Is Canada, the US and UK feeling the devastating backlash effects of imposing sanctions against Russia?

Cause and effect of the Crown’s (Vatican Pope) act of war sanctions against Russia

What happens when you threaten a bear?  The bear will protect itself and its young by going on the offensive.  That is exactly what Canadian Prime Minister (traitorously serves the Crown) Stephen Harper has done by joining the 1871 est. Crown Corporation the UNITED STATES and the German Queen (Elizabeth Saxe-Coburg and Gotha) ruled UK impose sanctions against Russia.  Sanctions against any state is an overt act of war.  When a government official goes on record stating that his or her government is imposing sanctions against a foreign state,  a declaration of war is officially declared.

Sanctions are acts of war and a declaration of war because the belligerents, the Crown (Vatican Pope) controlled Canadian, US, UK governments, have made it publicly known that it is their intent to economically destroy the victim state – Russia.  Once an act of war sanctions have been made against any foreign state, the attacked foreign state has the legal right, patriotic duty and moral obligation to defend itself and fight back.

The majority of Canadians, Americans and UK people can’t or haven’t put 2 and 2 together and come to realize that Russia (the Bear) has and is already defending itself and its people from the blatant aggression by the Crown’s Canadian, US and UK controlled governments. Recent severe wind storms (Prairie provinces/American Midwest tornadoes and Eastern Seaboard Hurricane/tropical storm Arthur) and major flooding anomalies throughout Canada and the US can be contributed to HAARP weather warfare.  The unseasonable widespread flooding and tornado/hurricane anomalies began immediately after Stephen Harper and the US government publicly informed the people of Canada and the Crown Corporation UNITED STATES that they were imposing severe economic sanctions (an act of war ) against Russia and its civilian population.  Putin wouldn’t be a very good leader or a patriot if he allowed the Crown Canadian, US and UK governments to attack Russia with the intent to economically destroy Russia.

The 1871 est. Crown Corporation UNITED STATES isn’t the only country in the World with a military controlled weather weapon of mass destruction called HAARP (Gakona, Alaska, floating SBX-1 and orbital X-37B).   Russia, China, the UK, Brazil, Peru, Japan, Norway, Puerto Rico, Australia and India all have the technology to wage war with other states by manipulating the weather and jet stream and cause major flooding, severe storms, create/steer tornadoes and hurricanes and trigger catastrophic earthquakes throughout Canada, the US, the UK and the World.

The Crown Canadian, US and UK government are intent on economically destroying Russia so Russia has the right, duty and obligation to fight back and economically destroy Canadian, US and UK infrastructure and crops using its own HAARP weather weapon of mass destruction. HAARP was originally developed under the Hillary Clinton administration to covertly cause massive widespread destruction in a targeted state without the thermo nuclear effect and radiation fallout of a ballistic missile attack.

The UNITED STATES successfully tested the HAARP weather modifying weapon of mass destruction with the HAARP formed/steered Hurricane Katrina.  Since then British subject and 1871 est. Crown Corporation UNITED STATES CEO Barry Soetoro (assumed the name Barack Obama) has used HAARP to steal re-election (Hurricane Sandy), to destroy Haiti (2010 Haiti earthquake), to melt the glaciers of Canada’s north, and trigger earthquakes all over the World.

Canadians have the Crown and Stephen Harper’s government to blame for loss of crops and severe/costly damage to infrastructure, not Russia.  Canadians, Ukrainians and the Russian people are all victims of the Vatican Fourth Reich/the Crown (Pope) aggression.

It was the Pope and his Vatican Fourth Reich who ordered Jesuit religious fanatics in Ukraine to incite violence and commit acts of terrorism and high treason against Ukraine.  The Vatican’s motive was to overthrow the elected anti-EU Ukrainian government.  The Vatican ordered the overthrow of Viktor Yanukovych’s government to prevent Ukraine from exiting the Vatican formed European Union (Vatican occupied Europe).  All leaders of the EU states have a patriotic duty, moral obligation and legal right to exit the Vatican EU in accordance with the Treaty on European Union (Article 50): “Any Member State may decide to withdraw from the Union in accordance with its own constitutional requirements.”  The Vatican violated its own treaty when it used acts of terrorism and high treason to overthrow the elected Ukrainian government of Viktor Yanukovych.  Viktor Yanukovych and his government had made it public that it was the intent of his elected Ukrainian government to exit the anti-sovereignty Vatican EU (Vatican Fourth Reich occupied Europe).

The Canadian, US and UK governments are now waging economic warfare with Russia and its people for the Vatican/the Crown and aiding and abetting the Vatican EU imposed Ukrainian government levy treasonous war against Ukraine and its people to prevent the Ukrainian people from exercising their patriotic duty, moral obligation and treaty right to leave the EU and become sovereign again.
