Obama regime unlawfully suspends U.S. Constiution
Latest news, World news Wednesday, August 31st, 2011The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. The 1st Amendment is the American people’s inalienable right – rights which are not capable of being surrendered or transferred without the consent of the one possessing such rights – the people. The amendment prohibits the making of any law “respecting an establishment of religion,” impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging the freedom of speech, infringing on the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peaceably assemble or prohibiting the petitioning for a governmental redress of grievances.
For the past week Barack Hussein Obama has illegally authorized the suspension of the 1st Amendment Rights of the United States people. More than 1000 citizens of the United States have been unlawfully arrested for exercising this inalienable right. The people of the United States have been assembling peacefully for over a week now. They have been petitioning their government to say no to building a massive new oil pipeline expansion from central Alberta, Canada to the Gulf of Mexico.
“We stand here today to just say no to slavery, to just say no to tar, sands, oil, and no to the Keystone pipeline,” Actress Daryl Hannah said before her arrest.
Why all the protests against this oil pipeline? The Alberta Tar Sand Oil is the most toxic oil on Earth. The extraction process alone is regarded by the scientific community and environmental watch groups as the worst ongoing man made environmental disaster on Earth. Worse than the Exxon Mobil oil spill and the BP Gulf of Mexico oil spill combined. The Alberta oil uses up 7.5 to 10 barrels of fresh drinking water to process 1 barrel of the most toxic oil on Earth. Every day 1 million barrels of this toxic synthetic oil are produced from the oil sands. That means between 7.5 to 10 million barrels of fresh water is permanently contaminated, and rendered a toxic and lethal poison in the process.
People concerned about their health and their environment have been peacefully assembling in Washington DC to petition “their” government to just say “NO” to the proposed pipeline. All Americans have this inalienable right.
In a speech on Jun. 4, 2009 Barack Hussein Obama stated – “No system of government can or should be imposed by one nation by any other. That does not lessen my commitment, however, to governments that reflect the will of the people. Each nation gives life to this principle in its own way, grounded in the traditions of its own people. America does not presume to know what is best for everyone, just as we would not presume to pick the outcome of a peaceful election. But I do have an unyielding belief that all people yearn for certain things: the ability to speak your mind and have a say in how you are governed, confidence in the rule of law and the equal administration of justice, government that is transparent and doesn’t steal from the people, the freedom to live as you choose. These are not just American ideas. They are human rights. And that is why we will support them everywhere.“
To the tyrant Barack Hussein Obama we say – “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security. —”

@ Paul W Kincaid, you are absolutely 100% correct in your comment of the constitution of the United State.
If you suspend any part of the United States Constitution you’ve suspended the entire Constitution. The First Amendment was made the First because it is the most important. It establishes, permanently (inalienable) the rights of the people of the United States of America. It gives absolute authority to the people of the Republic. The people are the past, present and future masters of their government.
