atmosphere then moves up the column to fill in that space, and it changes pressure systems below. The result of hot surface air being sucked up into the column to fill the HAARP created column-shaped hole is a HAARP created hurricane (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over water) or tornado (if HAARP column-shaped hole is made over land).

   

   More evidence of the US government having the technology to manipulate the weather and cause mass destruction is found in patents, government sponsored reports and US military reports. “Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025“. But this technology to “own the weather” exists today and is being used today – 13 years ahead of schedule.

Computer simulations of the forces at work in the most violent storms have shown that even small changes can affect their paths – enabling them to be diverted from or even into major cities – like the one making its way into the financial capital of the United States – New York City.

   I just read your most resent page about Obama and the election. I fear you are right, but Romney is also an unfit person to be president. I can’t understand how so many Americans could pass up voting for Ron Paul – but the media seems to have them all hypnotized. Everyone wants to put in their 2 cents by voting for the lesser of evils – there is no lesser of evils, they are both as evil as evil gets.

   On the subject of “restoring power” to Obama, I mean to New York City, according to the Chicago Tribune Nov 1, 2012 – “New York utility Consolidated Edison restored power to 250,000 customers, with 650,000 others still in the dark.”

   “The vast majority will be restored by the weekend of November 10-11, but “the remaining customer restorations could take an additional week or more,” the company said.

   The weekend of November 10-11 is “after” the US Federal election. How many voters have already been removed from the voting registry as a result of the man made and steered Hurricane SAD (Special Activities Division) NY? How convenient for Mr Obama. Or was it planned that way? “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way.” stated Franklin D. Roosevelt

   George W and Jeb Bush probably wished they had this false flag event rigging their 2000 election Bush won by one vote; a 5-4 Supreme Court decision despite the fact that Article Two of the United States Constitution Clause 3: Electors states – “The individual with the majority of votes became President, and the runner-up became Vice President. In case of a tie, the House of Representatives could choose one of the tied candidates; if no person received a majority, then the House could again choose one of the five with the greatest number of votes. When the House voted, each state delegation cast one vote, and the vote of a majority of states was necessary to choose a President.” A Florida Supreme Court and their appointed judges (appointed by the governor of the State of Florida – Jeb Bush) choose the winner not the required House of Representatives.

   Why didn’t the US House of Representatives exercise its Constitutional authority in the 2000 election? The US Supreme Court held that in stopping the count on December 9, 2000 that such counts would be likely to produce election results showing Gore won and that Gore’s winning the count would cause “public acceptance” that would “cast a cloud” over Bush’s “legitimacy” and thereby harm “democratic stability.”

   As a precaution, where should New York City Police start looking for a nuke? After all they and their families will be victims too if such an attack occurs. The US government isn’t going to warn New York City police about any false flag attack. They want maximum casualties.

   First place to look is the UN. A detonation at the UN could be the ticket that brings in UN troops to restore order – a New World Order. Why the UN? Read what Henry Kissinger had to say in an address to the Bilderberger meeting at Evian, France, May 21, 1992. Just replace Los Angeles with New York City.

   “Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will pledge with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government.”

   The second place to look is the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. It is in the heart of the United States financial district. A detonation there would wipe out the US financially. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is the headquarters of the UK controlled FED. The Federal Reserve bankers are agents of the United Kingdom. They have one goal – to destroy the US financially and put the US under UK rule.

   

   The third place is the Goldman Sachs Tower at 200 West Street Lower Manhattan – the global headquarters of Goldman Sachs. On October 29, 2012 all of Lower Manhattan was in a blackout – all but Goldman Sachs. Why Goldman Sachs? It and the UN are both on the city’s shore and a nuclear detonation would be timed so that the fallout goes out to sea and not inland. Even the globalists don’t want a country contaminated with nuclear fallout. Were the lights purposely left on to act as a beacon to guide those waiting offshore. Was the Goldman Sachs building acting as a lighthouse? A lighthouse is a tower, building, or other type of structure designed to emit light from a system of lamps and lenses and used as an aid to navigation for maritime pilots at sea or on inland waterways.

   Look on the upper floors or rooftops of any of these 3 buildings. Detonating a nuke in the air results in the blast being directed more downward than outwards. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were both above ground air detonations. An air detonation would wipe out a confined area and its electromagnetic pulse (EMP) would wipe out all communications.

   Be vigilant as you all know by now who really attacked New York City on September 11, 2001 and what came out of that. Remember that the DHS never existed until after 9/11. The Unconstitutional Patriot Act didn’t exist either. What happened to your rights and freedoms after 9/11.

   Obama is very desperate now to win a second term. He has an ego the size of the Moon. He attacked Libya without getting authorization from the US Congress. He authorized the CIA to assassinate US citizens, even on US soil. He released the Swine Flu Virus (Fort Detrick Maryland made A-H1N1 virus) in 2009 and tried to kill millions of American with the killer vaccine.

   Remember too that the CIA takes it orders from the President. You all know what the CIA is guilty of – torture, renditions, murder, assassinations, drug and arms smuggling (illicit drugs finances their illegal activities), terrorism (by mercenaries) and false flag events.

    Sandy is CIA cryptonym for SAD (Special Activities Division) + ny (New York). Cryptonyms are code names or code words used by the CIA (U.S. Central Intelligence Agency) to reference projects, operations, persons, agencies, etc. A coded message in a chosen word.

    CNN has a coded message. It contains a subliminal (stimuli or a visual suggestion) cue or message that suggests a response. What do you get when you pronounce CNN? Don’t spell it out, pronounce it? You get the subliminal suggestion SIN. People subconsciously pronounce words they see they don’t spell it out. CNN is using a subliminal suggestive message to influence our emotions, motives, objective reasoning, and ultimately our behavior.

    Walt Disney uses subliminal messaging too. At a very early age children are exposed to magic (illusions), violence and sex. Take “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”, rated PG for Cartoon Violence, Language, and Sexual Content. Walt Disney is programming us at a very early age with occultism – spells, white magic, ceremonial magic, incantations, candle magic, black magic, conjuration’s, and invocations.     There was enough flood water in Lower Manhattan for a small boat to navigate easily throughout Manhattan. The lose of power made it a whole lot easier to execute a covert operation undetected in New York City October 29/30, 2012. The only thing that might compromise the operation is the noise of an outboard motor.

    How many times have Navy Seals used the cover of night to insert a “Special Operations” team in a targeted area. The SEALs are just part of the U.S. military’s Joint Special Operations Command, known by the acronym JSOC, which has grown from a rarely used hostage rescue team into America’s secret army.

    The CIA has its own Special Activities Division (SAD). Within SAD there are two separate groups, one for tactical paramilitary operations and another for covert political action. The Political Action Group within SAD is responsible for covert activities related to political influence, psychological and economic warfare. The CIA operate solely at the discretion of the US President. SAD can be directly tasked by the President of the United States or the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at the President’s direction.

    The CIA SAD conducts direct action missions such as raids, ambushes, sabotage, targeted killings and unconventional warfare (e.g., training and leading guerrilla and mercenary units of other countries – Libya and Syria – in combat).

    The political action group within SAD conducts the deniable psychological operations, also known as black propaganda, as well as “Covert Influence” to effect political “Change” as an important part of any Administration’s foreign policy. They rig elections. They execute “Special Operations” – Hurricane SAnDy – to keep dictators in power – a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama.

    Before Hurricane Sandy, New York City Police and Port Authorities had deployed radiological sensors on street, water and air patrols, and were stopping vehicles at checkpoints in Manhattan and around the city. What are those sensors for? To detect a nuclear bomb being brought into New York City, by land, sea or air. During the hurricane either the sensors were all intentionally shut down or no one was paying attention to them as police and emergency personnel were ordered to focus on “mandatory” evacuations before the incoming hurricane.

    Con Ed said it could take up to a week for repairs to be made, and for power to be restored to the tens of thousands of customers left in the dark. After the election? How many polling stations in will be affected by this deliberate 1 week power outage?
