Steering Hurricane Irene.

In 2007, The Telegraph, wrote an article in which they reported that scientists have made a breakthrough in man’s desire to control the forces of nature – unveiling plans to weaken hurricanes and steer them. They discovered that when aircraft dropped chemicals into the near-freezing cloud at the top of a hurricane, it caused it to warm up and reduce wind speeds. Computer simulations of the forces at work in the most violent storms have shown that even small changes can affect their paths – enabling them to be diverted from or even into major cities – like the one making its way into the financial capital of the United States – New York City.

Lawyers have been warning for years that steering a hurricane would result in multi-billion dollar damage to a targeted area. Steered Hurricane Katrina caused $41 billion + in damage to New Orleans. New Orleans has still not recovered from the loss sustained in Hurricane Katrina. Entire ethnic based communities were evicted permanently from their homes and businesses as a result of Hurricane Katrina. That steered Hurricane was used as a form of ethnic cleansing.

Conspiracy or real?  The Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate, which direct agencies from the Federal Emergency Management Agency to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, expressed major interest in the science of hurricane modification. “It sounds kind of crazy and science fiction-ish, but it’s really the direction we need to go in,” Chris Doyle, head of DHS’s science and technology research division, told a conference of the American Meteorological Society in May of 2008.

Hurricane researcher Joseph Golden, a veteran of Project Stormfury, the federal government’s last attempt at militarized weather modification in the 1960s, organized a meeting of scientists at an interdepartmental hurricane  conference to discuss weather modification.  They discussed how hurricane steering could be used as a geopolitical tool.  The major question of the conference was “Where would scientists direct a storm”?  Toward a less populated area or into major metropolitan areas?  Steering a hurricane into small communities could wipe them out financially.  Steering a hurricane into a farming community could wipe out crops.  Steering a hurricane into a major city could cripple it for days, weeks or even years (Hurricane Katrina) and result in significant loss of life.   Like Project Stormfury they were discussing how steering hurricanes could be used a geopolitical weapon.

How cloud seeding can cause a hurricane to grow exponentially.

Project Stormfury was the first attempt by scientists from the United States military to steer tropical cyclones by flying aircraft into them and seeding with silver iodide.  Cloud seeding was used to steer hurricanes as well as create bigger hurricanes.  Cloud seeding has since became a major proponent of the United States government’s weather modification program.  Today it is known as Chemtrailing but like then toxic and carcinogenic silver iodide is used to modify weather and steer hurricanes for geopolitical purposes.

To answer the question whether or not scientists have been steering hurricane Irene one needs only to look up.  If you saw chemtrails being laid before the hurricane hit your community then there is very good evidence that they have been steering Hurricane Irene.

How ionosphere heating steers hurricanes

Hurricanes form when air warmed over the ocean rises to meet the cool upper atmosphere. The heat turns to kinetic energy, producing a spiral of wind and rain. The greater the temperature differences between top and bottom, and the narrower the eye of the hurricane, the faster it blows.

Heating the tops of hurricanes by scattering carbon particles or chemicals from aircraft flying above the storms would cause changes in the airflows within the storm. Satellites could also heat the cloud tops by beaming microwaves from space. The the unmanned X-37B is such a system. The X-37B was launched into orbit by the US Air Force from Cape Canaveral using an Atlas V rocket.  It looks like a mini-Space Shuttle — but its purpose has been a secret – until now.

The X and B of its name reveals it true purpose. The X and B stands for X-Band. The 37 is the scintillation index at X-band (m = 0:37).  X-band is a segment of the microwave radio region of the electromagnetic spectrum.  The X-37B is therefore an orbiting X-band phased array antenna consisting of thousands of antennae driven by transmit/receive (T/R) modules. T/R modules are multi-functional circuits that can transmit, receive, and amplify signals.  While in orbit it can be maneuvered by the United States military to any part of the Globe whereby it is positioned to heat up the ionosphere above a target area.  A second X-37B was launched on 5 March 2011 with the mission designation USA-226.  The military spacecraft is operated and controlled by the United States Air Force, which did not revealed the specific identity of the payload for the first flight – meaning the mission is classified. The Air Force has stated only that the spacecraft will “demonstrate various experiments” … involving “satellite sensors, subsystems, components, and associated technology”.  The vehicle is capable of being on-orbit for up to 270 days. The Air Force stated the mission time would depend on progress of the craft’s experiments during orbit.

A phased array antenna is composed of lots of radiating elements each with a phase shifter. Beams are formed by shifting the phase of the signal emitted from each radiating element, to provide constructive/destructive interference so as to steer the beams in the desired direction. The signal is amplified by constructive interference in the main direction. The beam sharpness is improved by the destructive interference.

The land-based HAARP (near Gakona, Alaska), the US Navy’s floating HAARP Sea-Based X–Band Radar (SBX) platform (location is classified) and the Air Force’s orbiting X-37B all have the ability to focus radio signals in a precise direction.   These 3 X-Band phased arrays (land, sea and in orbit) uses extremely high frequencies to focus a powerful electromagnetic beam to specific locations in the Earth’s ionosphere. All three heat the ionosphere. Ionosphere heating is now being used by the United Sates government to modifying the natural ionosphere with the intent to cause extreme weather modification events like hurricanes, monsoon rain (flooding) and heatwave (drought).
