Isolation and Quarantine is the capability to protect the health of the population through the use of isolation and/or quarantine measures in order to contain the spread of disease. Isolation of ill individuals may occur in homes, hospitals, or designated health care facilities. Big Secret." revealed Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Canadian Central Bank governor Mark Carney (Vatican FSB Chairman) secretly allowed Canadian banks to money launder stolen UNITED STATES tax dollars from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to the Vatican owned Bank of England (City of London Corporation). In fiscal 2009, RBC reported a profit of $3.858 billion, Scotiabank's profit for the full year ended Oct. 31 was $3.55-billion, and TD earned $1-billion in profit in the fourth quarter of 2009 and at the same time all 3 received 10+/- times those profits from the US Federal Reserve - RBC received $43.6 billion, Scotiabank received more than $27.8 billion, and TD $27.5 billion. If they reported $billion profits, why are they getting or would even need loans from the FED? This role includes the obligations to: (i) participate consistently in open market operations to carry out UNITED STATES monetary policy pursuant to the direction of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC); and (ii) provide the New York Fed‘s trading desk with market information and analysis (non-public stock market information – aka insider trading) helpful in the formulation and implementation of monetary policy (so that the Fed can profit from this insider information). On the Federal Reserve Bank of New York website under “Administration of Relationships with Primary Dealers’ it defines the role of the “Primary Dealers”. “The primary dealers serve, first and foremost, as trading counterparties of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (The New York Fed) in its implementation of monetary policy.

A counterparty is a legal and financial term. It means a party to a contract. That means all of the listed “Primary Dealers” are under contract with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The contract requires all “Primary Dealers” to serve, first and foremost, as trading agents of the Fed. The Fed is their boss. That means foreign banks, including listed Canadian banks are required to implement the polices of the United States Central bank – the Fed. Canadian banks listed are aiding and abetting a foreign government. Any Canadian or corporation who spies for a foreign power, or reveals state secrets to a foreign power in peacetime is committing the crime of “treason”. Canadian banks listed as “Primary Dealers” for the Vatican's UNITED STATES Federal Reserve Bank of New York are spying for the Vatican UNITED STATES. They are disclosing, without lawful authority, financial records and statements to agents (Federal Reserve Bank of New York) of a foreign state (the UNITED STATES). Also remember the right of self-defense (according to U.S. law) (also called, when it applies to the defense of another, alter ego defense, defense of others, defense of a third person) is the right for civilians acting on their own behalf to engage in a level of violence, called reasonable force or defensive force, for the sake of defending one's own life or the lives of others, including, in certain circumstances, the use of deadly force. Article 12 Universal Declaration of Human Rights states: "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks."

Use of excessive force by an officer gives the arrestee the right to use self-defense, and negates the element of "acting in the performance of his or her duties" for any potential charge where this element must be proved. (E.g.; P.C. §§ 148(a), 243(b) & (c), and 245(c) & (d)). An officer who uses excessive force is subject to prosecution for a felony (P.C. § 149). When the use of force results in the death of another person, a "homicide," or a "killing of a human being by another human being," has occurred. (People v. Antick (1975) 15 Cal.3rd 79, 87.). The Fourth Amendment: The restrictions on the use of deadly force have their genesis in the United States Constitution. A Fourth Amendment "seizure" occurs whenever "there is a governmental termination of freedom of movement through means intentionally applied." (Brower v. Inyo (1989) 489 U.S. 593, 597 [103 L.Ed.2nd 628, 635].) "The use of deadly force to prevent the escape of all felony suspects, whatever the circumstances, is constitutionally unreasonable." (Emphasis added; Tennessee v. Garner, supra, at p. 11 [85 L.Ed.2nd at p. 9].)

Article 2, Section 4 of the United States Constitution makes it perfectly clear that the President, Vice President and all other civil Officers of the United States have no immunity whatsoever for crimes committed.

"The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High crimes and Misdemeanors." 

Barack Hussein Obama is guilty of levying war against the United States when he ordered the U.S. military to attack Libya.  The definition of levy is "to declare and wage war".  The president of the United States is not authorized by the Constitution to declare or wage war. Only the U.S. Congress can declare war or authorize force. Congress never declared war nor authorized use of force against Libya.  The War Powers Resolution of 1973 (50 U.S.C. 1541-1548) is a federal law intended to check the power of the President in committing the United States to an armed conflict without the consent of Congress. The resolution was adopted in the form of a United States Congress joint resolution; this provides that the President can send U.S. armed forces into action abroad only by authorization of Congress.  Obama never sought nor was granted the authority by Congress to commit U.S. forces to military actions against Libya.  Obama unilaterally levied war against the United States.  That criminal act means Obama can be tried for treason.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The legal requirement to indict Obama for treason is for at least two Witnesses give Testimony to the crime of  "treason".  Obama has already been accused by at least three members of Congress - Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-OH), Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) and Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK) and the news media of unlawfully levying war against the United States.

Toronto Star Thu Apr 28 2011 - The International Criminal Court’s chief prosecutor says he will investigate war crime allegations against Canadians over the handling of Afghan detainees if Canada won’t.

Prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo says in a documentary soon to be aired on TVO that Canadian officials are not immune to prosecution if there is evidence that crimes were committed by handing over detainees to face torture.

A finding of contempt of court may result from a failure to obey a lawful order of a court, showing disrespect for the judge, disruption of the proceedings through poor behavior, or publication of material deemed likely to jeopardize a fair trial. A judge may impose sanctions such as a fine or jail for someone found guilty of contempt of court.

According to the House of Commons procedure and practice manual, contempt of Parliament is "any conduct which offends the authority or dignity of the House, even though no breach of any specific privilege may have been committed."

Contempt is a very serious ruling. You could go to jail for contempt of Parliament — although that's never happened in Canada. On Friday March 25, 2011 the elected members of the Canadian House of Commons (Canada's lawmakers) declared that the government of Prime Minister Stephen Harper was in Contempt of Parliament. For the first time in Canadian history, the federal government, lead by Stephen Harper, was found in contempt of Parliament and the people of Canada in a 156-145 vote. “This is the first time in history that a government has been found in contempt". Punishment called for the removal of Stephen Harper as Prime Minister of Canada and a new election being called to elect a "new" leader.

The Canada Elections Act bars, individuals found guilty of election-related crimes and prohibits them from becoming members for five years (in some cases, seven years) after conviction.  The Election Act also disqualifies certain individuals -  65. The following persons are not eligible to be a candidate: (b) a person who is disentitled under paragraph 502(3)(a) while they are so disentitled;  Disentitled is defined in law as: to deprive of a title, right, or claim.  Prime Minister Stephen Harper was disentitled as Prime Minister of Canada with the House of Commons Contempt of Parliament vote on March 25, 2011.

Only when you sing Canada's national anthem do you profess your loyalty to Canada. As you bellow out Canada's national anthem you claim to be a "true patriot" who will "stand on guard for thee" yet virtually every politician, every RCMP officer, every Armed Forces enlisted man and woman, every border guard, every judge, every lawyer and every new Canadian citizen serves and takes an oath of allegiance to a foreign state and its head of state. Isn't it about time we truly honor Canada, "our home and native land", and renounce all traitorous oaths of allegiance to a foreign state, a foreign head of state (1917 abolished monarchy) or corporate entity for the Pope, the Crown. The Canadian dollar continues to weaken as a sell-off continues unabated. Why is the Canadian dollar being dumped for the counterfeit Federal Reserve Note? In case you haven't noticed the Canadian funny money has barcode tracking devices embedded in them - on both the right and left side of the plastic. Is it only a matter of time when Harper will replace the Canadian National Anthem "O Canada" with "God Save The Queen"? A magnetometer can be used to predict as well as give evidence of a HAARP created earthquake.  A magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth's upper atmosphere.  It is not a seismometer which measure motions of the ground.  The magnetometer doesn't measure seismic activity it measures and records electromagnetic frequencies in the Earth's atmosphere.  

HAARP's phased array antennas beam radio wave frequencies into the atmosphere.  A radio wave is essentially an electromagnetic frequency, as is solar radiation.  The scientists at the HAARP institute found that a 2.5 Hz radio frequency is the signature frequency of an earthquake.  HAARP beams that earthquake frequency into the ionosphere and the ionosphere reflects it back to Earth - penetrating as deeply as several kilometers into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area..  By beaming the frequency at a specific trajectory HAARP can trigger an earthquake any place on Earth.  A short burst isn't enough to disturb solid matter (the Earth crust) so they keep beaming the 2.5 Hz earthquake frequency for hours or days - until the desired effect is achieved.

HAARP was broadcasting the 2.5 Hz frequency from just before midnight on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. The 2.5 Hz frequency continued to be broadcasted and recorded by the magnetometer for another 10 hours the day of the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake.  

You will notice on the USGS website that the Japan earthquake didn't occur on the Ring of Fire Fault line.  The epicenter was some 100 km west of the fault.  The earthquake epicenter occurred on solid ground.

Because the pyramids were massive capacitors, hooking a polarized capacitor backwards would result in the capacitor exploding - forcing the capstone off its peak like a volcano does with its dome when it erupts. The capstone is still in the Giza Plateau but heavily damaged and covered with sand. Detaching,removing or breaching a capacitor's casing can also cause a capacitor to literally explode, ejecting its contents violently and shattering the casing off the sides of the pyramid. A catastrophic capacitor failure can result in pressure buildup and explosion if construction technique does not allow for a discharge of pressure. They built the capacitor but not the infrastructure to use (discharge) the generated electrical power and as a result the pyramid failed catastrophically. Warning - the flash capacitor of a camera or from any electronic circuit stores a lethal amount of electrical charge. Now image how lethal and destructive a capacitor the size of a pyramid would be when it fails..

Both Michelle Obama and Barack Obama are barred from practicing law. The Supreme Court of Illinois stated that Michelle and Obama were declared illegible to practice law. It also states under Malpractice Insurance: "attorney reported that he/she does not have malpractice coverage." Obama wasn't able to be insured (bondable) because of prior criminal activity. What isn't stated by ARDC is Obama plea bargained and avoided "public" prosecution. Obama voluntarily retired in return for the dismissal of all "criminal" charges and avoid formal disbarment. Disbarment is imposed as a sanction for conduct indicating that an attorney is not fit to practice law, willfully disregarding the interests of a client, or engaging in fraud which impedes the administration of justice. Obama was essentially disbarred for lying on his application.

Obama used and is using an assumed name. Barack Obama isn't his birth and legally registered name. On the bar application it asks if that person has ever used or been known by another name. Barack Obama stated "No". However, Barry has used several names...publicly - Barry Dunham, aka Barry Soetoro (name on application for foreign student financial aid at Occidental College - http://presscore.ca/2016/?p=2929), aka Barack Obama, aka Barry Obama (http://articles.latimes.com/2007/jan/29/local/me-oxy29 January 29, 2007).

Obama claims he "voluntarily" gave up his license. Various State documents revealed he lied (a fraud) and an internal investigation at the law firm that both he and Michelle worked provided concrete evidence that he knowingly and willingly lied (committed fraud) on his bar application. Another lie was his involvement in illegal drug activity. In his book, "Dreams from My Father" Obama confessed in writing, “Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it. Not smack, though.” pp. 93–94. Obama confessed to possession and using pot and blow - the illicit drug cocaine. 21 U.S.C. § 844 : US Code Penalties for simple possession states: "It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly or intentionally to possess a controlled substance unless such substance was obtained directly, or pursuant to a valid prescription or order, from a practitioner,..." Obama knew that his possession and usage of illegal drugs were unlawful - a felony. 18 USC § 1001 - Statements or entries generally

(a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;

All secretly being carried out in Dimona - the center of Israel's secret nuclear arms program..

Israel is the only country in the region that has refused to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Almost 180 countries have done it, including all Arab countries. Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan… all Israeli neighbours have opened their borders to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968 and ratified it in 1970. Israel refuses to sign the treaty.

At the time of the annexation of Palestine in 1948, there were approximately 140,000–150,000 Jews living in Iran. Iran has been the historical center of Persian Jewry for over 2,700 years. Over 85% have since migrated to either Israeli occupied Palestine or the United States, with the migration accelerating after the 1979 Islamic Revolution, when the population dropped from 100,000 to about 40,000.

An estimated 250,000 Jews of Iranian descent currently live in Israeli occupied Palestine - most of them in the city of Holon, just outside Tel Aviv. More than 25,000 Jews are living in Iran presently.

Jews played an important role in the early days of Iraq's independence, but the Iraqi Jewish community, numbered at around 120,000 in 1948, almost entirely left the country due to persecution following the the UN annexation of Palestine. The history of the Jews in Iraq is documented from the time of the Babylonian captivity c. 586 BCE. Iraqi Jews constitute one of the world's oldest and most historically significant Jewish communities. The Talmud (a central text of mainstream Judaism, considered second to the Torah) was compiled in Babylonia, identified with modern Iraq.

So is it US / UN / NATO aggressions against Muslims in Iraq and Iran or their persecution of the Jews? George W Bush used the word "Crusade" to describe his war against the people he calls "evildoers." The First "Roman Catholic Crusade" (launched on 27 November 1095 by Pope Urban II) touched off new persecutions of Jews in which Jews were massacred and exiled from various European countries. Today it would appear that the US "Wars of Terror" are actually aimed at the Jews. Look at the war maps and you too can see that the US crusade is marching "FORWARD" against the Jews - to annihilate the Jewish people.

The United States government had already decided before September 11, 2001 to start wars of aggression against the oil rich Middle East countries. U.S. General Wesley Clark (Ret.), explains that the United States government planned to invade 7 countries that had never attacked them nor threatened to attack them: Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Iran. Aggressive war is a crime under international law. The Charter of the International Military Tribunal defines this offense as:

(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances;
(ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).

A war of aggression is a military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense - for territorial gain and subjugation.  Wars without international legality (e.g. not out of self-defense) are illegal wars of aggression.

A military conflict waged without the justification of self-defense is a felony criminal offense - a war of aggression. To initiate a war of aggression is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime. Crimes against peace is (i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i). Aggression is an unprovoked armed attack by a State against the territory, the people, or the land, sea or air forces of another State.

War crimes are serious violations of international humanitarian law. Individuals, including heads of state, are criminally responsible for the crimes: "murder, the ill-treatment or deportation of civilian residents of an occupied territory to slave labor camps", "the murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war", the killing of prisoners, "the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages, and any devastation not justified by military, or civilian necessity".

Torture—and complicity in torture—is a “grave breach” of the 1949 Geneva Conventions. If Canadian officials allowed detainees to be transferred to Afghan custody despite an apparent risk of torture, and chose not to take reasonable steps to protect them, they are as guilty of a war crime as the torturers themselves. They can be prosecuted in Canada under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act. Or they could be hauled before the International Criminal Court. Canada has ratified the ICC’s statute, giving it jurisdiction over Canadians who commit war crimes anywhere.

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution, the supreme law of the United States, is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects the right of the American people to keep and bear arms and to form a militia.  "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."  The right  "to keep and bear arms" means an individual has the right to own and carry weapons anywhere and at any time in the United States of America.  The "Shall not be infringed"  means the government can never make any laws to infringe this right.  Why?  Because a militia, a military force composed of ordinary citizens is necessary to the security of a free State.
