U.S. / NATO war crimes in Libya

UNSC Resolution 1973 was not drafted as a license to commit mass murder.  The resolution only authorized the establishment of a no-fly zone to protect civilians under threat of attack.  The UN Resolution 1973 wasn’t unanimously adopted by the United Nation Security Council as claimed by the United States government.  China, Russia, India, Germany and Brazil voted against this U.S. tabled resolution against Libya by abstaining from voting.  The resolution was demanded by the United States government of Barack Insane Obama and drafted under the false pretense of stemming the violence and protecting the Libya civilians.  Today the U.S. French, British and Canadian forces have done just the opposite of what the Resolution calls for.  In complete violation of the resolution U.S. and British special forces are on the ground (British and US special forces entered Libyan port cities of Benghazi and Toburk on February 23 and 24 , 2011) in Libya and these U.S. and British ground forces are launching armed attacks and calling in air strikes.  These U.S. lead armed attacks and air strikes are mass killing civilians.  On March 25, 2011 the British Daily Mail gave evidence to support the claim that ground forces have already been on the ground prior to the UN Resolution being passed by stating that “Squadron of SAS and SBS troops have been in country for a month”  On March 1, 2011 PRESS TV reported “Britain, France and the United States have dispatched hundreds of military advisors to Libya to set up military bases in the country’s oil-rich east“.

The United States government and its  NATO Waffen SS forces have escalated the violence,  have caused more unwarranted destruction on the sovereign soil of Libya and have murdered 100 times more civilians than their alleged brutal dictator Gaddiffi.  NATO has turned Tripoli into a killing field.  The streets of Tripoli flow red with the blood of thousands of Libyan civilians.  This bloodshed was not spilled by Gaddiffi it was spilled unlawfully by armed forces commanded by U.S., French, British, Canadian and NATO leadership.  The crimes of the U.S government and it surrogate NATO forces are far greater than those allegedly committed by Gaddiffi.  Gaddiffi has only attacked and killed U.S. paid mercenaries who unlawfully infiltrated Libya to overthrow him by rebellion.   The U.S. government and its NATO Waffen SS forces from France, Britain and Canada are the ones who have attacked and murdered Libyan civilians and are deliberately destroying civilian business, homes, and infrastructure.  This is a clear case of coldly calculated targeted murder, as ruthless and brutal as any other form of dictatorship.  War crimes are not being committed by Gaddiffi and Libya’s military they are being committed by the U.S., French, British, Canadian and NATO Waffen SS armed forces and their leadership.

Even the United States own Congress has declared that their U.S. president Obama has committed a crime by attacking Libya.  House members have called the war illegal because the 1973 War Powers Resolution requires presidents to seek congressional authorization.  Obama claims the Libya action doesn’t fall under that law because the United States is in a support role to a NATO led operation.  Evidence debunks Obama‘s claims as NATO didn’t plan for these attacks nor initiate the attacks, the Obama government planned for this war of aggression against Libya and French and U.S. war planes initiated this war of aggression against Libya and the civilian population of Libya.

The CIA was ordered by Obama (all CIA covert operations are ordered by the sitting U.S. president) to recruit mercenaries and send them into Libya to start an uprising to overthrow the Libyan government.  It doesn’t matter if Obama used mercenaries or U.S. troops this war was planned for by and started by the United States government of Barack Insane Obama.  This illegal war was planned for and launched using a U.S. funded mercenary army.  U.S. and French war planes were the first war planes used to launch this war of aggression and war crimes armed attacks against the civilian population of Libya when U.S. paid mercenaries couldn’t carry out Obama‘s orders to overthrow Gaddiffi.  U.S. paid non-Libyan mercenaries were being killed by Libyan forces and when those mercenaries were being driven out of Libya Obama ordered air attacks against the sovereign country of Libya.

When CIA mercenaries failed to complete Obama‘s orders and overthrow Gaddiffi Obama ripped up the UN no-fly zone resolution, and the United States Constitution and ordered U.S. and French military assets to start the mass murder of the civilian population of Libya.  After it became judicially obvious that Obama violated International Law (UN Charter Article 2.4 All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations. Article 2.7 – Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter;) and U.S. law (United States Constitution Article 1.8 Congress (not Obama) shall have power “To declare war, grant letters of marque and reprisal, and make rules concerning captures on land and water;“) by failing to seek the U.S. Congress approval to use U.S. armed forces in an unprovoked armed attack against Libya Obama quickly sought to deflect political responsibility and judicial accountability for his illegal war of aggression ( a major war crime –United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3314 Article 5.2 “A war of aggression is a crime against international peace“) by placing the war of aggression under NATO command.  On Thursday morning at 0600 GMT, March 31, 2011 NATO took over command of the United States government’s unlawful armed attacks against Libya –  11 days after a French war plane fired the first shots in Barack Insane Obama’s war of aggression against the Libyan people.  On March 20, 2011 the BBC reported – “Pentagon officials say the US and the UK have fired more than 110 missiles, while French planes struck pro-Gaddafi forces attacking rebel-held Benghazi“.  The rebels the Pentagon and the White House are referring to are U.S. paid non-Libyan mercenaries.
