Irving Oil using Bay of Fundy as its refinery toxic waste dumping site.
Heinous Crimes, World news Wednesday, August 6th, 2014When the Irving Oil TransCanada tar (bitumen is a European term for Asphalt which is tar, not oil) pipeline gets built the Bay of Fundy and the people all along the East Coast of both Canada and the United States are going to be quickly poisoned to death. Irving Oil isn’t building any tailing or evaporation ponds to hold the very toxic tailings that are produced from refining the Alberta tar. Irving Oil will continue to do as it has been doing for decades – dump it into the Bay of Fundy.
Irving Oil has been poisoning the Bay of Fundy and all rivers, streams and underground aquifers that are feed by the Bay of Fundy, for years, as evident by the above Google map image. Click on the image above for an enlarged view of the Saint John New Brunswick harbor and the very toxic tar slurry that has contaminated the harbor and the Bay of Fundy. You can clearly see a toxic oil slick in the Google satellite image. You can also clearly see where the contaminate is entering the harbor. If you check out the harbor on Google yourself and zoom out you can see that the toxic waste is spread all along the coastline. Currents spreads the Irving Oil toxic waste along the Eastern Seaboard, contaminating the water of all of the East Coast States and Provinces.
Both the provincial government of Progressive Conservative David Alward and the federal government of Prime Minister Stephen Harper know that Irving Oil is dumping its toxic waste directly into the Bay of Fundy. Both Alward and Harper are allowing Irving Oil to do it and they’ve allowed Irving Oil to do it for decades.
Just how much is being illegally (gross violations of the Environment Protection Act and Canadian Fisheries Act) dumped by Irving Oil into the Bay of Fundy? Irving Oil is already refining over 250,000 barrels per day of the very toxic tar from the Alberta Asphalt mining operations. According to an Alberta government report: “mining operations uses 7.5 to 10 barrels of fresh water for every barrel of Alberta crude oil and about 2.5 to 4 barrels of fresh water is used for every barrel of bitumen.” Irving Oil will have to use at least 2.5 to 4 barrels of fresh water to further refine the bitumen. Do the math.
Just how toxic is the water from the Bay of Fundy? Water samples from the Bay of Fundy and the rivers and streams it feeds will not pass potable water test. All samples will have toxins and oil them.
There are already a large number of tailing evaporation ponds inland throughout Southern New Brunswick. They are built intentionally on land stolen from seniors and farmers by the Crown. On land David Alward and the Crown stole from the New Brunswick people as part of the Crown’s Royal District Planning Commission mandate – private land title theft for future acid rain producing and cancer causing shale rock fracking.
There is no such thing as Alberta oil or New Brunswick shale gas. Both are fraudulent schemes that uses water to fraudulently imitate oil and gas. Water is necessary for both confidence schemes. Without fresh water there is no fabricating snake (fake) oil from Alberta tar and fracking (splitting) water (H2O) to make Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) which David Alward, Texas United States SWN and Irving Oil are fraudulently claiming is shale gas.
Just how toxic and life threatening is Alberta tar? CDC a U.S. government agency states:
Asphalt: Asphaltum, Bitumen (European term), Petroleum asphalt, Petroleum bitumen, Road asphalt, Roofing asphalt
Fumes generated during the production or application of asphalt causes irritation eyes, respiratory system; and occupational carcinogen (cancer causing).
Refining bitumen (what Irving Oil is already doing at their refinery in Saint John NB) results in dangerous emissions of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid mist, arsenic, and toxic heavy metals, such as lead, nickel and mercury. Heavy metal toxicity cause progressive physical, muscular and neurological degenerative diseases. Bitumen contain more cancer-causing chemicals than conventional crude – 11 times more sulfur, 11 times more nickel, six times more nitrogen and five times more lead.
Just how toxic and life threatening is H2S – fraudulently called shale gas by David Alward, Enbridge Gas (bribed David Alward and his Progressive Conservative government with a $billion lawsuit threat) and toxic waste dumping Irving Oil? Hydrogen sulfide is a colorless, flammable, extremely hazardous gas with a “rotten egg” smell. The “rotten egg” smell is what David Alward, U.S. owned SWN and Irving Oil are using to fraudulently claim and market the extremely hazardous Hydrogen sulfide as shale gas.
Health effects of H2S exposure. Hydrogen sulfide is both an irritant and a chemical asphyxiant (inducing or tending to induce asphyxia – a condition arising when the body is deprived of oxygen, causing unconsciousness or death; suffocation) with effects on both oxygen utilization and the central nervous system. Can cause severe eye and respiratory irritation (including coughing, difficulty breathing, accumulation of fluid in the lungs), headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, staggering and excitability. High exposure can cause shock, convulsions, inability to breathe, extremely rapid unconsciousness, coma and death. Effects can occur within a few breaths, and possibly a single breath. This is what Irving Oil and David Alward want to “fabricate” using our finite supply of fresh drinking water.

Irving Oil Refinery “fresh water” pumping station
Why is the Irving Oil refinery being used to refine the Alberta tar? Why would Alberta ship its toxic tar thousands of miles away to be refined in Saint John New Brunswick when it can be refined for a lot less money on site or in BC? The sole reason is the “fresh water” from the Saint John River. The Irving Oil refinery is situated at the mouth of the Saint John River. Millions of barrels of fresh water from the Saint John River is being pumped into the Irving Oil Refinery to refine the toxic (carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfuric acid mist, arsenic, and toxic heavy metals, such as lead, nickel and mercury) Alberta tar. The fresh water from the Saint John River is then permanently contaminated (poisoned) by the refining process and the extremely toxic tar tailings are then dumped directly into the Bay of Fundy.
As stated in the above article, the New Brunswick government of Progressive Conservative David Alward and Irving Oil hasn’t constructed any tailing ponds to hold the contaminated and very toxic Irving Oil tar refining tailings. You would think construction would already have begun to prepare for the Irving Oil TransCanada tar pipeline. No contracts have been tendered for tailing pond construction as both David Alward and Irving Oil have every intention of dumping the very toxic and life threatening tar refining tailings directly into the Saint John harbor and the Bay of Fundy.
Just how toxic is Alberta tar? Exactly what environmental impact does the tar mining operations have? Just ask those who live there. Those who have witnessed first hand the effects of the greatest man made environmental catastrophe on Earth and who are victims of the Canadian Treaty Land Theft.

On Jan. 12, 2014 high winds and heavy rain caused major flooding in Saint John. The flooding forced the city to close Rothsay Avenue, Paradise Row, Simpson Drive and Fairville Boulevard. What wasn’t reported, and for obvious reasons, was the fact that the Irving Oil refinery was also flooded and its toxic waste holding ponds were flushed out into the Bay of Fundy. Why wasn’t this major environmental spill reported? The Irving Oil family owns all of the New Brunswick papers. The Irving family bought them all to control the news, to cover up their crimes and prevent the public from knowing that they are:
1) misappropriating tax dollars – the Irving Oil TransCanada tar pipeline from Alberta to Saint John is being built entirely using our tax dollars,
2) committing fraud – Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) gas produced by splitting (fracking) water (H2O) is fraudulently being marketed by Irving Oil as shale gas.
3) influence peddling and bribing of our elected representatives
4) dumping toxic waste into the Bay of Fundy and venting toxic gas into the air from their refinery which has already killed thousands of birds
5) extortion and protection racketeering – they threaten to close and/or layoff their workers if the New Brunswick doesn’t finance their new business venture(s)
6) soft wood lumber theft – the soft wood lumber dispute between Canada and the U.S. is entirely because Irving is cutting down trees on native treaty land or what is support to be government land (which is actually land the Crown – a.k.a. Catholic Church Pope – stole title to from the New Brunswick people) and they don’t pay a cent for it
…
When Environment Canada raided Irving Oil refinery last October Irving Oil and David Alward covered it up by having the military (E.R.T and the RCMP are both military forces who pledge allegiance to, serve and protect the foreign Vatican City State and the Crown – temporal authority of the Catholic Church Pope) levy war against First Nation Canadians and Rexton NB Canada residences.
