Desperate to get re-elected Obama illegally solicits donations from foreign nationals.

Millions of foreign nationals are being directly solicited by Barack Hussein Obama to contribute to his re-election campaign.  Obama is so desperate to win the upcoming fall election that he is now mass email soliciting foreign nationals – in violation of US Federal election law which expressly forbids soliciting, accepting or receiving contributions or donations from foreign nationals.

The Federal Election Commission states:  “The ban on political contributions and expenditures by foreign nationals was first enacted in 1966 as part of the amendments to the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), an “internal security” statute.  The goal of the FARA was to minimize foreign intervention in U.S. elections by establishing a series of limitations on foreign nationals.  These included registration requirements for the agents of foreign principals and a general prohibition on political contributions by foreign nationals.  In 1974, the prohibition was incorporated into the Federal Election Campaign Act (the FECA), [HTML] [PDF] giving the Federal Election Commission (FEC) jurisdiction over its enforcement and interpretation.”

The Prohibition

The Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) prohibits any foreign national from contributing, donating or spending funds in connection with any federal, state, or local election in the United States, either directly or indirectly. It is also unlawful to help foreign nationals violate that ban or to solicit, receive or accept contributions or donations from them. Persons who knowingly and willfully engage in these activities may be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
Who is a Foreign National?

The following groups and individuals are considered “foreign nationals” and are, therefore, subject to the prohibition:

* Foreign governments;
* Foreign political parties;
* Foreign corporations;
* Foreign associations;
* Foreign partnerships;
* Individuals with foreign citizenship; and
* Immigrants who do not have a “green card.”

I am a foreign national – “Individuals with foreign citizenship” yet every month I receive an email from Barack Obama in which he or his wife or a member of his campaign team solicits a campaign contribution.  It is illegal to solicit any amount of money from foreign nationals.

Soliciting, Accepting, or Receiving Contributions and Donations from Foreign Nationals

Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Elizabeth Warren and Brad Woodhouse are all saying the same thing – “We’re counting on people like you” – foreign nationals – ” if we’re going to win.”  The US Federal Election Campaign Act explicitly prohibits knowingly soliciting, accepting or receiving contributions or donations from foreign nationals.  In this context, “knowingly” means that a person:

  • Has actual knowledge that the funds solicited, accepted, or received are from a foreign national;
  • Is aware of facts that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the funds solicited, accepted, or received are likely to be from a foreign national;
  • Is aware of facts that would lead a reasonable person to inquire whether the source of the funds solicited, accepted or received is a foreign national.
    11 CFR 110.20(a)(4)(i), (ii) and (iii).

In 2010 Republican U.S. Representative Tom Delay was convicted of money laundering and conspiracy charges related to illegal campaign finance activities aimed at helping Republican candidates for Texas state office in the 2002 elections.  Money laundering is the process of concealing the source of obtained money.  Barack Obama is taking advantage of the Internet to illegally solicit campaign funding from foreign nationals.  The campaign contributions of foreign nationals are intentionally concealed.

Code of Federal Regulations or CFR  – A codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government.

5 CFR 734.303 – Fundraising.

An employee may not knowingly:

(a) Personally solicit, accept or receive a political contribution from another person, except under the circumstances specified in § 734.208(b) ;
(b) Personally solicit political contributions in a speech or keynote address given at a fundraiser;
(c) Allow his or her official title to be used in connection with fundraising activities; or
(d) Solicit, accept, or receive uncompensated volunteer services from an individual who is a subordinate.
§ 734.302
Use of official authority; prohibition.
(a) An employee may not use his or her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election.
(b) Activities prohibited by paragraph (a) of this section include, but are not limited to:
(1) Using his or her official title while participating in political activity;
(2) Using his or her authority to coerce any person to participate in political activity; and
(3) Soliciting, accepting, or receiving uncompensated individual volunteer services from a subordinate for any political purpose.

5 CFR 734.306 – Participation in political activities while on duty, in uniform, in any room or building occupied in the discharge of official duties, or using a Federal vehicle.

(a) An employee may not participate in political activities subject to the provisions of subpart E of this part:
(1) While he or she is on duty;
(2) While he or she is wearing a uniform, badge, insignia, or other similar item that identifies the employing agency or instrumentality or the position of the employee;
(3) While he or she is in any room or building occupied in the discharge of official duties by an individual employed or holding office in the Government of the United States or any agency or instrumentality thereof; or
(4) While using a Government-owned or leased vehicle or while using a privately-owned vehicle in the discharge of official duties.

3 CFR 100.1 – Ethical conduct standards and financial disclosure regulations.

Employees of the Executive Office of the President are subject to the executive branch-wide standards of ethical conduct at 5 CFR part 2635, and the executive branch-wide financial disclosure regulations at 5 CFR part 2634.

Obama is repeating what fellow Democrats Bill Clinton and Al Gore did during the 1996 federal re-election.  In late 1996, the US Justice Department investigated, indicted and secured the conviction of several fund-raisers of the Clinton/Gore re-election campaign team for illegally soliciting and obtaining donations from foreign nationals.  It does not matter if Obama solicited and accepted $millions from a foreign state or $3 from a million foreign nationals, it is illegal.

    Since writing this expose on July 24, 2012 more Democrats have sent emails to me – a foreign national – soliciting campaign donations.

    Illegal campaign funding solicitation

    The US government knows exactly who I am. They know I am a foreign national – not a US citizen. They have been watching me since 9/11 – when I inadvertently received sensitive classified information concerning 9/11.

    Obama knows I foiled his plan to kill millions by exposing that it was he who ordered the release and use of the Swine Flu (A-H1N1) virus – originated from Fort Detrick Maryland – immediately after the nation wide Tax Day Tea Party Revolt on April 15, 2009. That nation wide revolt was against the newly elected Obama. To protest massive government spending increases and rising taxes. The man of Change – “We are the change we have been waiting for.” was so outraged that he ordered former Secret Service agent and biological weapons expert Marc S Griswold (who traveled to Mexico with President Obama on April 16, 2009) to Fort Detrick Maryland and take vials of the potentially deadly virus to Mexico.

    On April 23, 2009 CNN published a story concerning missing vials of a potentially dangerous virus that prompted an Army investigation into the disappearance from a biological weapons research lab at Fort Detrick. The Army’s Criminal Investigation Command agents were sent to Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, to investigate the disappearance of the vials. The vials contained samples of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis, a virus that sickens horses but can also be spread to humans. In 97 percent of cases, humans with the virus suffer “flu-like symptoms”, but it can be deadly in about 1 out of 100 cases (of the 305 million people living in the US in 2009 that meant 3 million would have died), according to Caree Vander Linden, a spokeswoman for the Army’s Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases.

    A few days later, after Obama arrived in Mexico, the first case of the swine flu was reported in Mexico. Biological weapons expert Marc S Griswold, who traveled to Mexico with Obama on April 16, 2009 was the first documented and confirmed A-H1N1 swine flu infection case. The agent was patient zero.

    My father died in 2009 as a direct result of being injected with Obama’s Swine Flu vaccine. He went into anaphylactic shock immediately after being administered the swine flu vaccine.

    The FDA package insert for the Swine Flu Influenza (A-H1N1) 2009 Monovalent Vaccine manufactured by Novartis (based on an earlier vaccine product known as Fluvirin) states that the vaccine is known to cause a whole host of very nasty side effects such as guillain-barre syndrome, vasculitis, anaphylactic shock and even death.

    OBAMA (Barry Soetoro), there is no statute of limitation for murder.

    US Code Title 18 › Part I › Chapter 51 › § 1111 (a) Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. Every murder perpetrated by poison, lying in wait, or any other kind of willful, deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing; or committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree.

    Everyone in the United States who lost a loved one in 2009 as a result of the Swine Flu or after they were given Obama’s poisonous Swine Flu Vaccine can indict Obama for 1st degree murder. You don’t have to wait for impeachment for the high crime of murder. Your loved ones died because they were intentionally infected with a biological cocktail of “viruses, bacteria and other pathogens from Fort Detrick’s lab. The facility is a Biosafety Level 4 institute, – they work with dangerous and exotic agents that pose a high individual risk of aerosol-transmitted laboratory infections, agents which cause severe to fatal disease in humans for which vaccines or other treatments are not available, such as Bolivian and Argentine hemorrhagic fevers, Marburg virus, Ebola virus, Lassa fever, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, smallpox, and various other hemorrhagic diseases.

    The Army’s Criminal Investigation Command agents ended their investigation of the missing vials because according to Christopher Grey, a spokesman for the criminal investigation division, the command “has found no evidence to date of any criminality related to the unaccounted-for items,”

    No criminality was found in the disappearance of vials of potentially deadly “viruses, bacteria and other pathogens from Fort Detrick’s lab” because president OBAMA authorized their taking and use. Only the president of the United States can authorize the use of nuclear and biological weapons. It is however a major crime to willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and premeditatedly kill another person(s) – murder.

We’re going to harden them to environmental degradation.     In October of 2004, during the ABC Chicago Affiliate’s broadcast of the Obama-Keyes debates, Obama openly admitted that he was not a natural born citizen. (C-Span aired the uncut version of the debates, which contained this exchange, in the second half of April, 2005) In this debate, between Obama and Keyes, Keyes faulted Obama for not being a “natural born citizen”, Obama replied, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency”, self-admitted that he was not eligible for the presidency of the United States.

    If you are looking for this admission in the Obama-Keyes debates by Obama you may not find it. An edited version of the debate – as requested by Obama is what you will find.

    In the introduction to the unedited rebroadcast of the debates between Alan Keyes vs. Barack Obama in April of 2005, the C-Span host noted that C-Span had decided to air it because of the growing interest in Washington, D.C., in Barack Obama. At one point in the unedited second debate, Keyes, accused Obama saying, “You are not even a natural born citizen!” To which Obama immediately replied, “So what? I am running for Illinois Senator, not the presidency.”

    At the end of the airing of the second debate, the C-Span host noted, as he read from a single sheet of paper, placed before him, that the Obama Campaign had contacted them and requested them to point out to their viewers that Obama’s response here should not be understood as a denial that he is a natural born citizen, only that Keyes’ accusation had nothing to do with the qualifications of office of a U.S. Senator.

    A number of readers are questioning the validity of the claim that Obama is acting illegally by soliciting campaign funds. US laws clearly state that Obama cannot solicit anything from anyone while he is in office. To explain this I will use the reply I sent a reader this morning.

    All of Obama’s campaign emails are sent through Blue State Digital – revealed in the Received: of the email header. Blue State Digital can identify, using the message ID, who sent what email, to who. With a Congressional subpoena Blue State Digital can be ordered to reveal the identity of who sent what email.

    There is a Blackberry app that can be used to send emails without the receiver ever knowing where it actually originated from or who from. That app is phpmailer. PHPMailer is a PHP email transport class featuring file attachments, SMTP servers, CCs, BCCs, HTML messages, word wrap, and more. Sends email via sendmail, PHP mail(), QMail, or directly with SMTP. Also supports SMS, and MMS. phpMailer allows Obama to directly solicit campaign funding and conceal the fact that it originated from his Blackberry.

    Anyone can send an email using someone else’s email address. I get so many spam emails from myself. The email sender field states my email address but someone else sent it. Obama has his email address set up to look like it originated from democraticparty@democrats.org. Also the president of the United States would not mass email his own personal Blackberry email address. He signs his emails as follow – Barack Obama democraticparty@democrats.org for security reasons, for privacy reasons, but most importantly – for plausible deniability reasons. If you were president of the United States would you mass email your direct email address – barackobama@democrats.org? George W Bush did that and got in a whole lot of trouble when he sent sensitive information (9/11) to the wrong receiver(s).

    Unbeknownst to Obama every email can be traced. When you use a third party to filter and forward your emails the third party requires that you register your device and a username. A programmer at Blue State Digital has set up Obama’s email handling much like a cellular phone carrier does or any social network does. There is a registration process entailed to set up an account to receive and send emails for Obama using his Blackberry. The Blackberry SIM card number is attached to their files so that they can process Obama’s emails. Their files can link Obama to the illegal campaign soliciting emails.

    Included is the header for one of the campaign donation soliciting emails I received from Obama. The message ID clearly reveals that bluestatedigital.com is processing these campaign soliciting emails and their message ID is the means of tracking and exposing the sender.

    Obama never ends his emails using President Obama because he can’t use his title to solicit anything from anyone.

    This law applies to Barack Obama as the name Obama or simply Barack immediately implies title. What is the first thing people think of when they see Obama? President of the United States. It does not matter if he signed off simply by using his first or last name everyone in the World knows he is the current president of the United States. That simple fact means Obama cannot solicit anything, from anyone while he is in office. If he does he is and is breaking US law.

How the Crown is hydro jacking your home

The Crown and its Electrical Power Crown Corporation are using smart technology called Power-line communication (PLC) to electronically hijack the controls of all of your high energy demanding electrical appliances. Power-line communication (PLC) technology was developed to use narrow band power-line communication to control your homes' electrical equipments such as meters, switches, heaters and domestic appliances. They are using this technology to hijack your home and jack up your home's hydro demand. More electricity used means more profit for the Crown (corporate entity of the Catholic Church Pope) through his thieving electrical power Crown Corporations. A signal is transmitted via the hydro power lines to your home and the transmitted signal is decoded by a "Smart Grid" device that remotely turns on and/or off your electrical heaters and appliances. How can you detect this break and enter? The PLC signal transmissions are preprogrammed to be "automatically" sent at specific times of the day, usually on the hour or half hour. PLC transmissions overrides your homes' thermostats, that turns on or off your baseboard heaters at a temperature you choose and set. Griswold, the day after the nationwide Tax Day Tea Party Revolt against his administration. 

Griswold and Obama smuggled the A-H1N1 virus into Mexico aboard Air Force One and started the Swine Flu pandemic of 2009. Obama tried to kill millions of Americans after Americans dared to challenge him just 3 months after his inauguration.  In July of this year the UN's WHO held an emergency meeting regarding the outbreak of another influenza virus - MERS. However, clinical testing of this new virus reveals that MERS is the lab created H5N1 virus. The WHO is covering up this fact by renaming the H5N1 virus MERS. Why? MERS was created in a lab as a biological weapon - to intentionally mass murder millions. MERS was created by the mad scientists and biological weapon terrorist Ron Fouchier (smirking guy pictured above).   Biological weapon terrorist Fouchier created the H5N1 (MERS) virus, then deliberately mutated it into an aerosol-transmissible virus that can easily and rapidly be spread through the air and potentially kill millions. 

Why create a virus that could kill millions?  NSSM 200 (The UN"s (self-appointed UNO World government) National Security Study Memorandum 200).  Alias Obama (legal name is Barry Soetoro) was put in office to implement NSSM 200 - depopulate the United States and the World.  Obama tried in 2009 but failed because the World population was educated to the fact that the Swine Flu vaccine was the real weapon.   European countries followed Poland in banning the US made biological weaponized vaccine.  The Polish government was wiped out in a 2010 plane crash in Russia that killed Polish President Lech Kaczynski and 95 others.  The Polish government stopped the swine flu vaccination entirely, just days before the plane crash at Smolensk.  With an aerosol-transmissible virus a vaccine isn't required to disseminate the lab created biological weapon and kill millions.

Bush.  Obama spent more money in his first 3 years in office than the combined total debt of 42 presidents and during those 42 presidencies the US fought and financed the War of Independence, the War of 1812, 2 World Wars, survived the Great Depression, fought and financed the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Cold War and the Gulf War.   It is time for an immediate change.   The United States cannot afford another year of Obama.

Boston Marathon False Flag


The above image is a snapshot of a tweet that was sent out before the Boston Marathon Bombings by the Boston Globe. Click on the image above for an enlarged image of the original tweet and its corresponding url.  Notice the time of the tweet - 12:53 PM - 15 April 13.  A few hours before the actual false flag bombings. The bombs were not pressure cooker bombs. They were claymore mines. A claymore mine is a directional anti-personnel mine used by the U.S. military. It is packed with ball bearings. A claymore mine was photographed being placed inside a backpack by the false flag operatives. A female false flag operative wearing a red ordnanceman shirt is shown holding 2 false flags - signifying 2 bombs. The man wearing a white jacket and cap detonated the bomb at the finish line using a claymore mine remote detonating cable.

There were also snipers with sniper rifles, assault rifles and backpacks positioned on the roof before the bombings.

Sandy Hook False Flag


The Sandy Hook shooting was a UNO ordered false flag event. It was staged. The Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection - in conjunction with FEMA - was running a drill at exactly 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, December 14, 2012, in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This drill was called, "Planning for the Needs of Children in Disasters."

The infiltrated U.S. Government and the UNO were attempting to implement a global Arms Trade Treaty (ATT- adopted April 2, 2013 but not ratified). The goal of the treaty is disarming the US people and the World so that their tyrannical New World Order cannot be resisted.

On the morning of December 14, 2012 a mass casualty shooting exercise was being conducted at the Sandy Hook Elementary School. The local fire department, EMS and police were already on scene as were "actors" when ATF agents (Operation Fast & Furious) started killing Sandy Hook children and teachers. The shooting was controlled by the U.S. DOJ - another key player in the illegal arms shipment to Mexican Drug Cartels - Operation Fast & Furious. Since the shooting the US government and the United Nations Organization (UNO or One World government) has been using their heinous slaughter of children and Adam Lanza (21 people) to illegally (shall not be infringed) take away the US people's 2nd Amendment Right - "the right of the people to keep and bear arms". It should be noted that Adam Lanza was murdered by the US government the day before the shooting. Adam Lanza's death certificate states December 13, 2012 not December 14. AFT agent John Capano, an explosives specialist who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, was ordered assassinated (gunned down December 31, 20012 in Long Island New York, by another government agent in a staged robbery) by Obama to prevent him from providing material evidence of the Sandy Hook false flag. Sandy Hook Elementary School is just 100 miles away from the AFT New York City Field Office.

The Vatican created UNO drafted the ATT (Arms Trade Treaty) which clearly states the UNO intentions to force the US government to:
  •  Enact internationally agreed licensing requirements for Americans
  •  Confiscate and destroy unauthorized firearms of Americans while allowing the US government to keep theirs
  •  Ban trade, sale and private ownership of semi-automatic guns
  •  Create and mandate an international registry to organize an encompassing gun confiscation in America

This training exercise location was scheduled to take place three blocks from the Navy yard where 13 people died on Monday September 16, 2013. The Daily Courier published a story titled "Police, FBI: Shooter reported in military building at Washington Navy Yard; multiple victims" on "Sunday, 15 September 2013 23:31 Eric Tucker And Brett Zongker, The Associated Press" - the day before the actual event. You be the judge - scripted false flag or not?

The very same day the Vatican Fourth Reich's UNO World government (New World Order) blamed Syrian President Bashar al-Assad of using sarin gas in Syria against the Syrian people and the UN backed foreign terrorists levying war against Syria and its people. The Birth Certificate, and social security number of Obama are forgeries . The forgeries were used to illegally gain the office of the President of the United States of America. The U.S. debt crisis was orchestrated by Obama and the Federal Reserve bankers to rob $trillions from the U.S. people - fraud, embezzlement, and money laundering. Waging war with Libya, without Congressional approval, and aiding and abetting the terrorists in Syria is treason. The Federal Reserve knowingly and willingly committed the criminal offenses of fraud and influence peddling when they falsely claimed that their banks were failing in order to influence and gain $trillions from the US governments of both George W Bush and Barack Hussein Obama (legal name is Barry Soetoro).  The GOA findings were published in the the Sanders Report which found the Fed guilty of secretly and illegally doling out $16-trillion in zero interest loans to their own banks and corporations. The Egyptian Pyramids were actually built as electrical power generating and wireless transmitting power plants - not tombs. They were built to receive, store and transmit electromagnetic energy. The pyramid itself is a very large capacitor - stores electrical energy. They were made of granite (the dielectric or insulator) and sandstone (the quartz crystal electrical conductor) with a capstone (the antenna) made of granite, basalt, or any other very hard stone which was plated with Electrum - alloy of gold and silver, with trace amounts of copper and other electricity conducting metals. As stated many times before in PRESS Core's articles electrical current flows to ground or earth - from the positively (+) charged air to the negatively (-) charged ground. The pyramids were built to harness and store this free and unlimited supply of electrical energy. Pyramids were built as electrical power plants - to tap into this free and unlimited supply of electrical energy. They didn't have the technical knowhow (technology) to build and erect very tall metal framed antenna towers so they built their free energy harnessing antennas using the technology and materials available during their life time - electrum plated capstone (antenna receiver/transmitter), sandstone (quartz crystal conductor) and granite (insulator).

For centuries we thought the Egyptian ancestors were not as advanced as we are now. Evidence, however reveals just the opposite - that they were far superior than we are now. They had the technology to move and set 300 ton stones so perfectly close that not even a sheet of paper can fit between the blocks. We, today, do not have that technical knowhow.

Over 4000 years ago man had the technology to build massive electric power plants - the pyramids. The sandstone (arenite) blocks used to build the pyramids were composed of crystal quartz and/or feldspar which are extremely high electrical conductors and the small amount of metal on the capstone allowed for maximum power generation and transmission. Also, the Giza Plateau where the pyramids stand was specifically chosen as the construction sites because the site is full of underground water channels. The pyramids were built above limestone layers that have spaces between them that are full of flowing (flux) water. These special layers of rock called aquifers transmit electricity upward as they carry underground water to the surface. The high volume flow (flux) of the River Nile that passes through these aquifers produces an electric current. This is known as physio-electricity. The pyramids were built to harness, store (capacitor), and transmit this electricity wirelessly. In 1901 Nikola Tesla began constructing the Wardenclyffe Tower (Tesla Tower). He understood ancient technology and set out to reeducate the World by demonstrating what the Egyptians knew and successfully built over 4000 years ago. If the Egyptians were to apply an insulating casing around the pyramids and reinstalled a capstone antenna (plated with an electricity conducting and transmitting metal like silver) their pyramids would once again harness, store and transmit wirelessly this free and unlimited electromagnetic energy. Even though they are thousands of years old they are still able to function today as electrical power generating power plants. Their main structure is fully intact.

To answer the $ million question - What happened to the capstone and the massive shell casing of the Great Pyramid of Giza? Because the pyramids were massive capacitors, hooking a polarized capacitor backwards would result in the capacitor exploding - forcing the capstone off its peak like a volcano does with its dome when it erupts. The capstone is still in the Giza Plateau but heavily damaged and covered with sand. Detaching,removing or breaching a capacitor's casing can also cause a capacitor to literally explode, ejecting its contents violently and shattering the casing off the sides of the pyramid. A catastrophic capacitor failure can result in pressure buildup and explosion if construction technique does not allow for a discharge of pressure. They built the capacitor but not the infrastructure to use (discharge) the generated electrical power and as a result the pyramid failed catastrophically. Warning - the flash capacitor of a camera or from any electronic circuit stores a lethal amount of electrical charge. Now image how lethal and destructive a capacitor the size of a pyramid would be when it fails..

Disbarred for fraud



Both Michelle Obama and Barack Obama are barred from practicing law. The Supreme Court of Illinois stated that Michelle and Obama were declared illegible to practice law. ARDC http://www.iardc.org/ldetail.asp?id=791875904 ATTORNEY'S REGISTRATION AND PUBLIC DISCIPLINARY RECORD confirms that Barack Obama's Illinois Registration Status as : "Voluntarily retired and not authorized to practice law". It also states under Malpractice Insurance: "attorney reported that he/she does not have malpractice coverage." Obama wasn't able to be insured (bondable) because of prior criminal activity. What isn't stated by ARDC is Obama plea bargained and avoided "public" prosecution. Obama voluntarily retired in return for the dismissal of all "criminal" charges and avoid formal disbarment. Disbarment is imposed as a sanction for conduct indicating that an attorney is not fit to practice law, willfully disregarding the interests of a client, or engaging in fraud which impedes the administration of justice. Obama was essentially disbarred for lying on his application.

Obama used and is using an assumed name. Barack Obama isn't his birth and legally registered name. On the bar application it asks if that person has ever used or been known by another name. Barack Obama stated "No". However, Barry has used several names...publicly - Barry Dunham, aka Barry Soetoro (name on application for foreign student financial aid at Occidental College - http://presscore.ca/2016/?p=2929), aka Barack Obama, aka Barry Obama (http://articles.latimes.com/2007/jan/29/local/me-oxy29 January 29, 2007).

Obama claims he "voluntarily" gave up his license. Various State documents revealed he lied (a fraud) and an internal investigation at the law firm that both he and Michelle worked provided concrete evidence that he knowingly and willingly lied (committed fraud) on his bar application. Another lie was his involvement in illegal drug activity. In his book, "Dreams from My Father" Obama confessed in writing, “Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.” pp. 93–94. Obama confessed to possession and using pot and blow - the illicit drug cocaine. 21 U.S.C. § 844 : US Code Penalties for simple possession states: "It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess a controlled substance unless such substance was obtained directly, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order, from a practitioner,..." Obama knew that his possession and usage of illegal drugs were unlawful - a felony. All secretly being carried out in Dimona - the center of Israel's secret nuclear arms program..

Israel is the only country in the region that has refused to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Almost 180 countries have done it, including all Arab countries. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan… all Israeli neighbours have opened their borders to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and ratified it in 1970. Israel refuses to sign the treaty.

The imminent threat fallacy

At the time of the annexation of Palestine in 1948, there were approximately 140,000–150,000 Jews living in Iran. Iran has been the historical center of Persian Jewry for over 2,700 years. Over 85% have since migrated to either Israeli occupied Palestine or the United States, with the migration accelerating after the 1979 Islamic Revolution, when the population dropped from 100,000 to about 40,000.

An estimated 250,000 Jews of Iranian descent currently live in Israeli occupied Palestine - most of them in the city of Holon, just outside Tel Aviv. More than 25,000 Jews are living in Iran presently.

Jews played an important role in the early days of Iraq's independence, but the Iraqi Jewish community, numbered at around 120,000 in 1948, almost entirely left the country due to persecution following the the UN annexation of Palestine. The history of the Jews in Iraq is documented from the time of the Babylonian captivity c. 586 BCE. The Talmud (a central text of mainstream Judaism, considered second to the Torah) was compiled in Babylonia, identified with modern Iraq.

So is it US / UN / NATO aggressions against Muslims in Iraq and Iran or their persecution of the Jews? George W Bush used the word "Crusade" to describe his war against the people he calls "evildoers." The First "Roman Catholic Crusade" (launched on 27 November 1095 by Pope Urban II) touched off new persecutions of Jews in which Jews were massacred and exiled from various European countries. Today it would appear that the US "Wars of Terror" are actually aimed at the Jews. Look at the war maps and you too can see that the US crusade is marching "FORWARD" against the Jews - to annihilate the Jewish people.


The greatest deception of modern times - Britain and the US didn't liberate the Jews from persecution and the Nazi concentration camps at the end of WWII. Britain and the US just moved the survivors to another Jewish concentration camp they created in 1948 called Israel.

Aggressive war is a crime under international law. The Charter of the International Military Tribunal defines this offense as:

(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).

A war of aggression is a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense - for territorial gain and subjugation.  Wars without international legality (e.g. not out of self-defense) are illegal wars of aggression.

A military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense is a felony criminal offense - a war of aggression. To initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime. Crimes against peace is (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i). Aggression is an unprovoked armed attack by a State against the territory, the people, or the land, sea or air forces of another State.

War crimes are serious violations of international humanitarian law. Individuals, including heads of state, are criminally responsible for the crimes: "murder, the ill-treatment or deportation of civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps", "the murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war", the killing of prisoners, "the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages, and any devastation not justified by military, or civilian necessity".

Complicity in Torture

Torture—and complicity in torture—is a “grave breach” of the 1949 Geneva Conventions. If Canadian officials allowed detainees to be transferred to Afghan custody despite an apparent risk of torture, and chose not to take reasonable steps to protect them, they are as guilty of a war crime as the torturers themselves. They can be prosecuted in Canada under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Or they could be hauled before the International Criminal Court. Canada has ratified the ICC’s statute, giving it jurisdiction over Canadians who commit war crimes anywhere.

Militia required by law.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, the supreme law of the United States, is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the American people to keep and bear arms and to form a militia.  "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."  The right  "to keep and bear arms" means an individual has the right to own and carry weapons anywhere and at any time in the United States of America.  The "Shall not be infringed"  means the government can never make any laws to infringe this right.  Why?  Because a militia, a military force composed of ordinary citizens is necessary to the security of a free State.
