Obama planning for and preparing to launch another illegal war.

Contacts from 3 Canadian Forces bases in Canada have verified that the Canadian government is preparing the Canadian military for war.  Military personnel from the combat military base in Gagetown New Brunswick have been required to participate in extra training, 5 days a weeks.  The last time Canadian troops did this kind of extra training was before the US invasion of Afghanistan in 2001.

Military officials have voiced their concern about this mandatory irregular military training ordered by the Stephen Harper government. Canada hasn’t been attacked.  Canada isn’t officially at war with any nation.  According to Stephen Harper thousands of Canadian troops in Afghanistan are for policing, not combat.  Canadian officials rebuke Harper by stating that combat troops cannot assume the duties of policing.  Combat troops are trained to kill, not police civilians.

Combat troops are forbidden to attack the civilian population of any state.  It is illegal for armed Canadian Forces or US combat troops to bust down doors (break and enter) of civilian homes, take the civilian(s) away against their will (kidnapping), to hold them without charge, torture them, abuse them, humiliate them, discriminate against them based on political affiliation, race, or color, try them in a military court or deport them.  It is illegal for armed troops, from any country, to fire on any civilian.  Combat troops can only detain surrendering opposing combative forces.   Afghanistan is still a war zone as the United States government and the Canadian government of Stephen Harper haven’t withdrawn their troops from Afghanistan.  Because it is still a war zone international laws apply to the US and Canadian troops and the US and Canadian government.

Because the US war of aggression and occupation of Afghanistan hasn’t ended international law forbids the belligerent (the attacker and occupier) from any armed assault or action (including policing) against any civilian in Afghanistan.  Such action is not only illegal in Afghanistan it is illegal in the US.  The United States Constitution strictly forbids the US government from using military personnel for policing the United States people.  Using combat troops to police civilians is illegal under both International Law and US Law.

Canadian Military officials believe Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper is conspiring with the United States government to plan, and prepare for war with Iran.  There are more Canadian troops in Afghanistan now than there was at the beginning of the illegal United States armed attack against the sovereign state of Afghanistan in November 2001.   There is more Canadian military equipment and ammunition in Afghanistan than ever before.  Most of the troops and equipment are deployed along the Afghanistan and Iran border.  US military officials have been contacted and they too confirm that there is a build up of US forces along the Afghan Iran border.  A lot of high ranking US military officers oppose any military action against Iran.  They know what will happen if Obama orders the attack against Iran – WWIII.

US military personnel who leaked the 2 underground nuclear detonations on August 23, 2011 and the thwarted 9/11 anniversary false flag nuclear detonation attacks against New York City, LA and Washington DC have confirmed Canadian and US troop buildup along the Afghan Iran border.  They have come forward in an attempt to avert WWIII.  They are not committing treason.  Obama and Harper are committing treason – levying war against the US and Canada.  General P stated that “Iran has not attacked the United States or any country.  Iran is no threat to the United States or any state.  Obama and his government has no legal or moral cause, justification or authority to launch an unprovoked armed attack against Iran.”

Planning for and preparing for such an attack is illegal.  War of aggression is illegal.  The United States government made war of aggression illegal at the end of WWII.  The Nuremberg trial outlawed war.  The United States government at the time specifically outlawed wars of aggression.  The UN Charter was literally created from the judgements passed by the United States against Nazi German political and military leaders.

The US Congress wasn’t asked by Obama to authorize the waging of war against Libya (as required by US law) because Obama knew that according to US law the US Congress could not authorize war with Libya.  Why? Libya didn’t attack the US or any country.  There was no imminent threat to the United States and its people from Gaddafi or the Libyan military.  That is why Obama only sought UN approval.  UN Resolution 1973 was itself illegal as it grossly violated the UN’s own Charter. That is why China, Russia, India, Germany and Brazil abstained from voting on the resolution. The UN Charter forbids its members from waging any war with any country, even if a bloody civil war has engulfed the country.

UN Charter Article 2, 7 states: “Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter“.

The US Army didn’t want anything to do with Obama’s illegal war with Libya.  It is for that reason that Obama appointed CIA director Leon Panetta to lead the US military as Secretary of Defense.  Top US military brass knew what Obama was planning for and preparing for was illegal so Obama gave the CIA control of all US military assets.  That is why no regular US ground troops were used in Libya in combat against Libyan forces. US Special Forces were used to support CIA mercenary and to protect the oil refineries and ports.    Because top ranking US military officers opposed Obama’s war with Libya, based on the fact that Libya hadn’t attacked nor was any threat to the US, Obama gave the war to the CIA.  The CIA and its mercenaries started the uprising in Libya, overthrow the Libyan government and murdered Gaddafi.

A Pentagon insider has said that Obama and CIA director Leon Panetta (who is still in charge of the CIA as all military ranks, including acting CIA director General David H. Petraeus, are under his authority as he is Secretary of Defense) are planning for an immanent invasion of Iran.

Planning for and preparing for war against a country that hasn’t attacked you or there is no imminent threat of being attacked by the foreign country is a very serious international crime.  Governments and their leaders who  plan for and prepare for an unprovoked war are committing a very serious crime – crime against peace.  If the Canadian government is preparing for such an unprovoked attack then Harper is committing a very serous crime – if this were 1945 the punishment for such a crime is death.

All Canadian Forces personnel have a duty to disobey Stephen Harper’s unlawful order to plan for and prepare for an unprovoked attack against Iran.   All US Forces too have a duty to disobey Barack Obama’s unlawful order to plan for and prepare for an unprovoked armed attack against Iran.  Every Canadian and US soldier can legally refuse to deploy and participate in this very serious crime.   Standing down can prevent Obama and Harper from starting WWIII.

A reminder to all Americans and Canadians – your allegiance is to your country and flag, not to any dictatorial mass murdering psychopath.

If every soldier refused to fight there would never be a war.   The proof of this is in the answer to this simple question. When was the last time you saw a politician standing with you on a battle field?
