Foreign journalists reveal that the US and Israel have sniper death squads operating in Syria. CIA / Mossad terrorist commandos were sent in by the US government (Barack Hussein Obama) and Israeli government (Benjamin Netanyahu). Why? Oil and natural gas find offshore Syria. The Levant Basin, which covers Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Cyprus and Palestine, contains around 122 trillion cubic feet of gas and at least 1.7 billion barrels of oil. Since the Bush administration the US government has been sponsoring subversion in Syria and another 6 countries – to seize control of their oil and gas rights. U.S. 4 star General Wesley Clark (Ret.) – “we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.” Iraq has an estimated national crude oil reserves of 143.1 billion barrels. Syria, Lebanon and occupied Palestine all have territorial rights to the Levant Basin’s 122 trillion cubic feet of gas and at least 1.7 billion barrels of oil. Libya has a proven oil reserves of 47.1 billion barrels. Somalia’s reserves, onshore and offshore, are as much as 110 billion barrels of oil. Sudan has approximately 1.7 billion barrels proven oil reserves and 3 trillion cubic feet in natural gas. Newly discovered resources in Sudan is believed to have oil reserves rivaling those of Saudi Arabia. And Iran ranks as the third largest oil producing nation in the world at approximately 150 billion barrels.

Why isn’t Saudi Arabia on their hit list? Saudi Arabia has literally ran out of oil. An OPEC report confirmed that Saudi Arabia is running out of oil. Saudi Arabia’s oil will be depleted by 2013 – next year. In 2007 Sadad al-Husseini, former executive vice president for exploration and production at Saudi Aramco, the state oil company that controls all oil development in Saudi Arabia, told a conference in London that world oil reserves had been fraudulently (falsely puffed up) inflated by 300 billion barrels – … “a quarter of the world’s claimed proved reserves are no such thing: not production-ready oil, but speculative sources. “Reserves are confused and in fact inflated. Many of the so called reserves are in fact resources. They’re not delineated, they’re not acessible, they’re not available for production”. By his estimate 300 billion of the world’s 1200 barrels of proved reserves should be recategorized as speculative resources. … 38 giant fields in the Arabian Gulf with reserves of over billion barrels each are on average 41% depleted. ” ~ Sadad al-Husseini

A September 5th, 2012 Telegraph report titled “Saudi oil well dries up” pegs Saudi Arabia running out of oil in 2030. But leaked reports confirms the 2013 date.

No oil producing nation can sustain peak oil production indefinitely especially when it consumes 25% of its own production. Saudi Arabia has been the world’s largest oil producer & exporter since 1933 (79 years) when Saudi Arabia granted it first oil concessions to Standard Oil of California (Socal – founded and owned by John D. Rockefeller, renamed Chevron in 1984). In 1936, the Texas Fuel Company (now Texaco) purchased a 50 percent stake in Saudi oil exploration. Saudi crude oil started to be exported (to Bahrain) in 1939 – that same year the first oil war (WWII) began. World War II was really fought over Saudi Arabian oil. WWII was a distraction while the US and Britain took control of the Middle East’s new found oil wealth. In 1940, Torkild Rieber, Texaco CEO, was forced to resign when his connections with Nazi Germany, and Texaco supplying of oil to Nazi Germany and to the Fascist forces during the Spanish Civil War were made public As of the spring of 1941, all Middle East wells were all in Allied hands. On 23 May 1941, Hitler issued Führer Directive No. 30. Hitler ordered German troops to support Iraq’s Arab nationalists, who were fighting the British. Yes, at the beginning of WWII, while the rest of Europe was being invaded and slaughtered by Nazi German forces, the British were attacking and invading the Middle East and taking control of their oil. The Anglo–Iraqi War was the British war against Iraq during the Second World War. The war lasted from 2 to 31 May 1941. The war resulted in the re-occupation of Iraq by British armed forces and the return to power of the ousted pro-British regent of Iraq, Prince ‘Abd al-Ilah.

Measuring 280 km by 30 km, Ghawar oil field was discovered in 1948, by far the largest conventional oil field in the world.In 1950, the 1,700 Trans-Arabia Pipe Line (Tapline) was completed, linking the Eastern Province to Lebanon and the Mediterranean. With oil exploration operations heating up throughout the region, Safaniya field, world’s second largest offshore oil field, was discovered in 1951. Its reserve amounts to around 37 billion barrels of oil and 5,360 billion cubic feet of natural gas. It wasn’t until the 1960s, however, that the country began to see tangible results from its oil wealth, which began to transform the kingdom.The world was quickly becoming a customer of Aramco. In 1961, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) – propane and butane – was first processed and shipped to customers.Due to a boom in global prices in the 1970s, Saudi Arabia became one of the fastest-growing economies in the world.In 1973, Saudi Arabia’s government acquired a 25 percent participation interest in Aramco. And in 1980, the Saudi government acquired 100 percent participation interest in Aramco, purchasing almost all of the company’s assets.

This is by no means a civil war in Syria. This is a US, NATO, Israeli mercenary war against Syria. To overthrow the government of another foreign sovereign state. Because, off the coast of Syria, Lebanon and Palestine lies 122 trillion cubic feet of gas and at least 1.7 billion barrels of oil. A coastal state is entitled to explore for oil and gas in its economic zone, which extends 200 nautical miles (370 kilometers), according to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea.

Article 5 of the Third Geneva Convention states that the status of a detainee may be determined by a “competent tribunal.” Until such time, he is to be treated as a prisoner of war.

humanitarian law is based on two fundamental principles: the requirement to distinguish between combatants and civilians, and the right of belligerents to adopt means of injuring the. War crimes: “Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual civilians not taking part in hostilities”.

It is an accepted principle of international humanitarian law that the direct targeting of civilians is a breach of the customary laws of war and is binding on all belligerents.

Detaching,removing or breaching a capacitor's casing can also cause a capacitor to literally explode, ejecting its contents violently and shattering the casing off the sides of the pyramid. Disbarred for fraud

What isn't stated by ARDC is Obama plea bargained and avoided "public" prosecution. Obama voluntarily retired in return for the dismissal of all "criminal" charges and avoid formal disbarment. Disbarment is imposed as a sanction for conduct indicating that an attorney is not fit to practice law, willfully disregarding the interests of a client, or engaging in fraud which impedes the administration of justice. Obama was essentially disbarred for lying on his application.

Obama used and is using an assumed name. Barack Obama isn't his birth and legally registered name. On the bar application it asks if that person has ever used or been known by another name. Barack Obama stated "No". Obama claims he "voluntarily" gave up his license. Various State documents revealed he lied (a fraud) and an internal investigation at the law firm that both he and Michelle worked provided concrete evidence that he knowingly and willingly lied (committed fraud) on his bar application. Another lie was his involvement in illegal drug activity. In his book, "Dreams from My Father" Obama confessed in writing, “Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Obama knew that his possession and usage of illegal drugs were unlawful - a felony. Israel is the only country in the region that has refused to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Almost 180 countries have done it, including all Arab countries. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan… all Israeli neighbours have opened their borders to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and ratified it in 1970. Israel refuses to sign the treaty.

At the time of the annexation of Palestine in 1948, there were approximately 140,000–150,000 Jews living in Iran. Iran has been the historical center of Persian Jewry for over 2,700 years. Over 85% have since migrated to either Israeli occupied Palestine or the United States, with the migration accelerating after the 1979 Islamic Revolution, when the population dropped from 100,000 to about 40,000.

An estimated 250,000 Jews of Iranian descent currently live in Israeli occupied Palestine - most of them in the city of Holon, just outside Tel Aviv. More than 25,000 Jews are living in Iran presently.

Jews played an important role in the early days of Iraq's independence, but the Iraqi Jewish community, numbered at around 120,000 in 1948, almost entirely left the country due to persecution following the the UN annexation of Palestine. So is it US / UN / NATO aggressions against Muslims in Iraq and Iran or their persecution of the Jews? George W Bush used the word "Crusade" to describe his war against the people he calls "evildoers." The First "Roman Catholic Crusade" (launched on 27 November 1095 by Pope Urban II) touched off new persecutions of Jews in which Jews were massacred and exiled from various European countries. Today it would appear that the US "Wars of Terror" are actually aimed at the Jews. Look at the war maps and you too can see that the US crusade is marching "FORWARD" against the Jews - to annihilate the Jewish people.

The greatest deception of modern times - Britain and the US didn't liberate the Jews from persecution and the Nazi concentration camps at the end of WWII. Britain and the US just moved the survivors to another Jewish concentration camp they created in 1948 called Israel.

Aggressive war is a crime under international law. The Charter of the International Military Tribunal defines this offense as:

(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).

A war of aggression is a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense - for territorial gain and subjugation. Wars without international legality (e.g. not out of self-defense) are illegal wars of aggression.

A military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense is a felony criminal offense - a war of aggression. To initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime. Crimes against peace is (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i). War crimes are serious violations of international humanitarian law. Individuals, including heads of state, are criminally responsible for the crimes: "murder, the ill-treatment or deportation of civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps", "the murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war", the killing of prisoners, "the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages, and any devastation not justified by military, or civilian necessity".

Torture—and complicity in torture—is a “grave breach” of the 1949 Geneva Conventions. If Canadian officials allowed detainees to be transferred to Afghan custody despite an apparent risk of torture, and chose not to take reasonable steps to protect them, they are as guilty of a war crime as the torturers themselves. They can be prosecuted in Canada under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Or they could be hauled before the International Criminal Court. Canada has ratified the ICC’s statute, giving it jurisdiction over Canadians who commit war crimes anywhere.
