There is no need to irradiate any of our naturally produced foods including all vegetables, fruits and eggs. There are 2 readily available and inexpensive products already on store shelves that kills germs and bacteria , including E-coli and salmonella. These inexpensive baking ingredients, always at hand, are an excellent alternative to a number of commercial cleaning and maintenance products. Best of all they are 100% natural and 100% free of any harmful chemicals and toxins.

Conventional cleaners, drain cleaners, disinfectants, and deodorizers are full of chemicals harmful to the environment and dangerous to our own health, including concerns about childhood development, asthma at all ages, and increased risks for cancer.

The 2 readily available and inexpensive products already on store shelves that kills germs and bacteria , including E-coli and salmonella are baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and white vinegar. They are nature’s perfect cleaning products.

Long before the advent of commercial cleaning products, simple household items, such as baking soda and white vinegar, were the most commonly used cleansers. Unlike many commercial cleansers which contain perfumes to mask odors, baking soda actually eliminates odors. Baking soda has the ability to neutralize odors caused by bacteria and germs in your home. The miracle of baking soda, or sodium bicarbonate, is in its ability to neutralize pH levels. That is, it takes strong acids and buffers (it was popularly used as an antacid before the Tums and Rolaids people took over the market), and, while slightly on the base side itself, also stabilizes the pH of highly basic solutions. You got a bad odour? It’s almost always the result of strong acids (in the fridge, often lactic acids) or bases (found in in spoiled meats).

As a cleanser:

Baking soda is mildly abrasive, but doesn’t scratch surfaces. That means you can use it like a scouring powder for pots and pans, stove burners, ovens, grills, sinks and tubs, toilets, and anywhere you have a stubborn spot or stain, without worrying about damaging the finish. Baking soda makes a good cleanser for plastic bowls, too, which other abrasive cleaners would easily scratch.

As a washing solution:

Baking soda and water make a great all-around cleaning solution for just about anything that ever needs to be cleaned! Mix about 4 tablespoons to a quart of water. Use it on floors, walls, woodwork, countertops, cupboards, the refrigerator and most of all, the garbage pail! The only caution would be its use on upholstery or rugs. Make a color test first because it may not be color-safe for some materials.

As a laundry agent:

Add 1/2 cup of baking soda to your laundry detergent to freshen, deodorize and combat yellowing of fabrics. For whites, add baking soda to your laundry to boost the whitening action of bleach while at the same time neutralizing the bleach odor.

Banish mildew:

At first glance mildewed shower curtains seem like a lost cause, but don’t throw them away just yet. First run them through the washing machine, including a couple of towels in the load for weight, and add 1/2 cup baking soda to the detergent and 1 cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle. Your shower curtains will be clean, fresh and mildew-free.

As a disinfectant:

Run your empty dishwasher with 1/2 cup of baking soda in place of detergent to make it clean and odor-free. If you run your dishwasher once a day, sprinkle a little baking soda over the dishes that are waiting to be washed. This will neutralize any odor build-up.

As a deodorizer:

- Place 1 cup of baking soda in the refrigerator and empty microwave to neutralize food and cooking odors.
- Have you ever taken the lid off a plastic bowl and found a stale odor lingering there? Sprinkle a little baking soda into the bowl and let it sit overnight. When you wash it, your bowl will be odor free.
- For those smokers in the house, sprinkle a little baking soda in the bottom of ashtrays to help counteract the odor.
- Sometimes rugs can get a musty smell, especially if they’re in a basement area. To clear the air, sprinkle baking soda generously over the carpet and let it sit overnight before vacuuming.
- Sprinkle a little baking soda in the bottom of sneakers or other shoes — whew, what a relief!
- Keep yourself and your cat happy by sprinkling a little baking soda into the litter box to keep the odors away.
- For those environmentally conscious parents who use cloth diapers, add 1/2 cup of baking soda to the diaper pail to neutralize odor. If the diaper pail has a liner, sprinkle a little in the pail before you add the liner, then add the rest to the soaking solution.

Fizz it clean with a mixture of baking soda and white vinegar:

Baking soda and white vinegar have been known for centuries as the Dynamic Duo of cleaning. When you combine white vinegar with baking soda, the mixture “fizzes” because the acid in the white vinegar releases the carbon dioxide in the baking soda. This “fizzing” action scrubs the dirt away. A mixture of baking soda and white vinegar kills germs and bacteria including E-coli and salmonella.

Kill harmful bacteria:

- Bacteria, like salmonella, can easily be spread from wooden cutting boards. You can guard against this kind of food poisoning by sprinkling baking soda over the surface of a wet cutting board and pushing the powder down into any cut marks with your fingers. Then spray white vinegar over it (put the white vinegar in a small plastic spray bottle). The resulting fizz will deep clean the cutting board. Rinse with hot water. Repeat this process after you’ve used the board to cut raw meat, especially chicken. This baking soda and white vinegar combination will make your kitchen cleaner, safer place by killing bacteria without exposing yourself and your family to toxic chemicals that can damage your health as well as the environment. It’s a simple safe disinfecting spray you make, very cost effective, and is more effective than any commercial cleaner in killing bacteria. Better than most health food store brands of commercial cleaner too.

If you’re cleaning vegetables or fruit just spritz them well with the white vinegar and water, and then rinse them off under running water. This will kill the E-coli and salmonella and helps to dissolve the wax and pesticide residues found on the skins of many fruits and vegetables. You are suppose to wash every fruit or vegetable before you eat them. Washing them with white vinegar will eliminate the harmful germs and bacteria that are found on every piece of fruit and vegetable. In the store fruits and vegetable are not packaged so they are exposed every day to germs and bacteria. How many have handled the fruit or vegetables you buy? How many are sick when they handle the food you bring home? How many times have you seen people coughing or sneezing while standing over a store display of fruits or vegetables. White vinegar washes away all those harmful germs and bacteria and it does it all 100% free of chemicals and toxins.

For cleaning Hard-skinned Fruits and Vegetables:

1. Fill a spray bottle with equal parts white vinegar and water.
2. Then, spray the solution onto your fruits and vegetables; rub it in; and rinse.

For Soft-skinned Fruits and Vegetables:

1. Fill a bowl with equal parts white vinegar and water.
2. Then, soak your fruits and vegetables in the solution for a minute or two, and rinse.

For store or farm bought eggs:

1. Fill a bowl with equal parts white vinegar and water.
2. Then, soak your eggs in the solution for a minute or two, and rinse. This will kill the E-coli and salmonella on the shell of the egg.

Why This Works? The acetic acid in vinegar kills bacteria and helps to dissolve the wax and pesticide residues found on the skins of many fruits and vegetables.

Benefits of using baking soda and white vinegar

* cheaper than store-bought cleaners and disinfectants

Baking soda and white vinegar works exceptionally well in sanitizing counters and other food preparation surfaces–includes wood cutting board. In tests run at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Pairing the two killed virtually all Salmonella, Shigella, or E.Coli Bacteria on heavily contaminated food and surfaces when used in this fashion, making these 2 natural cooking ingredients more effective at killing these potentially lethal bacteria than chlorine bleach or any commercially available kitchen cleaner. White vinegar has been used for centuries to kill any mico-toxin, parasites or, fungal.

Apple cider vinegar kills parasites

Another type of vinegar, Apple cider vinegar, has been used for centuries to kill parasites in the body that cause many different types of diseases. Apple cider vinegar is an immune booster, and immune boosters help fight off parasites, infections and diseases.

Human intestinal parasites worms infection air food water cause constipation, stomach bloating, disease health problems. Other symptoms include anemia, asthma, diarrhea, digestive disorders, fatigue, low immune system, nervousness, skin rash. Most will not face this reality or even want to think about this subject and will continue in their suffering.

There can be over 100 different types of parasites worms living in human bodies. Some are microscopic in size while others can be seen quite easily. These common organisms can be found everywhere in our environment, in the air we breath, in the water we drink, or in the food we eat.

Parasite is an organism that lives on or in other organisms from which it obtains nutrients to live and causes harm in the process. Its name comes from the Greek word para that means beside, and sitos, which means food.

Most parasites require some host to complete their life cycle. Animals can also serve as the host. The parasite will vary in size from one-thousandth of one micron to whale tapeworms one hundred feet long.

Parasites and worms can invade your bodies through food and water intake, through transmitting agents (like mosquito), sexual conduct or through the nose and skin. Once established, they will eat the same foods you eat or they will eat you.

People with intestinal parasite infections are usually under-nourished and weak, infected with viral, fungal, or bacteria, and have various types of chemical and metal poisoning. Human intestinal parasites can be present in any disease, in any person, at any age.

They are responsible for many health problems because they secrete toxins and steal the vital nutrients from our bodies. They can irritate or exaggerate other health problems you may be experiencing. Everyone is at risk and under their mercy during parasitic infections.

We create the perfect living environment for parasites when the bowel becomes ineffective in the elimination of our waste products. The build-up of fecal material on the walls of the colon is attributed to constipation and the amounts of junk food, chemicals, bad fats and sweets we consume.

We poison ourselves from our own toxic waste and the waste from these creatures (auto intoxication) when this ideal habitat for is created. Testing for parasites are only available for about five percent of the known varieties with twenty-percent accuracy.

Cancer cases are afflicted with worms that often lump together and look like tumors. Female worms can release 3,000 to 200,000 eggs per day depending on their type. This is one topic that most people do not want to discuss, let alone think about, but now reality must be faced.

These topics are very important for detoxification and your well-being. Most doctors are not trained to recognize the symptoms of parasitic infections. The only way to avoid the problems associated with parasite infections is by educating yourself.

Parasite infections can cause physical trauma by perforating (burrowing) the intestines, the circulatory system, the lungs, the liver or the whole bodies.

They can erode, damage or block certain organs by lumping together in balls or tumors. They can be mistaken for cancer tumors, and travel into the brain, heart and lungs.

They rob us of our vital vitamin and mineral nutrients, and amino acids needed for digestion. Some become anemic (anemia) and are drowsy after meals.

They give off certain metabolic waste products (toxic waste) that poison our bodies. This particular condition is called verminous intoxification. Most have trouble disposing of the toxins that are re-absorbed through the intestines. Your bodies have to work twice as hard to remove these toxic waste products.

Depresses the immune system, which leads to further degeneration, fatigue and illness.

They can destroy cells faster than cells can be regenerated.

Some conditions that promote parasitic infections are excess mucus, an imbalance in the intestinal flora, chronic constipation, and toxic internal environment.

Healthy immune system is the best defense against parasites and disease. Some of the things you can do to reduce the risk of parasitic infections are:

Wash all fruits and vegetables. Scrape off the wax substance on the outer surface on any fruit or vegetable with knife before washing. Anything with nicks or recess can harbor just about anything and should be cut out. Avoid eating grapes with open splits. Washing fruit, vegetables and eggs in a white vinegar and water bath will kill parasites. Rinse well after to remove the vinegar residue.

Thoroughly cook meats and fish. Do not eat raw or uncooked meats or fish. Check for worms, especially on fish. Marinating meat in vinegar kills bacteria and tenderizes the meat. Marinate one kilo of meat with quarter cup of vinegar and your desired herbs. Keep it in the refrigerator, overnight, and cook it the next day.

Keep all work surfaces clean with baking soda and a white vinegar spray.

Drink pure water. Parasites are associated with many water-borne outbreaks and are highly resistant to conventional methods of disinfecting. Water that is properly purified is free of parasites.

Practice good personal hygiene. Wash your hands before eating and after going to the bathroom, changing diapers, or handling pets. Keep your fingernails short and clean. Parasites can live for two months under the fingernails.

High carbohydrate diet, low in protein, and high in alkaline has been found to make parasitic infections worse. Sugar should also be avoided because parasites thrive on it and it is possible you could have candida. This candida or yeast infections create an environment in the colon that equals the environment needed for them to thrive. Foods that lower pH from high alkaline conditions in the colon are apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice.

Another remedy for prevention is mixing one or two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of water and drinking it. The documented cures from drinking Apple Cider Vinegar are numerous. They include cures for allergies (including pet, food and environmental), sinus infections, acne, high cholesterol, flu, chronic fatigue, candida, acid reflux, sore throats, contact dermatitis, arthritis, and gout. Apple Cider Vinegar also breaks down fat and is widely used to lose weight. It has also been reported that a daily dose of apple cider vinegar in water can bring high blood pressure under control in two weeks!

Apple Cider Vinegar is also wonderful for pets, including dogs, cats, and horses. It helps them with arthritic conditions, controls fleas & barn flies, and gives a beautiful shine to their coats!

What would you choose to use to kill harmful germs and bacteria in your home? Would you choose to exposure yourself and your family to cleaning products that contain harmful chemicals and toxins or would you choose the 100% natural and 100% effective cleaning and disinfectant products called baking soda and white vinegar?
