Abused to the very end by the New Brunswick Crown controlled governmentHeinous Crimes, World news Wednesday, October 23rd, 2013
It is with great sadness that I announce that mother and I have lost her battle against the abuse of the Crown controlled Progressive Conservative government of David Alward. My mother, Jacqueline G (Pontbriand) Kincaid, who has been held against her wishes and forcibly confined to the Crown licensed and controlled Riverside Court Retirement Residence at 870 Main Street rm 209 Woodstock NB (506) 325-7200, passed away this morning. She was 83 years old.
Because of a Crown court injunction imposed against me, Paul W Kincaid, by Kelly Hine (New Brunswick’s Department of Adult Services) and Woodstock Police Department Corporal Paula Hanson, my mother was abused to her dying day. The court injunction prevented me, under threat of arrest, from visiting her and revoked me as her Enduring Power of Attorney (preventing me from taking legal action against the New Brunswick government, David Alward and Riverside Court). The Crown’s coercive remedy (the “crime” of intentionally and unlawfully restraining another’s freedom by threatening arrest) barred me from removing my mother from the abusive Riverside Court Retirement Residence (keeping her confined there against her will and allowing the for-profit Riverside Court Retirement Residence to abuse her physically, medically, and mentally and defraud her financially through over billing her and a Lawtons Drug (owned by Sobeys) Fredericton prescription drug kickback scheme ) and barred me from visiting her. To cut off all communications between mother and her family (especially me, her son) Riverside Court changed her phone number and blocked all outgoing calls to me, my brothers and mother’s sisters. Because of the Crown court injunction, mother died alone – prevented by the Crown from seeing, for the last time, any of her surviving sons (including me) or sisters. The Crown robbed mother of her dignity
Because of an Ambulance New Brunswick (a Crown Corporation) DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) order, which mother was forced to sign before being admitted to the Crown controlled Riverside Court Retirement Residence, mother was denied medical care that would have prolonged her life. A DNR is an euthanasia order, forcibly imposed on all seniors in New Brunswick by the Crown. The Crown requires all seniors to sign the negligent homicide order in order to save money. The Crown sees all seniors, including my mother, as a financial burden. I was informed that the Crown controlled hospital where mother was admitted October 2 2013 stopped providing essential medical care – criminal negligence by withholding “life-preserving procedures”. Mother was forced to suffer pain for 3 weeks.
Because of the Crown’s court injunction, mother left this World without seeing me or hearing me say goodbye. au revoir mère. Dieu vous bénisse mère.
